Patrick and Alex have the kind of care, excellence, obsessiveness, and eye for detail that makes an OCD clean fanatic like myself feel truly seen!! I knew that New York apartments tend to accumulate prior tenants' lives, grime, grease, pet hair, and layers of dust, and that landlords don't deep clean the way I would my own home. I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. At the end of their job, I felt I could finally relax into my new home, and everything was sparkling and new. If you are looking for a regular weekly cleaning, that's what you should ask for and many cleaning companies offer that service -- but if you are looking for an apartment move-in or move-out DEEP clean that removes decades of grime, Elite Supreme Cleaning and Patrick are the best in the business.

My building had to tear into a large main wall to see where the water was coming from and if mold had grown within the wall. I was devastated. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. I will always recommend his services and would absolutely use him again (though I'm praying for no more surprises!).

The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. Organic Tim's Cleaning answered our request immediately and was able to come out and give us a quotation in a timely and professional manner. The use of organic cleaning materials was important to us and he did not disappoint. He showed up promptly with his team at the appointed day and time and they went right to work. Rich in varied details of differing facets of their services, they reflected Jack's keen listening/reading sensitivities and laser responses. His precision is sniper accurate. I had been in crisis mode with my messy apartment for far too long and no time to clean it. I dreaded hiring anyone. After spending seven hours one recent Sunday cutting up cardboard boxes alone, I drew the line. I needed help. Hiring Best Maids was one of the best decisions of my life. Period. First, Jack the owner is true as water on a placid morning's pond. Whatever concern or variable or worry you throw his way in negotiations, they're reduced to brief ripples as he adjusts terms, massages in solutions and then returns to his essence like a mirrored pond returns to its placid clarity after a pebble shatters it briefly: he is as honest, centered and focused as an arrow. A jaw droppingly true fellow in a notorious hustler trade. Both our trades are. Not in thirty odd years have I had such a sterling experience negotiating. He even dispatched a third person on Day 1 - not to jack up the price but to ensure it got done in two days. So when I asked afterwards whether he needed to adjust the price out of fairness to him (being that we agreed on only two people), he demurred - he added the third person of a trio family to ensure the job got done. Not one red cent more. And now for Anthony, Vivian and their youthful daughter Emily. My heart ached for their present hard working profession but it soared as I spent time lending a hand where I could. Open hearted souls who put in buckets of sweat equity. I could deluge you with the many, many positive details of their work and results but for me the brief tears of Vivian just before leaving said it all. She - as did we all - realized something special happened here over these two grueling days: they changed this stranger's life for the better. Amongst the torrent of incredible observations: as the ending of each day approached, they all kicked it into a HIGHER GEAR - not to catch up but to drive home perfection. Pride in their work.They went beyond and voluntarily. Jack and I are honest - I wasn't comfortable with their doing more than we'd agreed to - except when Anthony figured out why I was routinely tumbling out of bed due to a cracked bed-frame. He found a quick way to remedy it and that gave me my first great night's sleep I have had in eons. Effervescent Emily, in her mid-Twenties, took a number of colored pottery pots and put various plants I had that were in plastic original containers into the new pots and even put a moon valley pilea in a terracotta pot shaped like a wood nymph's face that I had buried somewhere. Art in everyday life. Quite Gaga - she was a fan. Many examples revealed themselves after they left leaving artistic flourishes. And Vivian cleaned my bathroom with savage grace and persistent diligence! She was stunned. We all were ! Nonstop excellence. I'll never forget these two days of wonder in brutal February! They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

There are fingerprints all over the mirrors, and they couldn't even make beds! They didn't have time to clean any of our first floor - including the bathroom. I have given this company over $10k over two years. And the office admin hung up on me when I complained today. Lots of loyalty for their customers! I don't want to throw my money away and then have to clean my own house when they leave.

I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

The appointment was easy to book and owner was nice initially, but completely ignored me after I reached out about the cleaning job. The lady who came to clean didn't speak any English so I couldn't communicate with her. She did a decent job cleaning, but definitely had things she could've improved on. I still paid for the full job and tipped her over 20%. I try to clean on a daily basis, but it's been a little difficult to do deep cleanings after having a baby, working, and going to school full-time. I even cleaned my home before she came because I wanted her to mainly focus on the stove/oven/hood, which I have been overlooking for some time. I did spend an hour cleaning up after, which is beside the whole point of hiring a cleaner... But my issue isn't with the cleaning lady, it's with the owner. When I brought the issue up to her, she completely ignored me, even when I sent her pictures and brought it up twice. I was completely friendly about it and was just expecting a response, not a refund or anything. Again, I did not want to leave a bad review and just wanted to give some feedback, but I feel like the customer service is completely lacking. By the way my cabinets and stove did not have those stains on it before the cleaner came. I think she used the same towel that she used on the stove for my entire counter and cabinets because everything was covered in black and brown specks afterwards. Our apartment was empty (we haven't moved in yet so thought that would be easier) and we hired them to clean before we move. They advised they would clean the inside of cabinets/drawers as well. We let the cleaner in the apartment and then we had to leave. She seemed to stay there for a few hours. The cleaner took a super short video after the cleaning was completed which is appreciated but it's hard to tell what was cleaned clearly. But when we came back to the apartment later in the day, saw that the stove, refrigerator and floors were generally clean but noticed that majority of the insides of cabinets/drawers were not wiped, many corners/edges along where the floor/walls meet still had a lot of leftover debris/dust, and she forgot to clean the underside of the toilet lid. We told the owner about this and she sent the cleaner to come back and redo some parts of it. But even after she redid the cleaning on those parts, it was marginally better, but there was still some debris and dust left on the edges and corners after she wiped so it felt kind of futile to ask her to redo it a third time at this point since she just didn't seem to have that attention to detail. I ended up just having to clean those parts again myself. In our initial conversation with the owner before booking, they advised they bring all their own equipment for cleaning (including vacuum). But when the cleaner came, she didn't come with a vacuum. Their reasoning was because our apartment is only hardwood floors, but given how there was still dust balls in some corners/edges even in the second visit, just cleaning liquid and wipes are not enough for them to clean properly. If you just need a very general cleaning this service is fine but don't have high expectations for them to clean thoroughly.
