They have pre-wash stations with tire and wheel brushes with a giant tub of wash solution so you can actually take ten mins and get your wheels clean. If you're guiding cars onto the rail, pay attention. Car wash itself removed almost nothing except loose dust. Anything lower on the car and a little muddy was still there on the other side. This one is even worse because usually through a car wash you smell so good so for freshener, whatever it is going through your air vents as you going through this one, all you smell is sewage water. my daughter who just her licenses about 2 weeks ago, took my car at to the luv's car wash in Deland Fla. on woodland blvd. she went thru the car wash, mind u my car has been thru there before... well it tore my right side back bumper off.. my daughter called me in a frantic. the employee's said that there at fault and even gave us the video , as they looked at it themselves! so no worries they'll take care of it! Then 2 days later I got an email stating since my car was a 2017 , and older car there insurance won't cover it. they have signs. blah blah blah!!! so now I'm riding around with a dented bumper!!! thank god! Missing Sportys Car Wash. Luvs quality isn't the same as Sportys. Tried them twice to see if my first experience was an anomaly. Unfortunately the second time wasn't much better. Whole sections of my car aren't clean after going through the car wash. I used the provided brush to clean my wheels and debug my front end before going through the wash (both services Sportys provided). My wheels were dirtier after I went through the wash than before. Use to go to this car wash when it was Sporty's and really liked the service. Especially liked the bug scrub service that was provided before you'd would pull into the wash. This was really a big deal for me because I'm disabled and it's almost impossible for me to do this myself. I always tipped the scrub staff well. I went away for a few months and when I got back Sporty's was gone and it was now Luvs. Gone is the scrub service staff but the wash price remains the same. For $15.00 I LOVE this car wash and wish they would put one in Gainsville. The credit card processing is easy. The staff scrubs the front and secured the back windshield washer. You get an air freshener with each visit. It's an automated car wash so you sit in the vehicle while you're getting your wash. But, BUT the all time best of why this place is great is because of the Armorial tire shine. You look like you have a showroom ready vehicle when you exit. This is my new favorite car wash! It's so quick and easy to use. Don't let the long lines scare you off, there are plenty of attendants there to help keep the line moving along. I always get the full package that is $15 and includes, prewash, wash, wax, tire shine, air freshener, and more. As soon as the attendant guides you to the track, you out the car into neutral and enjoy the ride! After your done, swing around the corner of the building to take advantage of their vacuums. These have to be some of the rudest people I've ever encountered at a car wash. They're grumpy, impatient, and always seem like they're having a bad day, especially the older guy that works there. They wave you forward impatiently and with a look of disgust on their face. It was the same for every customer in front of me every time I was there, too. They don't smile, they don't wave, nothing. But they do make you feel like you're bothering them and imposing on their day. Great car wash but good luck feeling welcome or valued as a customer. We have been going since the beginning, for a while they were good and the cars always came out clean. But recently, EVERY time we go the car comes out dirty. I've continued to go, only because I had a few gift cards so the washes were already paid for. This time I decided to go back and pay myself and my car came out dirty. I went to the one that just opened on international speedway by McDonald's here in Deland. It was the worst I've ever been to. The guys were nice and did everything I asked BUT I had to ask for things to get done that were suppose to be done anyways with the $26 MVP I paid for. Right when I was going to the wash, the guy started cleaning my front where the bugs are and the girl stopped him. He pointed where it was flashing MVP and she still told him to stop and told me to continue moving forward. I have pictures of my front that has bugs still all over it. I had to ask them to vacuum my seats and as I was leaving, my dash, door jams, and everything else was not wiped down. I know they just opened but I will never be going to a Sportys again. Worse experience ever. This was my first time going to a Sportys and never again. I'll take the extra drive and go to the car wash on Howland blvd in Deltona. Bad service, guys didn't even scrub the front like they usually do, pay for wheel clean and they didn't clean them, when ask manager he answer with well is not going to be perfect, I was not looking for perfection just for it to at least be done. Prior to washing there is a bug bucket station where you can scrub off stubborn dirt and highway bug kills. For six dollars I received a great wash with vacuum. Nice location, quick service, clean, and economical prices for any budget. read more

I'm no car wash connoisseur, but this blows everything else I've tried out of the soapy water. Very pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a filthy Mercedes that I think hasn't been cleaned in years. I was concerned that I would need a new paint job to wash off all the possibly ingrained dirt. I found this place on Google, saw all the good reviews, came here, paid $15 for the MVP package and hoped for the best. There was a long line next to a fancy waterfall before the actual wash. The cars moved quickly and when it was my turn, people came out to manually wash my car. I could see they were determined to clean off my probably challenging car. When they were done, someone handed me an air freshener to place under my seat. I then pulled onto a conveyer belt to go through a very thorough wash. When it was done, I pulled into a nearby parking lot to see how it looked. I realized too late I missed my chance to enter an area with complimentary vacuum cleaning. I'll be back again later to try that because my car looked amazing. Every single speck of filth I thought would be impossible to remove was gone. The car looked almost brand new.
