I do appreciate having a car wash in the area. After visiting this location for the 2nd time recently, I do not recommend. First off, I was hounded to try to buy a monthly membership (which also happened the last time I visited). I hated that I was repeatedly asked and "persuaded" on why I should say yes even though I gave a clear "no" multiple times. That alone left a bad impression. When I finally was released to go through the wash and came out, there were several spots on my car that were not fully cleaned or where residue was left behind. I got the "highest wash worth $40+ with multiple layers of wax and the top of the line clean advertised." After seeing the poor wash job on my car, I would not pay full price for that wash (I used a coupon). It is just not worth it. I do appreciate that there are strong vacuums and a variety of cleaning products and brushes for self-detailing. I also love that Waters sends monthly coupons that make it more affordable for a one time wash. However, even with these benefits, I don't think it's enough to recommend visiting this location. read more

Waters Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Love that the free vacuum station has clean rag and dirty rag buckets plus interior and window cleaning sprays! $13 for the "Clean Wash" was worth it for the value. Me car smells nice and fresh from the complimentary cleaning products. The vacuum is also exceptionally powerful, which was a relief because I was worried since its a bulky vacuum head. I like this spot better than the Mister Car Wash I normally go to on curry ford near my house. Will make this my preference now! read more

The staff was friendly. A lady was at the drive-thru today and she explained the different washes they had available as well as a membership. I opted not to get the membership because I don't get my car cleaned often. There was a member who went in front of me and it seemed like he decided to hit his brakes while he was in the beginning portion with the dryers. Which caused me to hit my brake so I didn't end up rear-ending him while in the car wash. Thankfully a guy did come out and told the car in front of me to continue letting himself roll forward. I was quick enough to not end up hitting them. I like that they have the amenities to use once you're done with your car wash. Overall I spent $19 and I would say it was a good deal for my car wash and clean. Would definitely stop here again if I needed a quick wash. Just make sure you're aware in case the person in front of you decides to not follow the directions. read more

Waters Car Wash - In the car wash - Car Wash Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This place is wonderful! I have a protective coating on my car, so I probably shouldn't be coming here but I have to because of the pollen! It's so bad here in Florida and they have great memberships here! The staff is always very sweet to me when I come to the drive up and I love the stations they have when the car is done getting washed. They have lots of sprays, clean cloths and wipes for your dash as well as car fresheners if you want! I think it's a great value and the car always sparkles! It's also near to my home, so that's a plus! I also love the suction of the vacuum! It's super helpful to me for snacks in the car seats! And my floorboards! read more

I've been using this car wash for about a year. The staff is always friendly and they have vacuums along with everything else you need to clean your car. I would only have two small complaints first the towels are usually damp. The other drives me crazy there is a line for unlimited members and then other people. The unlimited members you should be able to pull up and go through however every time I go someone is stopped there signing up. This backs traffic up and you sit there for five minutes. Not really their fault but a pain. read more

This was my first (and probably last) visit to Waters car wash. The long (but fast moving) line gave me hope that this place was going to be great. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. The lady at the cashier line was very, very nice and informative. She told me this location just rebranded and renovated (hope's rising!) with new light tunnel, new self detailing stations... it started well. I purchased "The Shine" which is the mid-priced option, and paid $17. Basic was $11 and extra was $21. I got to the entrance of "the tunnel" and a nice gentleman guided me through. With car on N, foot off the pedal and hands off the wheel, my tunnel journey began... It was really short and the car cane out very wet. Usually the dryer portion of the tunnel is just a. It longer so you can drive off... not at Waters. I went to the self detailing station and it was well equipped with brushes, different cleaning sprays (including carpet fragrance and tire shine ) and turbo air gun and a vacuum. The vacuum (sadly) didn't suck... I was probably same or weaker than my home vacuum and one was sooo weak I thought it was broken. So I had to double and triple vacuum to get to the clean level I like. The outside portion that dried on its own was spotty. I solved it with "elbow grease" . Overall the self detailing station is probably one of the best equipped ones I have seen and that part is FREE so I will definitely be using it again. The "tunnel"? The fancy new lights and nice service don't make up for a sub-par carwash so I will probably skip that part. read more

