Nope she did the whole set and left them extremely uneven, I did ask her to fix them but her fix did nothing. I had to go home and fix them myself. The WORST mani-pedi I've ever received!!…read more I came with my friend to get mani-pedis in July. I was a couple minutes late to the appointment, but it was 15-20 minutes before technicians finally sat down with me (my friend was well through her services by then). I only wanted hand, foot and cuticle care, no polish, and received an absolute botch job. Toenails on both feet cut past the line, even after I flinched and told the technician she was cutting too deep, so it was painful to walk for days after (which was fantastic as someone who works on their feet all day). The technician working on my hands also cut into my cuticle, to the point they had to apply an antiseptic. She also filed into my nails so deep and uneven that I have score marks on my nails. It's now 2 MONTHS later, I'm still growing this awful job out, and my nails look a mess. When I went in the following day to explain my experience and request a refund after realizing just how much pain my toes were still in and how awful my hands looked, they said no. I was offered a gift card to use on future services and fake toe nails. When I declined, they said I could "give the gift card to a friend." They also said that it's only 2 of the 10 employees they have that worked on me, but that means that at least 20% of their staff are doing shotty work. You can see the grow of my nails here. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money. Save yourself the grief and go literally anywhere else
