Told them that we weren't in a hurry so just give us a call whenever they could deliver it. Found out they sold the hot tub to someone else and won't give us our 4500 back. Said that we abandoned it when they never delivered it like they were suppose to. Dishonest and horrible horrible people. To sell a hot tub to a family, suppose to deliver it and never did then sell it to someone else and not return our money. Sad that they won't return to a family their 4500. We bought a hot tub, business was suppose to deliver it and never did, then they resell it to someone else for less than 1500 on market place. Shame on you Brandy and Andrew owners of Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa.

We would have no hot tub without Doug. If you have an older model, as we do (~2000 model), it's…read morealmost impossible to find anyone to repair it. Doug is extremely knowledgeable in his industry and twice has managed to find a solution. Plus he's an exceptionally nice person. For those who might be frustrated at length of time to get a response - there is only person like him in the area. Prior to finding Doug, no company would even come out to our home based on the age of our model. He is worth waiting for.

I would not recommend Hot Tub Pros due to their unprofessional and poor communication, poor service…read moredelivery and inconsistent pricing. I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

Repair work is incredibly overpriced and billing is likely fraudulent based on a recent experience…read moreof mine with a repair of a broken bolt on my auto cover ($467 for a relatively minor repair plus an hour of transit time to Lower Valley). The repair lasted for 3 uses and when I called to ask them to stand behind their work I was blamed for breaking the bolt due to improper use of my old system. They came back to replace the bolt (took 20 minutes, tho I was billed for 2.5 hrs of labor initially) and didn't charge me for parts or labor on the second visit. The owner told me I had broken the bolt by misusing the system and he would not do any future service of my old system, though he couldn't find anything else wrong with it. He was pissed that I asked them to stand behind their overpriced work. good riddance! Do't use these guys!

Watermill What a disaster of a company. I spent over $1,000…read moreon one of their pool robots. I use it every day and it works great. It broke at 2.5 years (has a 2 year warranty) and when I brought it back they said it is cheaper to buy a new one ($600 to repair). So I bought another one since I liked it so much. This time, it broke at 23 months so I brought it back to have it repaired. They told me, "It sucks to be you because you didn't register it when you bought it." I didn't realize I was supposed to do this. But I called Dolphin the company that made the robot and they said, "Not a problem, it is still under warranty, we'll fix it for you free of charge." I had already left the robot at Watermill hoping they would fix it. I showed up 2.5 weeks later since I knew it was under warranty and thought they would put 2 and 2 together and figure out like me that it was under warranty. The woman at the counter said, "we haven't had a time to take a look at it yet." She then said, "that isn't my department, there is nothing I can do." I said back to her, "If there was nothing you could do about it, then you souldn't have taken it 2.5 weeks ago. I asked for the robot back and quite frustrated I dropped one swear word saying, "don't waste my time if you were not going to fix it." I then left the store and a man comes out to my truck saying, "Don't you ever talk to my employees like that again, if you ever come back here I will trespass you!" Wow, that is all I can say. Never quite had an experience like this at any store in my life before. I'm writing this review to warn others to stay away. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is not like I did not give them hard earned money buying thousands of dollars worth of pool equipment and supplies here.
