I was a tourist looking for a quick fill in on my acrylics. I also noticed on my vacation that my eyebrows were a hot mess. I am a huge review reader and found this nail shop on yelp as it was close to my cabin. I am so glad that I did. I was warmly greeted by Mindy. She kept the conversation the whole way during my fill in and was extremely friendly. She was able to fix my almond shaped nails that were lifting and arched my brows beautifully to where they barely need any makeup to shape them. If I lived in the Gatlinburg area, this would be my go to nail salon! It's very seldom that you find a great nail salon with no complaints! Truly the WORST salon experience I have ever had! My daughter and I went on Friday for pedicures. We selected the deluxe pedicure for $35 each. The "spa" pedicure did not remove any callouses, smooth heals or trim much of the cuticle. The entire time we were in the chairs, they asked us FOUR times if we wanted a manicure which I replied No each time. Also tried to sell us eyebrow waxing twice. I did not come to this salon to get harassed into other services. My pedicure is horrible, sloppy paint and topcoat is bubbly and rough. Upon checkout, she tried to charge us for the $40 pedicure. I clearly pointed to the deluxe pedicure on the spa menu due to a major language barrier. Then she ran my card three times, two with different amounts! My last review was removed and I'm not sure why? It said I needed more details. I came here on a weekday morning while my best friend and I were vacationing in Pigeon Forge. They had a Yelp deal and seemed to have the best reviews so we headed there. It was pretty packed but we were told to pick out our colors and our seats were ready for us by the time we decided. We upgraded to the deluxe pedicure which included a mask and sugar scrub. This felt and smelled great so I would definitely recommend it! It's a busy place, but we were able to relax. And laugh with Zoolander playing on the TV. The massage chairs really worked, and the employees weren't rushing our pedicures. My guy even made jokes about "cheese" when he went back to grate my feet a second time. (Is that too gross for Yelp? I thought it was hilarious!) I would definitely recommend them! I didn't get gel polish, but my pedicure lasted a solid 2 weeks without chipping! read more

Pretty awesome and convenient place my fiance and I went at the last minute ..well more like first thing early in the morning. We were getting married that afternoon and she got us in pretty fast at 9am she talks aloooot! Very opinionated! I got my nails done and she talked my husband in to getting a manicure...his first ever so beware of the hustle lol also I want to point out I already need a fill in. And since I was there for my wedding only impossible due to the fact I live 7 hours away. I wouldn't suggest going there but they were convenient but not cheap! read more

They got us in right away but our experience went downhill quickly. We got pedicures. My friend's water was ice cold even after she repeatedly asked for it to be made hotter. They weren't able to answer any questions about regular pedicure versus deluxe pedicure. I just got a blank stare and they repeated "pedicure". Blue foot water was splashed on my friends drink. The whole place seemed dirty. When finished, I had 3 toes that were terrible. Both big toes had ripples in them and my 3rd toe had a significant amount of paint on my skin. I showed her and so while correcting the mistakes she dripped acetone on my brand spanking new flip flops and it bleached/discolored them. I'm extremely disappointed with this place and irritated that I spent $60 for the worst mani-pedi I have ever received. First, I didn't even get any kind of a massage AT ALL during my pedicure. Second, they jacked up my gel manicure. The first lady messed it up twice and then got attitude when I said I wasn't happy with it. The color wasn't any where near the edges of my nails. So she had to soak it in the acetone and scrape it off which made my fingers look all dried up and peely. Then the second girl at least least got the polish to look good, but gave me the most half-assed massage ever. So I get to the register thinking they'll give me a discount for all that crap, but no I paid full price. I will never come back and wouldn't suggest this place to ANYONE. read more

My 15 year old daughter and I went there on April 15th for each of us to get a mani/pedi. We were told there was no wait. We were set up in the pedicure chairs, where we soaked for a half hour. The water at my chair was ice cold - it was never even warm. I was asked if the water was ok and I said it was really cold but they didn't seem to care. Once our pedicures were done, I was escorted to the drying station, while my daughter was taken to a manicure station, where her chair had something really gross in it that was left behind by the prior customer. They totally forgot about my manicure and at that point, I just wanted us to get out of there. Her manicure looks horrible. The language barrier was really a problem and after witnessing others struggling with communication, I realized that speaking up was useless. Give this place a second thought before you go there!! read more

It's so disappointing how dishonest they have been just for the sake of stars. I would say at least 95% of the positive reviews are fake. They have used people I know's pictures for their fake profile. And even used celebrity's pictures as well lol Funny, ridiculous, but mostly dishonest. Nail tech for my pedicure did a good job. I chose this salon from a glance at the reviews on google. I should have read further. All of the reviews are fake. My fiancé and I wanted to get pedicures for our wedding in two days and it was his first pedicure so I was taking pictures of him. One of the guys in the salon became overly friendly with me a started asking for my phone to take our picture together. I handed him my phone with the camera pulled up from the locked screen. We kept talking and he handed me my phone back with the lock screen up so I thought something went wrong and I unlocked my phone and pulled up the camera for him to take a picture. He held my phone for a few moments and then began swiping through my phone asking if I had yelp and Facebook. I told him no and asked politely for my phone back. He continued to swipe through my phone and talking about Facebook and would not give my phone back. I finally demanded my phone back and he had opened my Facebook and unknown what else had been opened on my phone. My friend who was sitting behind the man saw him leave a 5 star review on some website. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. #creeperstatus read more
