no one here cares about customers. the phone never gets answered. they never have availability for appointments and they won't service you unless you have an appointment. I came in for a walk in and only one other person was there in the bay and they took over an hour for one oil change and during that time I seen they refused an old lady a tire change due to her not setting an appointment not because they didn't have the size. I watched 4 employees wander around the bays on their phones aimlessly the entire time I was waiting. terrible customer service and long wait times due to employee inefficiency. they working harder looking for ways not to work than actually working. read more

Absolutely incompetent service, workers and management. Appointments here are pointless... I had an appointment at 7:00am to change tires and by 9:30am they hadn't even started on my car, even though I was the 2nd person in line when they opened the place. After they finally started working on my car, every few minutes the guy took a "break" to chitchat with other workers. Bought 4 tires and got them installed. Made an appointment for 3pm and they over booked and we waited until 3:40 for them to finally take out car. They told us it would only take 20 minutes. They took 1 hour and 30 minutes.... just running the clock until 5pm. They had no manners. There is no organization and terrible management. There is a new women Rose working the phone and counter which has really improved their intake experience. The previous women was nasty on the phone and not helpful. Rose was really helpful and explained to me how I can order tires online and schedule an appointment so when I come in I don't have to wait. I have always wanted to schedule an appointment at the Walmart Auto Center and you couldn't before. She also said I can add services when I drop off the vehicle so if I'd like an oil change or AC recharge they can be done at the same time as my appointment even though you can't book them online. I went to my appointment and they got all four new tires on and aligned in no time. They called before to warn that one of their lifts was broken so if my car was too heavy they might have to use the smaller one or not be able to at all. Luckily it worked out and I was in and out in a about an hour and half. They got my oil changed too and added the new window sticker which I like. read more

the absolute worst. They don't open on time. These workers spend more time straightening a line than they do oil change. They will leave cars sitting around doing nothing. 3 workers will be working on one car. They use one lane when there's 2. They claim the second lane is appointments only. However, there will be no one with appointments and they still will not take the next person. Some people come in for a tire change. They will say appointment only. But there will be absolutely no one in line for tires. They will send you to another Walmart. Keep in mind there may be 3 or more workers still servicing one vehicle. They are the worst read more

Day 1: I replaced all 4 tires at this location. Tech was a new guy in store and seems like he wasn't so expert! He was on his phone several time and it took him over an hour to replace 4 tires. Total wait time 3:30! Day 2: the next day my pressure sensor on one of tires stopped working. It was obvious the new guy messed it up! I went back and after long conversations and inspecting tire, they were convinced that it's their fault and they replaced it for free. Total waiting time again 2:30 (you have to go back to line again even if they messed up your car yesterday!) Day 3: the next day, as I was driving on highway, I realized when they replaced the sensor, they didn't balanced the tire again! I went back and good that I bought Walmart warrantee so I didn't need to explain anything too much, they had to balance it anyway for free. Total waiting time 2:30! Technicians here convert to reception role when a girl arrives in line and they all give free consulting while all other peoples car is waiting to be fixed. For sure something they don't care at all is customers time. I had to wait in crazy long line again for the 3rd time to finally get them fix my tire issues that they caused themselves. At least Carlos was the only tech helpful and car full enough to check my sensor and get out of his way to make his client satisfied. The rest nope! I don't understand what the meaning of making an appointment is (and saying it takes 1 hr) if you're going to have someone wait 5 hours for one tire. Maybe if everyone wasn't high working on the cars, you people would get more work done. Less talking and more working what you get paid to do. People have lives and important things going on, telling them one hour and making them wait 5 hrs is not correct. Just avoid this place, the prices have all gone up and it isn't even worth the $10 savings you might get. read more

If I could give a zero I would! Terrible customer service, the guy that did the job did not do what I asked for and charged me even more for things that I didn't want it to be done. First he said that the tires weren't at the store and then five minutes later he found them, and mistreated me a lot! He did many wrong things and never said sorry. Car stuff is a necessity in life apparently. So this is how the story goes.....pretty much the front two tires were bald, so I needed to get them replaced desperately. So I decided to call around and compare prices, and Walmart Tire & Lube Express had the cheapest prices. I saved over 150.00 dollars. My tires ended up being 60.00 dollars per tire, for new tires might I add. I also added the ultimate bonus of lifetime for rotation for an extra 20.00 dollars. I decided to replace my tires around 7:45 a.m. on a Wednesday Morning. Emilio was very friendly and provided excellent customer service, he did a great job of explaining what I needed for my car, and the prices what I needed and did not need. In the past I have had experiences where you feel like the company is trying to break your pocketbook. This was not the case in this scenario at all, in fact I felt very comfortable and appreciated as a customer. The transaction was very smooth. I am not going to lie, I definitely did not have high expectations going in because this particular Walmart does not have the reputation of good customer service, and sometimes the waiting time is known to be an excruciating painful process. So the fact that my tires were done in approximately 45 minutes, and everyone was super friendly. I was proven wrong, I love that in an instance like this I was wrong. The early bird in this case definitely got the worm. Oh and during the 45 minute wait I was able to go to the craft section and score some pretty good paints for awesome prices. Overall, my experience was positive and in the process I saved a ton of money. This is what I consider a win win situation. Now I have a place where I can go to address the car stuff in my life. My car is running great and that's all a girl can ask for. read more

If you're in a hurry try a different place. Although the people here are friendly and nice, they take their time. One gentleman helped me with my tire the first time I came in and he remembers me when I come in with a coworker or for my oil change. You can leave your car there and shop or have someone pick you up. They will call you when they're done. read more

I had to wait a couple hours but the guys were really sweet and helpful. This is my third oil change with them, for my first visit I was a bit upset about the ridiculous wait time but I just came prepared next time around. Let's just say I brought my phone charger lol. At walmart for an oil change. Website offers conventional oil change - pit stop for 19 and some change. Then there is a standard for same exact services for 25..#weird. What makes this weirder is that the slow ass rep comes out and asks what kind year  this car is after i point out the ad. I say '13 and then he says " i wouldn't suggest that for this car". - wtf does that mean??? Does he think that a car that has been serviced with only conventional oil and has less than 32 k miles on it needs a high cost synthetic? ???? C'mon dude!!! But lets pretend i didn't. ..this is where they try their 2nd attempt to get an extra 40 bucks out of me. I let him know it's fine to put what I requested because my service manual says so. So yells back across the floor..just do it..he says it's in the service manual. Horrible service. Came in for a new tire and stood at the counter in front of the employee for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me being there. Then he said to go move our car into one of the service lanes and come back. So I did and when I came back he left for another ten minutes before coming back to help me. When he finally went outside to my car he wrote us up and checked us in only to realize he might not even have the tire I wanted. So he said let him go back in and check.
