Everything is easy to use and well maintained, but make sure to bring quarters if you plan to use the vacuums or grab an air freshener spray, as those machines don't take cards. Overall, it's a straightforward, no-frills car wash that gets the job done without costing much or taking up your time.

They also have a separate area where you can wash your mats. You can either wash them by hand or use their machine. They allowed a truck that was raised with wider tires to enter the car wash. Their equipment couldn't pass over the hood of that truck, so that truck stopped. However, it kept moving my truck along until it pushed my front bumper into the trailer hitch of that truck. I have repeatedly emailed and called their customer service dept and incident reporting team. I have not heard back once from anyone regarding the status or process to get my truck repaired. They just say that the claim is under review. This is horrible customer service from their corporate office.

Choosing and paying for washes is usually simple, but the machines can be finicky if you pull your card too fast or slow. Not really a big deal since crew members are quick to help. On this particular visit lines were very long - almost to the street! - but it's lovebug season, so I chalked it up to that. Crew members were on the spot with directions to keep lines moving, but still friendly. I have Disney AP magnets on my car and the crew removed them carefully, and made sure I got them. How nice! Prices are very reasonable for what you get - I usually go with one of the express washes. Today I went up a level or two with a Lava Bath Express Wash, plus added Rain-x, since I hadn't been through in a while. A through wash and dry with double bond and carnauba wax, tri-foam polish, Wheel Brite, and a tireshine. Although I stuck with exterior wash only, my car still looked amazing when I was done. From the moment you pull up, the staff is friendly and helpful. There's someone at the scanner to quickly process memberships (or take payment for non-members), and another person inside to guide you safely into the wash bay. The whole process is smooth and efficient. But the real highlight for me was the vacuum area. These aren't your typical weak car wash vacuums. They have serious suction power and come with a variety of attachments to get into all those hard-to-reach spots in your car. As I was vacuuming, something truly amazing happened. The manager must have spotted my dogs through the window, because he came over with a plastic tray containing dog treats! He offered two to my pups, and it was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It's clear that Johnny Clean goes above and beyond to make their customers feel valued. First off, I was hounded to try to buy a monthly membership (which also happened the last time I visited). I hated that I was repeatedly asked and "persuaded" on why I should say yes even though I gave a clear "no" multiple times. That alone left a bad impression. When I finally was released to go through the wash and came out, there were several spots on my car that were not fully cleaned or where residue was left behind. I got the "highest wash worth $40+ with multiple layers of wax and the top of the line clean advertised." After seeing the poor wash job on my car, I would not pay full price for that wash (I used a coupon). It is just not worth it. I do appreciate that there are strong vacuums and a variety of cleaning products and brushes for self-detailing. I also love that Waters sends monthly coupons that make it more affordable for a one time wash. However, even with these benefits, I don't think it's enough to recommend visiting this location.

Stop looking, this is the place! From the moment I made contact with these guys, I felt like I was in good hands. I told them my situation (horrible chemical damage from pressure washing company), and they got me in quickly to assess the damage and figure out what they could do. I arrived, and was immediately impressed at their beautifull shop and showroom. I was greeted by Jose and Fran, two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a good while. It was like we were already good friends right off the bat. I didnt get that fake feeling either, these are genuine good people. They quickly assessed the damage and condition of the paint with special equipment, and did a test patch for me to show exactly what he could do. As we were chatting, I soon realized I was dealing with people who have a true passion for what they do. My anxiety over the situation washed away as Jose and Fran assured me they could bring my poor car back to beautifull. Before I knew it, I had piece of mind, and an appointment just a few days later, which was perfect for my schedual. Fast foreward to pickup. I arrive at the shop and am warmly greeted once again. My car was in the middle of the showroom, with a car cover for the big reveal. It was an experience. My jaw dropped as they lifted the cover. My car looked better than when I bought it 10 years ago. I was in awe of how nice it came out. They went over everything they did and made sure I was completely satisfied. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning, and also ceramic coated my windshield as a surprise? To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They even polished my headlights and my custom exhaust tips! It is also worth noting that they are so stand up, that when they realized they mis quoted me (low) on the price originally, they honored the price, with absolutely no push back. That in itself speaks volumes. Their prices are way more than fair, and im talking about the regular price. They came in 25% cheaper than the other shop I considered. The other shop also was not going to do half the work Jose and Fran did, let alone the extras they so nicely hooked me up with. Before I left, they answered all my questions, and are setting me up with some products they recommend to keep my car looking great.
