I had cked out the reviews prior to her coming and thought I would give this woman a try. BIG MISTAKE!! RUN do not allow this woman or her workers to clean your home. I use to clean homes professionally. This woman is not a professional house cleaner. I have aids in my home and they do light cleaning and dusting. I do not need someone to durst. I have asthma. I need the dust removed from the wall behind the dresser. She does not clean behind dressers. She told me that you wash kitchen cabnets from the top to the bottom. If you clean kitchen cabinets this way you will get streaks that will never come out. She told me my ins would only pay to have one room cleaned. The last Cleaning company that came to clean from my ins. company wa scheduled for a little over a week. She (Gloria) wanted only to wash the inside windows. I said look that window is on a door.. and there are a whole lot of windows that run up the wheelchair ramp. I should not tell you how to do ur job. I don't want to hear what the ins. is not going to pay for. As this was not my previous experience with another health ins. Cleaner. I hope yelp will allow me to keep this review. I priced the job. The inquiry response time was prompt and the information was clear and descriptive of what the "deep cleaning " service would provide. Felicia, the owner was great. Her employees that were sent to my home were a little earlier than expected which was great. They accomplished the tasks that were given to them. The before and after photos showed a huge difference for the cost. Very affordable service. I had a living and dining room plus 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. They also completed my gym room downstairs. They mopped and swept, cleaned the appliances, the fridge. My son's toys were organized and my closets. Every area was dusted and by the time they left, I can breathe. Looked like a new place. I will say they delivered. I will be hiring them again.

Do not hire this cleaning company. I got completely SCAMMED by them when I was 9 months pregnant. I…read morehired them to come and deep clean an apartment I was moving into. I usually would do it myself but I was extremely pregnant and it was not safe for me to handle chlorox etc. The apartment certainly needed a deep clean after being lived in for years but it was NOT filthy since it had been painted and the floors were re-done. The bathtub was being re-done as well and was not ready so I asked them to clean around it. The stove and fridge were also brand new. It is a two bedroom, one bath. Two women came to clean (one was almost 30 minutes late with no phone call indicating that she would be arriving late). Once they had changed they immediately started requesting supplies that were beyond what we had discussed over the phone. I provided them with everything even though each time they would send me back for something else. I left them in the apartment and when I came back an hour later, the door was chained. It was 3pm in Prospect Heights-- NO reason to chain the door shut when it could simply be locked. When I called later and asked if this was a standard practice of the company, I was told that it was not. After 3 hours of work, my husband came back to pay them and he was told not to enter the apartment because the "floors were wet." He paid them and tipped them without thinking much of it. They also demanded that he give them a 5 star review on the spot. He told them he would have to wait for me to see the place. When I came back the next day (moving day), i was SHOCKED that the only thing they did in 3 hours was mop the floor (with a dirty mop) and clean the windows. They did not open one kitchen cabinet and did not even appear to have entered the bathroom. I had to clean the entire apartment myself. When I called back, I will say that Claudette offered a "discount' on future cleaning services which is a joke. I would NEVER call them again. I think the positive reviews are either fake or maybe they have a huge disparity in staff. EIther way, BEWARE.

The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. I had the same cleaning lady for 7yrs and never had an issue. My cleaning lady retired. I was searching for a new one and this is definitely not it! In response to the Legrandf reply. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. My review is 100% truthful you are just mad. Pictures, video recordings from security cameras and witnesses don't lie.

She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. She was very patient and understanding and she was so communicative the whole time! I'm really impressed with Sandy and her team. I am now so sorry that I wrote a poor review because clearly it was a miscommunication the first time around!

This was the worst cleaning I've ever gotten and most expensive. See pics. I texted Alexandra the pictures that clearly delivered and she said she couldn't see them. She gave me $50 back of the $150. The cleaning wasn't even worth $50. Very disappointed as I only treat myself to a "deep" cleaning once every 3 months and I myself could have done more.
