Alek Rini and his crew came over on a Sunday morning, dug in a new waterline, made the connection to our home, backfilled everything, and cleaned up the yard almost as good as new. I worked with Ben at Patriot Plumbing to redo a leaky Kinetico water softener…read more I am very happy with the high quality work by Ben and Patriot Plumbing. No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

Spent much longer than 20 minutes unlike the previous maintenance person from a different HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable even though i didn't use the fall or spring discounts. That's when i should have done it but be that as it may it was well worth the visit. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I have a Carrier heat pump and CW HVAC services all brands which is a relief so you don't have to commit to the company that installed the system new. Great Job Jessie. Thanks for your expertise. Would highly recommend CW H&A.

Shane was sent to me through AHS home warranty to repair my central air system. He was great! He…read morehad mapped out exactly what I needed and I expected him to return to complete the repair. Unfortunately, AHS decided that Salcido would do the repair. They were okay but weren't as communicative as Shane had been as far as telling me what was going on and how things would be fixed. Salcido finished the job - using a different thermostat than what Shane had installed during his initial visit. The A/C worked so no problem - except it kept switching on and off on auto mode. I thought that the thermostat was more sensitive or something so I didn't pay much attention. Then I got my electric bill and about had heart failure. It was huge! It was nearly double what it had been for the same month during the previous year. Thankfully, I had saved the thermostat that Shane had initially installed and put it back on. No more on and off cycling and no more huge bills! I definitely wish Shane had been allowed to do the entire project. As I write this, it's now three years later and the heat is out. I've done all I know to do and have submitted a claim through AHS again and got the message that Shane will be contacting me for the repair within 24 hours. I will be crossing my fingers that he gets to handle the entire project!
