Service was relatively good on the outside and very good on the inside. Staff was ok. Price was very high tough. There are other places with better prices and same results. read more

After paying for detailing for $25.00 the only thing they did is wash the car and that was by a machine. After 50mins of waiting and not being told that the car was ready. There was no vacuuming done inside the car or the trunk after paying for it. Windows still have finger prints. Water was not dried off the car. The cashier lady could give two moons about customer service. 2 guys had to fix the problems making it a longer wait. Was the 1st time going there and will never go back again. read more

I went to complain to the manager that my car was still dirty and she told me that I had to pay a full detail to make it look better my car is a murano 2017 When I arrived at my house I had to do the work that they did not do well Don't waste your money read more

Been going here for years but they've changed their process and now vacuum where they dry the cars. My car went through the wash first, then sat for 20 minutes in the vacuum/drying area while they took care of all the other cars (some of which were behind mine). When I asked the manager what was going on, he said "a bunch of people just showed up" and asked me to give him 5 more minutes. I waited the five minutes, still no one touched my car. I finally handed a detailer my ticket and got in the car and just left so I wouldn't be late for my appointment. I was there a total of 40 minutes for a simple vacuum and wash that should have taken no more than 15 minutes even when they're busy. And I still got no vacuum! read more

HORRIBLE experience I got the car wash and oil change deal. The oil change was great no problems then when i received my car from the car was my door handle was broken the manger Karla Carrasco was the least helpful manager i've ever had an experience with she was rude didnt want to talk face to face hid behind a door when i was trying to explain my situation the tried to tell me my car was like that when i came in she pretended to look at the tapes with out me present to come back and tell me it wasnt like that even after i saw here yell at an employee for breaking it because she obviously saw him do it on the camera i finally had to get the oil change guy to let her know it wasn't like that when i gave it to him. They wrote and incident report told me they found the part to fix my door but never called me when i tried to call corporate and corporate never answered even left a message and they never called back. This was April 7th its now the 26th and i haven't heard anything from anyone. Very Unprofessional Place Dont go here unless you want your car damaged!!! read more

Excellent detail job done on both our cars! Fred is the bomb!! :) I will be coming back. read more

Just sold my wife filters that were not needed. I know for a fact the two replaced were good because they were replaced a month ago. $42.99 and $19.99 scam. This type of business is why auto service industry gets a bad rap. a $39 dollar oil change cost $109.66 what a complete scam. BEWARE read more

This location is over priced and the work is horrible. I paid $43.00 for a wash and extra dressing. The wash didn't get all the dirt off the windshield and we had to remind them to put the dressing on, which we paid extra for. The rims were not even wiped down. Don't waste your time or money on this location. read more

I spent $30 with tip on the most basic car wash ever! They were supposed to clean the windows, vacuum the car, clean the center console, etc. and when I drove off you can barely tell that they did even a vacuum. They didn't remove the rugs in the back to vacuum underneath, the dash and center console were still dirty and dusty (given my car wasn't even that dirty as I am the only one that drives it and I have no kids), and my rims... let me not even get into that. I am now on my way home to finish their job that I paid for. NEVER again!! read more

I came to this place for years, and it was the best and hot lots of hard workers, but all the old loyal employees they had have left and management changes way to much here and it is kinda run down now and service and the car washes have gotten poor! read more

Not the same place anymore ! Was a customer for years never again. They barely vacume or wipe . I miss the old place

I came to sparkling image car wash to have my car detailed the guy told me I'll wash your seats and clean the inside and wash the outside for $44. They took my car they washed outside of regular wash the coast five dollar in a different place then they took it on the back I was watching them from the window they said it will take an hour it took two hours watching the guy cleaning so slow he doesn't even feel like working he sprayed the seats clean them with the brush vacuum the inside and gave me my keys the dashboard the windows from inside out all dirty so I just paid $44 for the seats and the regular wash from outside read more

This is an overall great place to get your car cleaned and serviced! I went to Pep Boys first and the wait was over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to come here, and within 10 minutes they were changing my oil and cleaning my car! The pricing is also very reasonable, and an oil change comes with a complimentary full cleaning of the exterior and interior. The entire staff was friendly and not trying to push overly expensive products, and my car came out great. I will be coming back! read more

Fall in love with your car again! To give you some background I love out of my car so it's all kinds of crazy dirty inside plus my super large golden retriever had a little accident in the backseat (threw up her dinner) Super friendly staff not to mention hardworking. Couldn't be happier with how my car turned out it's absolutely worth every penny!!! read more

Excellent service and friendly staff!! They make getting my car washed a pleasure! Highly recommend them as a great carwash!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Full of incompetent people who have no care for others and no idea what customer service is. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well. I brought my brand new 2021 with less than 300 miles on it to them for a wash & detail in March 20th, spent $35 and they ripped one of my rugs. I called and spoke to Jaidro the manager whom promised he would order the part and get back to me within a week, I've been calling and given the run around multiple times since then, today 4/12 I called and spoke to some incompetent worker who claimed to be the manager who hung up on me, now as I continue to call they pick up and hang up or don't get back. I am waiting on a follow up call from corporate, this is unbelievable. As someone who works hard for everything I own, I can't believe they would break something in a vehicle and not go the extra mile to make sure it was fixed. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

The wash seemed reasonable at first but then when I received my car I found a blue-green residue on the passenger side. Upon asking for another wash they just said "wide cars like BMW" usually have foam caught in the grooves. That's interesting because at Audi where I get a free wash I've never had this issue..never again read more

I received a complimentary car wash with my oil change at mobile lube express. I was expecting just a quick run through the car wash, but they did a very thorough job. My car was visible to me from inside 90% of the time I was there. Got the oil change they drove it through the car wash then someone towel dried, then someone else hand washed all the windows (inside and out) then it was vacuumed out(floors only not the seats). They even untangled a chain from a friends purse that got stuck to something on the bottom of the passenger seat that we weren't able to get out. Definitely worth it and I'll probably continue to get my oil changed and car washes here. This is not a quick thing though so they do so much and so many cars at one time the oil change and wash took just under an hour from drop off to when I got back in my car. read more

The assistant manager John was super helpful! I drive a fleet vehicle and we had to deal with my service card. Was veryyy frustrating but John took care of it like a pro! Made it super easy for me!
