They listened as I described how the Best Buy team allowed ME to make decisions of the wiring of the devices. To be placed in a live line? Unbeknownst to me. A constant power drain. I can only a tribute to their hateful nature. So I'm having problems. Long story short. I cannot live like this. By this time Alec (the technician) is in on the meeting. I admittedly that the installer at Best Buy team followed my uneducated answers based on the technicians suggestion. Alec suggested we take a look at the car, after a few minutes they spoke and quoted a cost that I could live with. And the appointment was set. What was most interesting was that the price quoted was the price paid. Thus far I'm pleased with the tear down and replacement of the wires involved. I have intentions of having more work done the lights in the wheelwells that act as blinkers and brake lights as well as the center rear brake light turn signals, which are common on Subarus. That's my next move and I'll be making my appointment with the fantastic team at Stereo King.

I had leather seats installed and Gonzalo helped me, he was nice but never mentioned that the…read moreproduct images he sent me would be four shades darker than the actual leather seats. (you can see in the pictures below.) When I received my seats, I was very surprised to see how different it looked than expected. After checking if it was the exact color I ordered, I was shocked to hear it was. I am now stuck having to pay again for these seats to be redone or stay dissatisfied with the current color.

I do drive alot and in under 3 years the leather started cracking on my driver's seat. But because I drove over 30k miles in the 3 years the warranty was invalid. I would pay extra next time for thicker leather or leather that the color goes deeper. I don't know the answer. I loved it! But I'm so sad it looks not perfect now. The other seats all still look perfect. Just the drivers side has cracks.

My dealership replaced it for free. My QX80 was upgraded to Apple carplay. Love the new feature however I had to go back to have it repaired when the heater switch wasn't connected. Clayton took the time right away to do a quick check and make sure it wasn't something simple like a blown fuse before having me commit to paying for a deeper diagnostic, which I really appreciated. Later, he discovered a large amount of water pooled under the driver's seat that had likely caused the camera module to fail. I took my car home, pulled off the trim, and carpet to investigate further, hoping to find the water source. This turned out to be a far more serious problem than I expected, and it's something I never would have found on my own without his help. Even though the issue was outside of Car Toys' scope and requires more extensive repairs elsewhere, Clayton and Mike were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole experience.

A few days ago I was installing my stereo and thought I had finished it, and it didn't turn on. I…read morewas looking around for a proper installation and called here because it was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Blake and the other gentleman, Roger (I'm usually bad with names). They came out to the front and looked at where I was in my installation. They immediately recognized and solved the issue. They were encouraging, polite and professional. It took me all of about 15 minutes in total and then I went on with my day. I don't usually make reviews unless it's absolutely terrible or absolutely wonderful services. These guys definitely deserve some recognition for their knowledge and expertise. I'd like to remind people in the area that when you go somewhere for services, you're not paying for the company's name, you're paying for the people and the experience they can give you. This place has done a full 180 since the last time I went, and it's been amazing to see the positive changes. It all starts with great people. Thanks guys!

I put down a deposit for a stereo installation but decided not to move forward after reading numerous reviews describing poor installation practices. Before any work was performed and before I purchased any products, I called and spoke with Renee to request a refund of my deposit. I was told they have a "no refund" policy. However, I didn't purchase anything--I simply placed a deposit to reserve an installation appointment. Despite clearly explaining this, Renee insisted the deposit was non-refundable and only offered an exchange for merchandise that I never bought or wanted. He was not polite, and his response was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and completely ignored the fact that no services had been provided. Keeping a customer's deposit when no work has been performed and no products have been purchased seems like an unfair business practice(most likely illegal). I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing other available options. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review this company's policies before leaving a deposit. I certainly wish I had.

We had two jobs: Install a front and rear dash cam in our 2024 RAV4 Prime and install a brake controller in our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Picking up the RAV 4 he told us he finished the job underbid and he would install the brake controller with the leftover funds. WOW... Both jobs were done quickly, cleanly, looking factory-installed. Steven is quick, professional, and best of all... HONEST! I can't recommend him more. Sonic Audio is now our go-to shop.

I can't thank him enough for this recommendation because Sonic Audio was incredible. This is a one man shop so it could take a month or so before you are able to get your car serviced but would you rather go to someplace which wasn't busy and could see you within the next day or two? Exactly. After purchasing my dream car, I wanted to put in a touch display, some floorboard lighting, and a backup camera. The work was completed on time and within budget. The only snag was that the backup camera was faulty. Thankfully they took care of everything to get it replaced. The communication was great. The service was amazing. And most importantly my car sounds amazing!!! I highly recommend Sonic Audio for all your audio and lighting needs.
