I like Sporty's car washes but love this location in particular. They have pre-wash stations with tire and wheel brushes with a giant tub of wash solution so you can actually take ten mins and get your wheels clean. Vacuum stations are always clean and they have mat beaters if you have carpet mats. Overall great location. read more

My new truck was damaged there 4 weeks ago due to a malfunction with their equipment and poor judgement of their staff. They allowed a truck that was raised with wider tires to enter the car wash. Their equipment couldn't pass over the hood of that truck, so that truck stopped. However, it kept moving my truck along until it pushed my front bumper into the trailer hitch of that truck. I have repeatedly emailed and called their customer service dept and incident reporting team. I have not heard back once from anyone regarding the status or process to get my truck repaired. They just say that the claim is under review. This is horrible customer service from their corporate office. read more

LUV Car Wash - NO clean towels are ever in here! - Car Wash Near Me - Deland, Florida

If you're guiding cars onto the rail, pay attention. Car wash itself removed almost nothing except loose dust. Anything lower on the car and a little muddy was still there on the other side. Some vacuums work, some don't. Glass cleaner 1, broken sprayer, glass cleaner 2, leaks, glass cleaner 3, broken trigger. Clean towels, dirty towels, doesn't matter they're all the same. read more

Good car wash compared to those self service car service. You can do a one time car wash or pay for a subscription. Either way it's worth the wash. read more

Like the other Luv carwash down the road from this one. This one also is horrible. This one is even worse because usually through a car wash you smell so good so for freshener, whatever it is going through your air vents as you going through this one, all you smell is sewage water. It's just horrible also needs better workers not friendly at all They should have never removed. Sporty's car wash way better than less but they definitely need some better. Car washes around here. Maybe they need to get Wash City like the ones in Orlando that is the best car wash I have ever been too read more

Great wash! Car always comes out clean and the staff is very friendly. The monthly club is very affordable and makes it so easy

This company is a rip off! Paid for 1 carwash and they charged my account for 29.99 for 6 mos and I don't even live in the state. Contacted headquarters and they credited me for 3 mos. Poor customer service! Do not use this business read more

Missing Sportys Car Wash. Luvs quality isn't the same as Sportys. Tried them twice to see if my first experience was an anomaly. Unfortunately the second time wasn't much better. Whole sections of my car aren't clean after going through the car wash. I used the provided brush to clean my wheels and debug my front end before going through the wash (both services Sportys provided). My wheels were dirtier after I went through the wash than before. I'm looking for a new car wash. Any suggestions? read more

LUV Car Wash - Had to reclean my wheels when I got home. - Car Wash Near Me - Deland, Florida

Use to go to this car wash when it was Sporty's and really liked the service. Especially liked the bug scrub service that was provided before you'd would pull into the wash. This was really a big deal for me because I'm disabled and it's almost impossible for me to do this myself. I always tipped the scrub staff well. I went away for a few months and when I got back Sporty's was gone and it was now Luvs. Gone is the scrub service staff but the wash price remains the same. (They say it's due to safety issues but come on. Its more likely because the owners want to employ less staff and make more money). No thanks. I'll go elsewhere. read more

Between my dad and I we have 3 monthly accounts. Overall we really like Luv service and offerings. Lately My dad said he has been driving further to Orange City because the Deland south location has been closed frequently. Has anyone else experienced this? My dad is very frustrated. If Deland management or Vlaise wants to contact me, please please reply. Thank you read more

Jason helped me out with the process and he pressure washed my car all around before I used the car wash. Thank you so much again! Good place!!!! read more

my daughter who just her licenses about 2 weeks ago, took my car at to the luv's car wash in Deland Fla. on woodland blvd. she went thru the car wash, mind u my car has been thru there before... well it tore my right side back bumper off.. my daughter called me in a frantic. the employee's said that there at fault and even gave us the video , as they looked at it themselves! so no worries they'll take care of it! Then 2 days later I got an email stating since my car was a 2017 , and older car there insurance won't cover it. they have signs. blah blah blah!!! so now I'm riding around with a dented bumper!!! thank god! I have the video and the workers stating they were at fault!! this isn't the end of this... it's just the beginning!!! I believe word of mouth is everything!! I don't recommend luv's at all I give them a zero out of 10!! corporate sucks!!! read more

Great wash, well worth the price. Staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing. You can definitely tell they have a passion for what they do and hold themselves to a high standard. Allison is awesome, having a wealth of knowledge as well as being very friendly and approachable. Poorly maintained. I just took my car through the wash and wasn't able to vacuum it because over half the vacuums weren't working and the rest of the bays were full. read more

The first wash didn't get all the bugs off of my car and they let me go back in for free. Thank you!

Everytime time I go through there the people are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have no issue accomadating for my large truck, and they make the process quick and painless. So for the price I'd much rather them wash my truck than to go anywhere else. 5 stars read more

Preferred Sportys. Car was always clean. They no longer scrub back and front of car since change over to LUV. Reader always has issues.

