The staff was rude and made fun of me for having a high prescription and said I probably wouldn't look good in frames because of it. I left this Costco in tears and mentioned my experience to management. They were treating me as if I wasn't a person. While both the store manager and optical manager apologized, I won't consider them for glasses. It's a shame because I love this location's store. They don't allow returns on glasses either which is important to note for anyone considering.

It can take up to a month to get an appointment and do not be surprised if you get a call a few days before to let you know that he has to reschedule. This has happened to me twice. Once you finally get to the doctor's office, you may wait an hour or an hour and a half to see him. It's really quite unacceptable. Getting through on the phone is also difficult. Do not be surprised if you are told to hold and forgotten about for 15 minutes. Do not be surprised if you go in to get test results and are told that they have not scanned the results in yet. Do not be surprised if you leave a message for an emergency and they never receive or check their messages. You may speak to one assistant who will tell you one thing and another assistant who will tell you another. There is very little regard for your own personal time. I've seen one patient demand her copayment back because the wait time was too long. I understood her frustration. Overall, his office is extremely disorganized and while he is a good doctor who knows what he is doing, I think that his office needs to have a serious restructuring.
