I've been using Spartan Rooter for over 25 years and they continue to earn my trust every single time. They are honest, consistent, dependable and never let me down. Bill also has educated me to put a drain snare on my washer drain and a strainer on my disposal drain to reduce the clogging since they drain into the same pipe. After so many years it feels less like hiring a company and more like calling people who genuinely care about their customers. If you are looking for a reliable, fair priced, professional plumbing service, this is the team you want. They have earned my loyalty for a reason read more

Bill was recommended to me by the previous homeowner and I am very grateful that his number was passed along to me. Bill cleans my main sewer line annually and has come out for several clogs that I couldn't fix myself. Bill or one of his service employees always comes out right away and performs the task pain free. They show up as scheduled and there are never any surprises. Bill always makes me aware of the worst case scenario up front, but every time he's been able to fix the problems with ease. Best of all, their pricing is so much more reasonable than you'd expect to pay based on all of the horror stories you hear about naive people being ripped off by plumbers. I can't recommend this company enough. Give them a shot and I'm sure you'll be as happy dealing with Bill and his staff as my wife and I have been. read more

Wow! What service! I called to get a quote for a toilet and shut off valve replaced in my home. The owner's wife was so nice and helpful and sent Bill over within a 1/2 hour! He was so professional, gave me a very fair price and came on-time 2 days later to install. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up, too! 5 stars and I will be using this company for all of my plumbing needs. read more

These folks go above and beyond. The diverter broke in my shower. Called Spartan up, and Bill was out the next day, 100% prepared and 100% at the top of the plumbing game. Despite some serious hard water build up, Bill had things fixed in less than 10 minutes flat and charged half of what I would have expected from other companies. Give Spartan a try -- you won't be disappointed! read more

It was time to find a new plumber! My dear friend recommended Spartan Rooter. I appreciate the fact that it is family owned, has been in business for many years and has a great reputation. Bill, the owner, has been to our home several times to repair, replace and diagnose plumbing issues. He cleaned our main sewer drain that was backed up and changed out a bathroom faucet this time. He's prompt, highly experienced and honest. You know right away what went wrong, how he plans to fix it and how much it will cost. His prices are very reasonable. No nonsense, no upselling, just right upfront on everything. He guarantees all his work and gets right to work. I really like that he actually gives you mini courses in why things happen and how to prevent future issues. My husband and I are very glad we gave him a call! I seldom write reviews, but this business is worth my time to do so. read more

I learned about Spartan Rooter and it's owner Bill more than 10 years ago when we had an old faucet that was leaking at the business and a coworker recommended them. Bill completed that and subsequent repairs at that business and then at my home over the years all at reasonable labor rates. I had a kitchen faucet at my home that needed a new cartridge and Bill came by this morning to make the repair. As in the past, I found the charge for labor to be reasonable. If you are looking for quality plumbing repairs that won't break the bank, look no further. read more

I have been using Spartan Rooter for many years it is a family owned business. It is a business based on honesty, reliability, and affordability. Among the many jobs they have performed are a water heater replacement, repipe from front of house to curb, and clean out when pipes backed up. I only call Spartan. read more

Spartan Rooter was recommended to me by a neighbor who praised their service. Garrett (son of the father and son team) arrived at the time scheduled. From my observation he was professional, polite, covered my floor prior to starting and carefully cleaned up so it looked like he was never there. My neighbor said when his dad (Bill) serviced his home he confirmed father and son both have a great work ethic. Next time my wife puts all our dog's furry toys in the washer and plugs the drain you can bet I'll be calling Spartan. I highly recommend this family business! read more

We were referred to Bill (Spartan Rooter) by a previous satisfied client, which they were referred to be another! If that wasn't enough to move forward with them, than the rest of our initial interaction definitely sealed the deal. After calling a half a dozen plumbers that either didn't pick up or weren't available within a reasonable timeframe, I came across Bill's info. The issue at hand, a pretty tough shower clog in our only restroom of the house -- hence time being of the essence. Bill not only answered, but said he would personally be out for the service himself and that we'd be the 2nd call that very next day. As promised, he called to confirm the service and ETA the morning of. And after some elbow grease and having to climb up on the roof, Bill was able to clear our drain in about 30 mins. Very professional and HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet and Bill cane out right away to fix it! His prices are very reasonable and he was very flexible with my busy schedule! I would highly recommend Spartan for all your plumbing needs big or small! read more

We'd never think of calling anyone else. Spartan Rooter has always been honest and able to solve problems. read more

I do not recommend! The owner is rude and condescending. In addition, the work is sloppy and he damaged the house interior without a care. We have a big scratch on the floor from his careless work. BEWARE if you choose to use this business. Don't let the cheaper price quotes fool you... it's bad service with a bad attitude to match. read more

Friendly, quick, local, responsive. Highly recommend using them to address your plumbing needs.

We have used Spartan Rooter for years. They are always fair, fast, and effective. I highly recommend them.

It is such a pleasure to have a fair, fast, reliable and friendly family run plumbing business there when you need them, and showering and being able to flush your toilet is pretty darn important. I will never put effort into trying to resolve problems myself - it is just not worth it when Spartan Rooter is there in 2 or 3 business hours, and they are fair, fast and friendly. Good guys. Thanks Jeff and Garrett! PS. The 1 Star reviews from Yi P and Wei J look fake. Ignore them. They are probably competitors of this good family. Pay attention only to the other 5 Star reviews folks. Peace. :-) read more

Top of the line service, family owned and operated, quality care. My family have used them for years and years, and they've never failed us. Owner is a straight shooter kind of guy - when we debated on upgrading to a tankless system, he was honest about the pros and cons and didn't try to sell us on the upgrade even though it meant he would lose $ on going with a smaller job if we stuck with the simple tank swap. Highly highly recommend these guys. Support small business. They have a lot of loyal customers. read more

I called and within an hour the owner was here, twenty minutes later job well done. I have three words for this business, Professional, Courteous and fast. read more

Best service, best price! We have used Spartan for 25+ years, both in a rented home and now in our own home we purchased nextdoor. There are huge trees in the parkway lining our street and the roots cause havoc with the main line, so it needs to be cleaned out about once a year. They have also come out to clear the line for the washer drain as well, with the same prompt service - no job too big or small, and their prices have only slightly increased over the years, unlike many other businesses. Highly recommend Bill and his family-run company !! read more

HONEST! GREAT PRICE!!! Quick, friendly, professional. Showed on time, was knowledgable, great rates. Highly recommended! Had clogged up mainline, had a bad root problem. Bill talk with me regarding the root problem. All the five star reviews are well deserved. Best thing too, is a family owen Business.. Update 9/5/2017 Our older hot water heater (the budget one we purchased from Home Depot only eight years ago) went out so we called Spartan. Jeff came right out the next day and installed a new, high quality hot water at a reasonable price. I love this company. They are honest, fast, and their work is reliable. Our home is over 40 years old, and as expected, we have occasional sink and toilet clogs. We have used Spartan many times. They always come at the appointment time and prices are very fair. read more
