    UPDATED REVIEW:…read more Visit Date: April 23, 2025 I like the idea of a flip phone but mine has been a bit of a pain and as soon as I can I'm going back to a flat phone. After getting a replacement flip phone from T-Mobile the manufacturer screen protector started to bubble up. Currently T-mobile is only offering me a jump upgrade they won't allow me to switch phones and I have to pay $335. They told me to go to samsung and get a new screen protector and that it was going to be free. After my last experience at samsung I didn't believe this but off I went. I ran into the same guy I yelled at last time, I apologized for yelling at him. He looked at my phone and what do you know, this first new screen protector I needed would in fact be free. I had to wait about a half hour and they replaced my screen protector. The wifi was a bit shoddy, I was using my laptop while waiting for my phone. Based on this recent experience I can update my review to 3 stars. Visit Date: January 17, 2025 I just got a Galaxy Flip Phone and it broke on me pretty fast, and I didn't do anything to cause the phone to break. I visited T-mobile on my lunch break and they told me if I went to the Samsung Experience Store in Garden City they would fix my phone screen for free as a one time courtesy. So I went in after making an appointment with one of my best friends who gets panic attacks when she's in large crowds and showed them my phone. The guy gave me some BS about me doing something to break the warranty on my phone. I didn't believe him, I yelled at him and left the store because I wasn't paying a discounted rate of $200 to fix the phone screen. I asked my friend if it was just me, she believes like me that this guy would have found any reason to say that I broke the warranty on my phone. I wasted my time here, if you're depending on this store for help, I have doubts and lack of faith that they'll help you.

    A total waste of time. These people have no clue. I went to have my phone looked at because it was…read morenot charging. I sat there for over an hour for them to figure out the problem. I was told it was the mother board issue. A new phone would be 300.00. For them it's about making money and over charging the consumer. I left without my issue be addressed. When to T-Mobile store and in less the 15 minutes the issue was fits. No new phone needed. Do waste your time with this samsung store. They are nothing be trash!!!
