They did Lasik YAG surgery on each of my eyes at different times to help restore a little vision loss which has kept my eyes at top performance. After Dr. Moresky retired Dr. Stock took care of me until he retired. I continue to go to them because although the name may have changed and my doctor changed they give the same great care! We tried multiple doctors and were not happy with the care until we found ABC children's Eye Specialists and they put us at ease and created a safe environment that our daughter actually loves. We have seen multiple doctors in this practice and each one has been gentle, kind, spent quality time with us, has been so so sweet with our daughter, and are impressively skilled doctors. These doctors don't just know the eye, they know kids and parents; and they care! Our experience each and every time we've been has been flawless. This exam was most complete I'd ever had. Dr H (Haufman) examined and explained what was going on and reassured me. He sent list of drops to use and other instructions. She never called me. I called the office at 4 PM and of course I got the call center they tried to call the location on del Webb and no one answered the phone. I left at 415 to go pick up my neighbor and she had been waiting over an hour. The security guard told me the check in person told him that I said I was going to stay with her through her exam. She lied. She had thrown my number away. The first point of contact can cause patients to seek a new doctor. They are lazy and incompetent. My neighbor spent 20 minutes looking for her Medicare card. I finally said to miss fancy nails "as many times as she's been here, don't you have her Medicare number on her profile"? Guess what, they did! Imagine that!!! Called to inquire…read moreabout co-pay while debating between visiting them and visiting Costco and wanted to confirm that it would in fact just be a better idea to establish as a patient at a doctors office but clarified that we needed a contact lens fitting. Came in and verified insurance, had exam, and all of a sudden, as we're ready to leave, they asked for almost $400 more than what I was told on the phone as my co-pay PLUS an additional $45 for a "contact lense training" for a new wearer. Mind you, ALL of what they did, the exam, eyeglass script, and lense fitting (with new contact lenses wearer), would have been $120 each at Costco WITHOUT insurance. They literally LIED to me to guilt me to pay SOMETHING saying they could lose their license if I did not pay for service rendered or if they gave a discount. Not to mention, they were running late and the entire visit lasted longer than a typical Costco visit. What a waste of time and now I have to keep my fingers crossed that I can take my vision benefits to Costco in order to get a contact lens fitting without having to pay twice. Better frame selection at Costco and Eyeglass world as well as other shops.

I visited, rcvd my eye exam, & ordered new glasses on April 23, 2025 The time it took to receive my new lenses was longer than any vision outfit I've ever dealt with...over two weeks, & I'm 75 yrs old! When they arrived my regular lense glasses were fine. My sunglasses were a disaster. A small sliver of the lens just above the bifocal was accurate. The entire top half of the lens was out of focus. The bifocal was so low I had to tilt my head back to even use them. That was two weeks ago. It is June 2, 2025 as of this writing. I called AECC this morning for the status of my reconfigured sunglasses. The CSR could not even tell me if or when they'd be shipped! This is by far the worst new glasses purchase I've ever had. Who knows when I'll have my new sunglasses...properly made? I really loved the staff & the opthalmologist. This review pains me.
