No I don't recommend it. Tory is don't know if you sold it or what. On a Saturday one full service lane open. I refuse to use the other one. I am not falling for the do it yourself bullcrap. Yet pay the same amount. Your a car wash place not a self checkout. I went today sat and sat backed out and left. I will stop going there all together. I just started using retailers. Friendly greeting at the drop-off location. Wish they hadn't changed the computer system that could bring up your previous service based on your license plate. Was advised that my service time would be 45 minutes for the advanced detailing I selected. Moved to the spacious, comfortable waiting area. Lots of seating options with a tv on the local news and Wi-Fi password clearly posted. Super clean restrooms. My car was finished before 45 minutes. Wow, what a great job, which was no easy feat. I travel with my dogs regularly, one of which is a shedding machine. My car makes regular trips to the beach, so mats were full of sand. And we eat fast food drive thru more mornings than I'd care to admit so lots of food crumbs...which I blame on the dogs, but I'm just as guilty. And yet the car looked brand new when they finished. And no washes in Tampa clean the rear of the car as well as this car wash. The owner reached out to me through yelp and said to bring the car back if I was not happy with the Cleaning. He did not address the fact that the employees were rude and accused me of lying that I brought the car in with the screen broken. The employees also said they would let the owner know and he would call me. Of course he didn't. Thank goodness the screen resolved itself, but again I would not recommend this establishment for detailing. They are ok if you just drive through the express car wash but forget it if you have to deal with any personnel or the owner. read more

Only the front half of my car is sparkly clean the whole rear end of my car Looks like it never even got touched. The top of my car doesn't even look washed either just the front part very strange. Also, if your car is lowered, I would not go here you will scrape if you have wider rims than normal do not go here as well. You will scape, the employee working at the time literally laughed as my car scraped and got on the microphone and said that "the car going through right now is scraping" but he didn't stop me. Went to this car wash on a whim today when I wanted someone to get in there and vacuum it well. I got the package that includes conditioning the surfaces in my car. Best money I have ever spent. My car looks brand new and hasn't been this clean since I purchased it. Will be back here again. Staff was also extremely nice and they offered me drinks while waiting in the lobby. They said it would take about 45 minutes and that's how long it took. The price was right, $50 for the both of them, and considering how BAD they were, I got a great deal. 2nd time here. Had the BMW washed and waxed week before. Awesome awesome job. The work detail crew work great together. Each have their duties and make sure it's done correct. Rob is great. Very detail and wants part looking sharp. Came in truck today. Kevin manager determines who is more important by the look and make of model. Had to wait and watched 4 other vehicles go thru. Finally go of truck and waited in reception area. Another car goes before me. Given an $24 upgrade for wash and hand wax. Still paid same for exact items week before. Evan with discount. $104.
