After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing. It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back. He put on booties over his shoes which I appreciated. He was friendly, personable & professional. Marco set up to WIFI all of our devices (cell phones, IPads & Laptop) & made sure they all printed. He explained everything he was doing as he went along - even provided helpful pointers...very knowledgeable. Done in 30 minutes & if we have any problems within the next 60 days he would come back & fix it. We were very impressed with Geek Squad, especially Marco & will definitely use them again!

I am about ready to go to my credit card company and call it fraud because we were told we could have the stove 6 weeks ago. The people in the store keep passing the blame to other people, but nobody is willing to resolve the issue. the value was OK but I could've done about the same at Home Depot and I now I wish I would've.
