Back again for builder gel nail refill and a pedicure on a late Saturday afternoon. When I walked…read morein Mai wasn't available to do my nails. Cindy did both my builder gel nails and pedicure this time. My nails came out looking great, but unfortunately she nicked me on the side of my middle finger when cleaning my cuticles and a day later I am still in pain. I have anxiety whenever someone does my nails, but I don't show it because I don't want my anxiety building up. I am always afraid of someone hurting me while I get my nails done and it happened with Cindy. She did make my nails look pretty, but I can't have her do my nails again. My finger is so sore. She was also handling me a little rough while using the grinder machine and nicked me a little on my outer edges of my cuticles on my actual skin. The next time I will definitely ask for Mai if she's available.

Wanted a pedicure and the water was very cold , not warmed at all, service wasn't terrible but wasn't the best . Maybe I should have spoken up as soon as I walked in but I didn't want to interrupt the conversations they were having with the guests they were working on. Nail shaping and cleanup was great!! Water was just super cold , again I could have said somthing but my social anxiety said no. Vibe was very chill regardless and they did amazing on the gel and shaping , nice leg scrubbing too.

I wanted…read moreto leave a review because I don't know why their average review rating is so low? -I have loved every person I've received a manicure (or pedicure from) -the service is timely, I have never had to wait longer than 10mins to be seen (but like most places there will be busier times than others) -the gel manicures have lasted at least 2 weeks -I will continue to come to Belle Femme and I do hope that their attention to detail will be reflected in the Yelp ratings

The WORST mani-pedi I've ever received!!…read more I came with my friend to get mani-pedis in July. I was a couple minutes late to the appointment, but it was 15-20 minutes before technicians finally sat down with me (my friend was well through her services by then). I only wanted hand, foot and cuticle care, no polish, and received an absolute botch job. Toenails on both feet cut past the line, even after I flinched and told the technician she was cutting too deep, so it was painful to walk for days after (which was fantastic as someone who works on their feet all day). The technician working on my hands also cut into my cuticle, to the point they had to apply an antiseptic. She also filed into my nails so deep and uneven that I have score marks on my nails. It's now 2 MONTHS later, I'm still growing this awful job out, and my nails look a mess. When I went in the following day to explain my experience and request a refund after realizing just how much pain my toes were still in and how awful my hands looked, they said no. I was offered a gift card to use on future services and fake toe nails. When I declined, they said I could "give the gift card to a friend." They also said that it's only 2 of the 10 employees they have that worked on me, but that means that at least 20% of their staff are doing shotty work. You can see the grow of my nails here. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money. Save yourself the grief and go literally anywhere else
