You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.

In addition to these, they have a variety of tech items, housewares, sports equipment, t-shirts, candy, and beauty items. Everything is organized well and easy to find - the more expensive tech and houseware items are in the back, candy and t-shirts up front. Self-checkout is easy and staff is available if needed. This time I stopped by the Samsung Experience Store for the Samsung Galaxy x BTS WORLD TOUR ARIRANG" experience. I tried out a Galaxy S26 Ultra display phone and tapped the Arirang logo app with assistance from a staff member. I took my three selfies and sent it to myself. The staff member handed me a limited-edition East Rutherford Samsung collectible pin released for the BTS Arirang World Tour. It's a really nice pin and the whole process was very quick.

I called Samsung and they said that its already fulfilled but I have to wait for the email in order to pick it up. So I called this store to see if they could mark it as fulfilled. I waited over 2 hours on the phone - twice. that's 4 hours on hold .. but it never went through. I finally gave up and cancelled my order at 6pm since they close at 7pm on Sundays. It's a shame , I was really hoping to have the phone on hand so I can start porting all my stuff over to the new phone on a weekend. I'm still a Samsung fanboy but this Samsung experience was really a let down.

Over the two times I visited I worked with both Joe and Chris and both of them deserve crowns as they are Kings of Customer Service. The new iPhone 15 had just come out and they went over all the details with me for both the phone and the billing. They explained all the costs and changes and saved me the most amount of money. They also did the entire transfer for me and when all was said and done, everything was perfect. As for the store, it is nicely laid out and clean with all the models displayed for you to view. I highly recommend this store and regret not taking a picture. The location is great with tons of parking (and next to a Starbucks) and the staff is top tier. I'll be back to upgrade the rest of the family's phones very soon.
