I came in this morning and was greeted by two of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. They were both incredibly patient, thoughtful and empathetic while we discussed the damage and what my options would be. I came back at the end of the day to some very good news and the even better unexpected news that they would go over my estimate with me to see where I could save on sourcing parts for the repair! Given that the last two shops I went to straight up lied and fudged the hell out of the estimate(to the point where I almost lost my bike because they claimed so much that State Farm wanted to total loss it) I was obviously nervous about going to a new shop to potentially have the same thing happen. I'm so happy to say I've found a new shop for life and that I've finally found people I can trust with my most precious belonging. Thank you guys so much for everything, you guys are the absolute best

Damaged rim, under inflated tires, refused responsibility, and called me a liar…read more Had a very unfortunate experience at Evolution after getting a minor service and rear tire change done. upon inspecting my bike after service I noticed deep radial scratches that covered about half the rim, and a few deep gouges where the bead of the tire meets the rim (mounting bar mark). I immediately called Evolution, sent photos of the damage, and they asked me to come in the next morning. Next morning, before even seeing the bike, they denied all responsibility and said it "was impossible" for their tire change machine to make such marks. they even showed me the bare steel breaker/mounting bar that obviously made the mark in the photo and said "this never gets close to the rim", and the marks on my rim look like "road damage". They also asked what I'd expect as a solution, I said "repair or replace". Then they said "we're not gonna do that, the wheel is $2500 and out of stock" and offered me %15 off my next service . So if they were so sure they didn't cause any damage, why did they look up the wheel to source, ask me what I wanted as a solution, and offer me %15 off my next service? Furthermore, both tire pressure sensors are reading low (pic is from warmed up tires ~20min riding), front tire 2psi low and rear tire 4psi low. I brought this up and they said my sensors were wrong, but they did not check again. I did with another gauge and they were in fact low. Lastly, I mentioned the oil also looked less than half full as I had checked on the center stand that morning (pic included). At this point they called me a liar even though I had pictures and video of everything I'm asserting. The hot engine oil measured good so I think I made a mistake checking the oil cold. But that doesn't make me a liar. What an awkward and frustrating experience after 5 years of being a happy customer.

When you decide where to take your bike, think of the 'trust-factor' when making your choice. When you ride, you MUST have TRUST in the team/shop that wrench on your bike. Why? Because it's YOUR LIFE when on the road! You must have TRUST & CONFIDENCE in the mechanic(s) working on your bike and with the owner (Wausiman Borges) overseeing that all work was being done CORRECTLY and COMPLETELY, and giving me updates as to what's being done and why, I put my faith in his processes. Besides the standard B-Service, Wausiman (owner) and his crew did additional servicing that needed done (and I agreed to) to make my bike not only run like new but look like new as well because of their washing/cleaning following the work. From Valve gasket replacement to valve adjustments, to changing spark plug, to new brakes to all fluids, and even returning my Caribou bags to their dark-black original finish, I was totally satisfied with every aspect of the work. You ask about 'price?' It was both FAIR, REASONABLE AND ACCEPTABLE FOR ALL THE WORK COMPLETED. And, since I live in San Mateo, his San Mateo-based location is convenient and without logistic hassles. FULL SERVICE, TRUST, CONVENIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY WORK, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and FAIR PRICING. THIS IS THE SHOP I RECOMMEND.

Ah, yes -- as a Yelp review, I'd tighten it considerably while keeping the details that make the…read moreexperience so unusual and credible. I came in prepared to make multiple purchases and, frankly, left confused by the entire experience. My time is limited. I run a business and manage private investments, so when I shop for vehicles, I generally know what I want, have a budget established, and am prepared to buy. I was looking for three machines: 1. A Can-Am Canyon Redrock -- budgeted around $36,000. 2. Either a 125th Anniversary Indian Chief or a black Chief Bobber -- around $24,000. 3. A Challenger Dark Horse with the PowerPlus 112, preferably blue, that I can eventually set up with a sidecar for my service dog -- around $35,000. I had made sure I had approximately $100,000 available so that if the right machines and numbers were there, I could simply pay cash and get it done. I arrived shortly before closing, and the salesperson was friendly, but surprisingly unfamiliar with the Can-Am Canyon. I actually had to point the Canyon out on a poster because he initially didn't think they carried it. When I asked about the Redrock trim, there was additional confusion because he thought I was asking for something other than a Canyon. I was looking for a Canyon Redrock. They didn't have the motorcycles I wanted, which isn't anyone's fault. We did, however, work numbers on the Canyon. They came back at roughly $38,000. I countered at $35,500. Instead of countering or trying to find a number that worked, I was essentially told to "come back when you're ready to buy." That was the part I couldn't understand. I was ready to buy. In fact, I kept trying to close the deal. It was one of the strangest sales experiences I've had because I felt like I was the salesperson trying to overcome the dealership's objections. I didn't expect them to accept every number I offered. Negotiating is part of buying a vehicle. I expected a counteroffer, a conversation with a manager, or some effort to find common ground -- particularly when I was potentially looking at purchasing three machines. Instead, I left. The salesperson was nice, and I don't have anything personally negative to say about him. But being willing and financially prepared to spend close to $100,000 and leaving because I couldn't get the dealership to actually sell me something was a very strange experience. At this point, I'll most likely bought the Canyon from another dealer over the phone when I was still in their parking lot and will probably get the Indians through another dealer.
