After our first appointment which I thought was a decent interaction, my bike started experiencing electrical issues which I believe was caused by either him or his assistant technician. After trying to schedule another appointment to diagnose the electrical issue and have some saddles installed, he gave me an appointment date multiple times for the 22nd, 30th, and then the again on the 6th of the following month which I confirmed for all 3 times! but was never put in his schedule nor honored. I was put off 3 times and had this appointment rescheduled on multiple occasions just to never even have it. As he blamed me for not clarifying whether he needed a specific part or not which was already discussed and not really even relevant for the other work needing to be done on the bike or for the already confirmed appointment times. His MANIPULATIVE & SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT STYLE, or just poor scheduling and communication skills will unfortunately never have me return to receive his services. Also, the oem part he claimed I needed and used as his excuse to not schedule me for, was up charged because he thought I was unaware of motorcycle repair or parts pricing. So again, don't waste your time or money dealing with this unaccountable D bag. Go to an actual shop. Pay for more Professionalism.

I came in this morning and was greeted by two of the kindest gentleman I have ever met. They were both incredibly patient, thoughtful and empathetic while we discussed the damage and what my options would be. I came back at the end of the day to some very good news and the even better unexpected news that they would go over my estimate with me to see where I could save on sourcing parts for the repair! Given that the last two shops I went to straight up lied and fudged the hell out of the estimate(to the point where I almost lost my bike because they claimed so much that State Farm wanted to total loss it) I was obviously nervous about going to a new shop to potentially have the same thing happen. I'm so happy to say I've found a new shop for life and that I've finally found people I can trust with my most precious belonging. Damaged rim, under inflated tires, refused responsibility, and called me a liar…read more Had a very unfortunate experience at Evolution after getting a minor service and rear tire change done. upon inspecting my bike after service I noticed deep radial scratches that covered about half the rim, and a few deep gouges where the bead of the tire meets the rim (mounting bar mark). I immediately called Evolution, sent photos of the damage, and they asked me to come in the next morning. Next morning, before even seeing the bike, they denied all responsibility and said it "was impossible" for their tire change machine to make such marks. they even showed me the bare steel breaker/mounting bar that obviously made the mark in the photo and said "this never gets close to the rim", and the marks on my rim look like "road damage". They also asked what I'd expect as a solution, I said "repair or replace". Then they said "we're not gonna do that, the wheel is $2500 and out of stock" and offered me %15 off my next service . So if they were so sure they didn't cause any damage, why did they look up the wheel to source, ask me what I wanted as a solution, and offer me %15 off my next service? Furthermore, both tire pressure sensors are reading low (pic is from warmed up tires ~20min riding), front tire 2psi low and rear tire 4psi low. I brought this up and they said my sensors were wrong, but they did not check again. I did with another gauge and they were in fact low. Lastly, I mentioned the oil also looked less than half full as I had checked on the center stand that morning (pic included). At this point they called me a liar even though I had pictures and video of everything I'm asserting. The hot engine oil measured good so I think I made a mistake checking the oil cold. But that doesn't make me a liar. What an awkward and frustrating experience after 5 years of being a happy customer.

I ended up waiting for hours, and the biggest issue was the lack of communication. We were told there were no returns, despite that policy never being communicated at the time of purchase. We even have video footage of the original transaction. What made it worse was the way my friend was treated when she tried to return it rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. I came back to address the situation calmly, but instead of having a professional conversation, I was met with the same attitude and immediate hostility. Policies are one thing, but how you treat customers matters. After this experience, I won't be returning, and neither will the friends and family who have supported this business for years.
