After looking to upgrade one of our reliable but aging vehicles and after deciding the type of vehicle we were looking for Subaru was going to be part of our search. We were greeted by Shane Devlin and he immediately asked what we were looking for, after disclosing we had never owned a Subaru but had visited this dealership years before when we were looking for a vehicle to flat tow behind our RV however flat towing wasn't a requirement this time, we were looking to compare a few Subaru's with other brands we were looking at and also to get an education on the Subaru products. Shane addressed our immediate concerns or assumptions since we weren't very familiar with Subaru - he began with explaining the different models and the differences between these models and all the different trim packages. After walking the lot we picked out a few that sparked our interest and he ran to grab the keys to open an Outback, a Forester and a Crosstrek. He was very patient and very knowledgeable of all the models we were interested in and provide very detailed explanations to all our questions and pointed out a number of things we didn't notice and then offered us a test drive on the one we showed interest in or any of the others we we wanted to drive. I had informed Shane we were looking at a number of different brands and he understood this and just wanted to ensure that Subaru was given consideration once we knew more about their products, no pressure, no up-selling just a honest informational conversation. Once we found a beautiful Forester Sport that had all the options and safety features we were looking for only then did he offered to put together some pricing including an estimate on our trade that we haven't driven here. Okay you get this was a great experience and this continued throughout the process, once we decided to make the purchase I can say everyone we met and worked with at this dealership showed us respect and showed their appreciation. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received at this dealership and feel we got a exceptionally beautiful and safe vehicle for the price we were looking for and we were given a fair value for our trade and now we are first time Subaru owners, you owe it to yourself to check them out and if you decide to come here you definitely need to ask for Shane Devlin...

I decided to go talk to the folks at Florida Shores Truck Center who are just a few miles from my home - after speaking with Ed Aldridge, the president of the company and their parts department they really put my mind at ease, they identified the issue using only the information I provided since I did not drive my RV in on my initial visit, they ordered the OEM replacement part and told me once the part arrived we could schedule the installation without me having to leave my coach and that the work would be completed while I wait in only a few hours. This company is staffed with competent professionals, as discussed the part was ordered and checked again the next business day to ensure it was correct prior to scheduling the work. I arrived at a time that was convenient to me and I was greeted at the time of my appointment and after a short review of the process the mechanic started the work. This team took extreme care with my MotorCoach ensuring the installation was executed correctly and took extra time too ensure the part was operating properly and there were no air leaks - they were upfront with the pricing for the part from Freightliner and accurately quoted the installation time so there were absolutely no surprises. Until now I had no idea of how capable and trusted these guys are in the Trucking and RV community, it was nice to see that they service national carriers as well as local municipalities and all brands of RV chassises.