I am delighted with my car wash and stellar customer service; my car looks and smells brand new, free vacuum services are available, and everything is perfect--a little pricey for the entire wash but reasonable for all the services provided. Very Satisfied and highly recommend it. read more

For $15.00 I LOVE this car wash and wish they would put one in Gainsville. The credit card processing is easy. The staff scrubs the front and secured the back windshield washer. You get an air freshener with each visit. It's an automated car wash so you sit in the vehicle while you're getting your wash. But, BUT the all time best of why this place is great is because of the Armorial tire shine. You look like you have a showroom ready vehicle when you exit. The vacuum is self serve and I find most people prefer that depending on how much OCD is in your blood. PLEASE PUT ONE IN GAINSVILLE YOU WILL MAKE A MINT!!! read more

The staff and service are awesome there is more the staff will go out of there way to help people with any and issues

I've always had a great experience at Luv's. This past time I went, my car was in bad shape, but Matt at the location in Orange City was such a great help! He was super nice and offered to scrub the car and sent me back through the wash for a second time. Left with my car looking brand new! read more

Mike is great an the south end manager Blaise is the best. Always friendly and in good working order.

This used to be my favorite car wash, that is until they stopped washing off the back of the vehicles before they go in. The car wash does not clean the back of your car and since someone was hurt, everyone has to suffer. Will I pay for a car wash that doesn't clean the back of the vehicle? NO! read more

I was just at your car wash tonight. Washed one of my cars at 7:15 went home to get the other one. I returned back about 10 minutes till eight and you were already closed. Your advertise closing time is 8 o'clock. Definitely not happy. I wasted my time and my gas. read more

This is my new favorite car wash! It's so quick and easy to use. Don't let the long lines scare you off, there are plenty of attendants there to help keep the line moving along. I always get the full package that is $15 and includes, prewash, wash, wax, tire shine, air freshener, and more. As soon as the attendant guides you to the track, you out the car into neutral and enjoy the ride! After your done, swing around the corner of the building to take advantage of their vacuums. They also have vending machines for interior cleaning supplies and drinks! read more

These have to be some of the rudest people I've ever encountered at a car wash. They're grumpy, impatient, and always seem like they're having a bad day, especially the older guy that works there. They wave you forward impatiently and with a look of disgust on their face. It was the same for every customer in front of me every time I was there, too. They don't smile, they don't wave, nothing. But they do make you feel like you're bothering them and imposing on their day. Great car wash but good luck feeling welcome or valued as a customer. Owner/manager needs to review the staff and see why everyone's so angry. read more

We have been going since the beginning, for a while they were good and the cars always came out clean. But recently, EVERY time we go the car comes out dirty. I've continued to go, only because I had a few gift cards so the washes were already paid for. This time I decided to go back and pay myself and my car came out dirty. This time, it was only the front that didn't get cleaned - in the past we've had the car come out dirty on all 4 sides. In the picture, I am in the parking lot of Sporty's at the vacuum station. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone ever! read more

This is a great place to get your car done. Tanja was the one who assisted me and said they didn't do a good enough job the first time and sent me through a second time until she was satisfied. She even went into her self. Then I lost a piece off of my car went back later and saw Tanja again and she found the part and put it on my car she was amazing and I recommend everyone to go to Sportys! read more

I would like to give negative stars but since that's not possible. We just purchased a Chevy suburban on Tuesday, my husband took it to sportys, got the works, they even dried the truck when he went to work his bosstold him the bug deflector was broken, sure enough multiple pieces were missing, I went to them and they said sorry nothing they can do, but we will give you free washes, uh NO! Why when the people were drying and picking up pieces from our truck and others didn't someone say something to my husband, WILL NOT EVER GO BACK read more

I went to the one that just opened on international speedway by McDonald's here in Deland. It was the worst I've ever been to. The guys were nice and did everything I asked BUT I had to ask for things to get done that were suppose to be done anyways with the $26 MVP I paid for. Right when I was going to the wash, the guy started cleaning my front where the bugs are and the girl stopped him. He pointed where it was flashing MVP and she still told him to stop and told me to continue moving forward. I have pictures of my front that has bugs still all over it. I had to ask them to vacuum my seats and as I was leaving, my dash, door jams, and everything else was not wiped down. I know they just opened but I will never be going to a Sportys again. Worse experience ever. This was my first time going to a Sportys and never again. I'll take the extra drive and go to the car wash on Howland blvd in Deltona. I feel at Sportys it's not doing it right or good that matters. It's doing it as quick as possible. Very unsatisfied. read more

I'm no car wash connoisseur, but this blows everything else I've tried out of the soapy water. Very pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a filthy Mercedes that I think hasn't been cleaned in years. I was concerned that I would need a new paint job to wash off all the possibly ingrained dirt. I found this place on Google, saw all the good reviews, came here, paid $15 for the MVP package and hoped for the best. There was a long line next to a fancy waterfall before the actual wash. The cars moved quickly and when it was my turn, people came out to manually wash my car. I could see they were determined to clean off my probably challenging car. When they were done, someone handed me an air freshener to place under my seat. I then pulled onto a conveyer belt to go through a very thorough wash. When it was done, I pulled into a nearby parking lot to see how it looked. I realized too late I missed my chance to enter an area with complimentary vacuum cleaning. I'll be back again later to try that because my car looked amazing. Every single speck of filth I thought would be impossible to remove was gone. The car looked almost brand new. Since this is in a small town I hope it's getting enough business. If you need a car wash and you're in the area, come here. read more
