Apolonia and her crew love what they do and they respect their clients. I'm not the most efficient cleaner. I can maintain once my space is clean, but I'm not good at deep cleaning and that's where they excel. As unfathomable as it is to me, they seem to see the grossest parts of the kitchen as a challenge. And with no judgments. It's been a few weeks since they were here, and I am STILL finding nook and crannies that they cleaned that would never have occurred to me to look for. Ideal has the professionalism and thoroughness of an industrial cleaning services, but with the friendliness and understanding of a neighborhood service. The prices can be higher than some, but I'm telling you, it's worth it. You'll never want to use anyone else again. Before sending someone over, Apolonia will have a phone consultation with you, so everyone is on the same page. What's impressive is that she wants to know what YOU expect and what's most important to YOU, whereas other services might use the consultation to exclude certain services, she wants to make sure you get out of it what you need. I usually request for Jackie to clean my place, however the other cleaners are just as good. I love that Apolonia follows up after the cleaning to ensure that services were as expected. I found Apolonia via a google search ...sadly my elderly parents house and become a disaster. Ideal specializes in elderly cleaning Clutter dust and general mess had taken over. I can not possibly say enough amazing things about Ideal Cleaning Services. After several moves that happened in rapid succession in which I essentially just boxed everything I owned without thought and then a long period of time of not getting around to unpacking and accumulating more and more STUFF and JUNK, I knew I needed a nuclear option to help organize, throw out, and clean everything I owned to finally get some peace of mind. Apolonia was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of booking, walked me through everything I needed to take care of ahead of time (very little), and checked in both the day before and day of the cleaning to make sure it was all going smoothly. Jeiza and James came in right on time, assessed everything, and then worked with me all day to take care of it in a way that made sense. They were compassionate, friendly, and made the day more of a delight than the nightmare I thought it was going to be. They knew exactly how to handle every situation and had a ton of very useful suggestions on how to better place and organize my furniture and store all of the odds and ends that I decided to keep (far fewer than I thought!). While the junk removal company may not have been the cheapest option, Apolonia was very up front about the options and costs and I found the added service of them coordinating it all and then working with the guys to get the stuff out of the apartment to be worth every penny. My cleaning associate was Katrina and I absolutely loved her. Once, I have time to schedule another appointment, I plan to do it again. Basically, scheduling was painless. I called in the middle of the week and someone was over on Sunday. She came on time and got right to work. The place was a mess because it seems the building decided that a sweep of the place was enough cleaning for a new tenant. Katrina scrubbed the bathroom and kitchen clean. Then she went to attack the LAYERS of dust on everything in a very efficient manner. I have two cats and she didn't mind or scare them. Also, my boyfriend is very particular about being clean and Katrina did not mind when he wanted her to go over some of the windows just to get EVERY SINGLE BIT of dust out. She was very professional and even went above what she was asked. She found that my sink was leaking and where so I could tell my super. She also pointed out that there was a crack in the insulation of my window and that one of my windows was not cleaning properly. I don't know what to say other than I loved the service. read more

Apolonia saved us! We had to move a friend out of an apartment that was filthy and infested with roaches...on a Sunday! We called Friday and by the end of that day, Apolonia had us set up with two incredible young men to clean all day Sunday. I have to say, I completely recommend this company. I had to get my apartment cleaned really well in preparation for selling it (having an open house in 2 days and no time to scrub the tub myself).
