It was a great experience. Jessie, maintenance guy, called and asked to come out earlier than…read morescheduled which worked out great for me. Jessie was prompt and very thorough with system checks. Spent much longer than 20 minutes unlike the previous maintenance person from a different HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable even though i didn't use the fall or spring discounts. That's when i should have done it but be that as it may it was well worth the visit. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I have a Carrier heat pump and CW HVAC services all brands which is a relief so you don't have to commit to the company that installed the system new. Great Job Jessie. Thanks for your expertise. Would highly recommend CW H&A.

Over the past year alone, they've helped more than a dozen of my clients, as well as serviced the HVAC system at my Airbnb, where guests aren't always the gentlest on equipment. Every single time, they've been incredibly responsive, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. What I appreciate most is that they never try to upsell unnecessary repairs or services. They take the time to explain what's actually needed, provide fair solutions, and stand behind their work. In an industry where trust is everything, I trust them completely. Whether it's a routine service call, troubleshooting an issue, or helping a client through an unexpected HVAC problem during a real estate transaction, Columbia Cooling & Refrigeration is always my first call. They've earned my confidence and continue to be my go-to recommendation for clients, friends, and family throughout the Wenatchee Valley. Professional, dependable, and honest- exactly the kind of company you want to work with.

While Luis seemed fine at first, when we asked him if he wanted to sign a contract, he told us that word would get around about us if we didn't pay him. The work itself was fine. The thing Luis didn't tell us is that he has a nearly $1,000 flat fee. We were shocked when we got the bill! We researched average pay for the job and paid Luis a fair amount that included travel time, average retail cost for materials plus a 15% markup, and rounding up the time he was here. My husband tried to talk to Luis about reasonable costs for the job and Luis threatened us again. We're not sure if he made good on his threat, but it seems unfair that he charges us a usurious amount without warning us upfront, then threatens to slander us and send us to collections when we won't pay him that amount. Customers deserve the right to know if there is a flat fee before hiring a contractor.
