Invoice from RMC. Dropped off on July 8 -- charged $80 for diagnosis after 8 days, but no work was done.

RMC Moto - The most frustrating shop I've ever dealt with. If you love your bike, avoid this place. Dropped my bike off on July 8 for a simple ignition issue (likely the relay). They said they'd inspect it by July 10 -- but a week passed, and they did nothing. Every time I politely called (2-minute check-ins), I got rude replies like: "Stop calling. Just take it somewhere else." No updates. No inspection. Yet they charged me $80 for "diagnosis" and quoted $90 for a $20 relay part. With no sign of progress or communication, I eventually had no choice but to move my bike to another shop. And guess what? They fixed it in ONE hour using the relay I already had. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- + In response to the owner's reply -- I want to clarify a few key points that were misrepresented. Before dropping off my bike, I spoke with Rick on the phone and was told that inspection would likely happen by Thursday, July 10. That verbal promise is what led me to tow the bike to your shop. Let's talk about communication. I didn't "keep calling" as you implied. I checked my phone records -- I called exactly three times over 8 days, and every single time I was responding to a missed expectation that *you* gave me. Each call was polite, 1-2 minutes max. I never raised my voice. I didn't demand anything. I was simply asking when I could expect my bike back, based on the timelines you provided. Thursday (7/10): I called because it was the promised inspection day.   You said other bikes were ahead, so mine would be delayed. Friday (7/11): I called again as instructed.   I was told "Maybe next Monday or Tuesday", and "If you can't wait, you can take it elsewhere." Wednesday (7/16): After no update all week, I called again.   That's when you finally said you had just ordered the part, with no ETA and no progress. But you never once reached out first. Not even to say: "Hey, we're running late," "The queue is longer than expected." or "We're still waiting on the part." Had I known from the beginning that the process could take 2-3 weeks, I would've made a different decision -- and saved myself from paying for towing twice. And after all that? When I picked up my bike, I didn't even get a basic apology. Not a single "sorry for the delay" or "thanks for waiting." Let's be honest -- if this happened to you, wouldn't you be frustrated too? This isn't about being "impatient." It's about being treated like a customer who deserves updates, honesty, and respect -- not like a burden for asking simple questions.

This place was recommended by my friend. I used to own a Royal enfield and had to go to triumph showroom from north San Jose to south san jose for any services. Later I bought a Kawasaki Ninja and when I was searching for a nearby motorbike service places my friend referred and strongly recommend this place as he is a regular customer. As soon as I saw the listing I was really impressed with the reviews on the listing as it's not really easy for any buisness to maintain such a high standards with a different range of customers. This place is a located in junction with short commute from santaclara, San Jose and Milpitas area. It's easy for me to go to this place with 5 min ride. I have to talk about Mr.Rick he is the buisness owner and the executive engineer/solution consultant at this place. He is warm welcoming , kind and greets all his customers with a big smile. I took an appointment 10 mins before my visit, he gave me an appointment with short notice he took just 10 mins for initial diagnosis and gave me multiple solutions with a next appointment. He delivered all the repairs as scheduled as per his action list in no time. I was really impressed with his quick and professional services. I will highly recommend this place for all my friends around this area and also anywhere in bay area. Simply to describe in a sentence: Highly professional quality service centre with fastest service at right cost!!!

I brought in a newly purchased used gsxr for a safety inspection and a few other small repairs. I am really pleased with my experience. Rick is direct, fair and honest. I never got the impression he was trying to sell me anything, just offering information and services.

I came in this morning and was greeted by two of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. They were both incredibly patient, thoughtful and empathetic while we discussed the damage and what my options would be. I came back at the end of the day to some very good news and the even better unexpected news that they would go over my estimate with me to see where I could save on sourcing parts for the repair! Given that the last two shops I went to straight up lied and fudged the hell out of the estimate(to the point where I almost lost my bike because they claimed so much that State Farm wanted to total loss it) I was obviously nervous about going to a new shop to potentially have the same thing happen. I'm so happy to say I've found a new shop for life and that I've finally found people I can trust with my most precious belonging. Thank you guys so much for everything, you guys are the absolute best

Damaged rim, under inflated tires, refused responsibility, and called me a liar…read more Had a very unfortunate experience at Evolution after getting a minor service and rear tire change done. upon inspecting my bike after service I noticed deep radial scratches that covered about half the rim, and a few deep gouges where the bead of the tire meets the rim (mounting bar mark). I immediately called Evolution, sent photos of the damage, and they asked me to come in the next morning. Next morning, before even seeing the bike, they denied all responsibility and said it "was impossible" for their tire change machine to make such marks. they even showed me the bare steel breaker/mounting bar that obviously made the mark in the photo and said "this never gets close to the rim", and the marks on my rim look like "road damage". They also asked what I'd expect as a solution, I said "repair or replace". Then they said "we're not gonna do that, the wheel is $2500 and out of stock" and offered me %15 off my next service . So if they were so sure they didn't cause any damage, why did they look up the wheel to source, ask me what I wanted as a solution, and offer me %15 off my next service? Furthermore, both tire pressure sensors are reading low (pic is from warmed up tires ~20min riding), front tire 2psi low and rear tire 4psi low. I brought this up and they said my sensors were wrong, but they did not check again. I did with another gauge and they were in fact low. Lastly, I mentioned the oil also looked less than half full as I had checked on the center stand that morning (pic included). At this point they called me a liar even though I had pictures and video of everything I'm asserting. The hot engine oil measured good so I think I made a mistake checking the oil cold. But that doesn't make me a liar. What an awkward and frustrating experience after 5 years of being a happy customer.