The old Car Wash Palace has changed over to Waters. It's needed a makeover and it's in process of being one. Looks like they've upgraded some of the inside brushes and systems. Car came out perfectly clean! But difference is the vacuum stations are completely upgraded. They now how multiple spray products, 2 types of hoses, different brushes, air blaster, and rags. And my vacuums weren't broken! They do push hard on their monthly club which can be a good value if you use it. Overall, a very nice upgrade over Cash Wash Palace and definitely worth a try. read more

The carwash itself is fine. I set up for a premium carwash and they changed the rate on me without my knowledge. I cancelled my membership online and received an email confirming my cancellation, but they still charged me the next month. I tried to call their number, and it did not work. Still waiting to hear from email that indeed they have cancelled my membership... again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

I have been to the one in Apopka and the one on N OBT each a few times. I will never go to either again. Every time, I have driven up to the attendant and told them exactly what I wanted. Every time, I have been badgered to upgrade to the monthly service. Not asked if I would like to upgrade, but badgered to purchase the monthly package. No matter what I say or how politely (or rudely) I decline, the attendant (I have had several different ones) continues to persist. At both locations, I have been told that it is their company policy. Well, whoever thought that it was a good idea to badger a customer is a moron and should be fired. Until then, I will not patronize any Waters and tell others to avoid them, too. read more

My husband and I loved Waters Car Wash! The attendants were very friendly and clear about the different types of washes you can get. There's about 4 different types! Our favorite part was the self-service car supplies which included a vacuum, multiple spray cleaners, brushes, and microfiber cloths. Definitely will visit again! read more

Philip at Waters Car Wash was very sweet and helpful. He came in and immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help without any payment. He power washed my mats and helped me vacuum down the car. Definitely recommend!! read more

Ace at Water Car Wash on Colonial Dr. Amazing gentlemen. Very smart. Not only did he assist with my tires he assisted with my detailing my windows. Ace has a bright future ahead of himself. And the environment is pleasantly well maintained. Everyone had a "can do it" spirit. I also like that not only does it have a vacuum for big areas but also for small areas. They provide the sprays for your window, carpet fragrance, ect. I will definitely be coming back. read more

They only have 2 lines open - one for unlimited and one for single wash. Every time I go, there is a long line waiting to get in and it doesn't move quickly. And no matter which line you are in they seem to be selling something so that also causes delays. When they first opened they had 2 unlimited lines and 1 for single wash, so it moved quickly. I had the unlimited membership but cancelled it due to long wait times. read more

I went to Waters Car Wash to check them out because they offered a free car wash. Overall, staff seemed friendly and helpful. I got the car wash and it was excellent. But staff encouraged me to try Unlimited Car Wash for only a dollar. And yeah, I fell for that and enjoyed it very much. I later discovered that the Unlimited Car Wash would be automatically renewed every month until I cancelled. The staff failed to tell me this. Needless to say, I was very unhappy. I had to work very hard to find someone to help me cancel the Unlimited Car Wash. I ended up being charged for another month. I finally reached someone who assured me that my Unlimited Car Wash plan was canceled effective June 9th. This was not an easy process and I felt like I had been tricked. But, the car wash is excellent. Just be careful of deceptive customer service. read more

This place should be better. They have all of the correct equipment, air hoses, quality towels, all of the detail tools you would need. Problem is they don't all work and the ones that do not very well. The vacuums have very poor suction power, 2 different nozzle styles but one did not even have suction. Both sides had very poor suction. Air hose was a joke, no pressure, only made noise. No mat washing station, the tunnel did not dry the car very well and no auto tire dressing through the tunnel and no wheel washing capabilities. When going through I noticed how short the tunnel was compared to others. I am looking for a membership type of place and this was not it. So far its the place on University that does the best all around job. This place is the second closest place to my house yet not the preferred one, i would even have to say the poorest of the three. d read more

Great place! Good price for wash plus bonus if all free detailing products including clean rags, multiple spray bottles of cleaners, air gun, vacs and floor mat cleaning machine. Perfect place to wash your car. read more

They've done a great job updating the place. Good amenities to get your car thoroughly cleaned! My issue with this place is the persistent push of their unlimited wash plan. It honestly gets so annoying to have to say no 5 times anytime I go. I'm not interested...that's it. Please put some sort of opt out of asking by either license plate lookup or some other way. It honestly has me considering going to another car wash read more
