Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

I chose Essence Motorsports because of their great ratings and because they're an XPEL certified…read moreshop. I want to be fair here: the tint itself looks good so far. My issue was entirely with communication. I booked over a week in advance and dropped my Tesla off between 9 and 10 a.m. I went with XPEL XR Plus, 55% on the windshield and 20% everywhere else, skipping the roof since it already comes tinted. At drop-off, I was told it would be ready around 3 or 4, and 5 p.m. at the latest, which is when they close. Since I'd be without a car until then, I planned around that. At 4:20, I texted to let them know I'd be heading over soon, since it's about a 25 minute ride for me. No response, even though the text showed as "Delivered." I called around 4:40 and again at 4:50, and still nothing. Luckily, I just remembered that I could check my car's cameras through the Tesla app, and at 5 p.m. they were still applying the tint. Without that, I'd have had no idea whether my car was ready or staying overnight. I didn't get a call saying it was done until 6:18 p.m., and I picked it up around 6:30, about an hour and a half after I was told it would be ready. I've had plenty of cars tinted, and I completely understand that jobs run long. Other shops have simply called or texted to say they needed more time, and that's all it would have taken here. A shop usually has a good idea by mid-afternoon whether a job will finish on time, so a quick heads up would have made this a very different review. I'm not asking for minute-by-minute updates. Something as simple as "Hey, we're running behind, should be ready in about an hour" would have been plenty. Even the smallest bit of communication goes a long way, and for what a premium XPEL install costs, I expected to be kept in the loop. If the tint holds up through curing, the work itself seems solid. But since that kind of basic communication matters a lot to me, I'll probably look elsewhere next time. Who knew the darkest thing about a tint shop would be its communication?

I brought my car to Amaro's Window Tint specifically because the receptionist gave me a very…read morecompetitive phone quote for ceramic tint. Her price beat another vendor I already had an appointment with, so I canceled that appointment to go with Amaro's. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I experienced what felt like a classic bait-and-switch. The receptionist suddenly claimed the quoted price was only for their most basic, non-ceramic tint. I explained the situation, showed her the competitor quotes I had passed up, and explained that my schedule is very tight. She was completely dismissive, refused to honor or price-match the original quote, and didn't even offer an apology for the 'miscommunication.' Because I was already there and couldn't easily reschedule my day, I ended up paying double the original quote to get the ceramic tint. My advice to anyone coming here: get your quote in writing and make sure it explicitly states the exact type of tint (e.g., nano-ceramic). You can easily find top-tier ceramic tint elsewhere for the price they charge for their mid-tier film. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the two brothers working in the garage. They were super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on the installation. It's a shame the front-office sales tactics don't match the quality of the work in the back.
