They provide the service and let me know if there's anything else going on that might need to be fixed/ touched up, BUT they also don't pressure into it like some of those other places! Five stars! They were EXTREMELY helpful. I was in and out for my oil change and tire rotation. No more than 15 minutes as promised by the employees. As a woman I tend to feel uncomfortable in some shops due to it being a dominated male field but did not feel that at this location at all. They also explained to me one issue I have with my car but did not my pressure me to get it fixed right there and then. Great employees every single one of them! I'll definitely be back. I've been to this location 1 other time 5 months ago and when I walked in today John remembered me and the Cadillac I was driving. Another thing they do is want to "recommend" you other stuff to change in your car to take more of your money thinking that all females don't know nothing about cars since they came for a oil change. They wouldn't apply her coupon overcharge for the oil change and added an air filter and when she tried to suggest that that's not what she wanted They told her it's too late we're already running your card. I have been using this particular JL location since the year it opened (Conroy was a dead end, with no bridge over I-4, and no mall). For numerous years it met or exceeded all expectations. I think they've serviced five different cars of mine. Five of the last five visits have experienced problems, all of which could have been resolved on the spot. Today was that final challenge, as I do not intend to return, . . . and with the available online forums, reviews that are totally TRUE, it's easy to warn others as well. That's how the system works. JL Corporate has apologized in the past, and when shown the proof of errors at this location, promises improvement. Perhaps I'm a very coincidental exception, but I doubt it. I think the overall service had gone negatively downhill. I cannot recommend this location in any way, form, or fashion. Currently rather pathetic. read more

Iv come to this location many times and always had a great experience, until today. I went to get my oil changed regularly as I always do. Today I felt like I'm at the aspen dental of car places. They gave me some big fee plan for a few hundred dollars when I just want an oil change. I said no just change the oil. The service tech aggressively said he wouldn't do it, due to sludge. He wouldn't show me said sludge on the oil stick, just the cap. Well a cap having a few clumps/crust isn't surprising. So I said if you won't do the oil change without all the extras, close the hood I'll go elsewhere. He then said well I spoke to my manager and we can do it now...he never left my car to speak to anyone. So another red flag. He continues to shake his head at me and roll his eyes. After all of that he proceeded to make a scene loudly calling out across the service bay saying how he's documenting everything and putting in a full report so everyone's aware I declined their recommendation and they'll attach it to my carfax. Sir my car has over 200k miles (I take care of it, replaced transmission etc) but I will be driving this thing until it dies, no one will be reading your bogus car fax report. Do better. Make your commission else where and stop preying on young women who you think know nothing about cars. read more

A terrible experience! Went for an oil change, they suggested a tire rotation, I agreed as I am going on a long trip. When leaving they told me I was missing a lug nut, which I am certain I was not when I arrived as they are very visible. They said they looked all over for it and could mot find it. Suggested I go down the street and buy one and they would put it on. I got in the car and noticed that the tire pressure ranged from 26 to 33, even though the receipt said they had set them all to 35. When I pointed that out to them they said their equipment must be broken and they "refilled" using a new gauge. ( I don't think they even checked the pressure the first time.) Bad location! I have been changing oil with JL for many many years and I was very happy with their services until today. The problem on this location is the front desk, not the mechanics. My account was showing that I did changed my air filter on my last visit 3 months ago but they tried to sell my again. He got the air filter out and told me that it was pretty much done even though looked clean and new. I usually get some kind of discount for the type of oil high mileage/quality or due to my frequency but this guy was like a bad timeshare sales. Never again to return to this location. read more

Stay away from this location, the person changing the oil pour oil all over your cars engine gets into your vehicle leaving oil marks all ove the interior and to maters worse things disappear. Unfortunately the locations management condones this behavior and even though the missing article miraculously reappeared after the police were called no apologies or resolution was offered. I told him my situation and rather than try to sell me on it anyway like most places would (especially to a female), he checked it out for me and let me know that I really didn't need one, and then offered to do a road trip check for me to make sure everything else was in good condition for my trip free of charge. They were busy but Will was kind and honest and took the time to make sure my car was safe and ready for my trip and I really appreciated that. The service tech that was managing the desk asked if I used my car manufacturer's "recommended oil" type. I said "I think so." This short exchange ended up changing my oil service from $35 to $67 - a fact that nobody cared to share with me until it was time to pay. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. My husband and I were in the Orlando area visiting and unfortunately we needed an oil change, the nearest oil change facility was this Jiffy Lube. Not only did they try to oversell services, upon the next oil change our mechanic found that they had stripped out the drain and replaced the plug with an aftermarket one and used silicone to glue it in place. The repair on this caused us $500.00. I called and spoke with Darius the Manager, he refused to accept responsibility and his only defense is that they don't use silicone. If you've ever been to a Jiffy Lube before, you'll be immediately familiar with this one. This is a pretty standard Jiffy Lube location, conveniently located on the corner of Conroy and Vineland road, also right across from Holy Land. There's a 7-11 right next door if you want to grab something while you wait. There's also free coffee inside the store and sometimes donuts. On Wednesdays oil changes are $10 off. Or, if you can get your hands on one of those Entertainment coupon books, there's a $10 coupon in there good any time. Wednesdays it does get a little bit busier because of the discount, but other than that it's very quick. read more

Based on the customer service alone, I would rate them 5 stars. It was hot as Hades, they were woefully understaffed, but 4 employees (Bruce, Hunter, Tony, and Mark) busted their butts while sweating to death. Seriously, Jiffy Lube, get these poor guys a giant fan. People in sweatshops have better working conditions! :-( Mark at the front is an absolute sweetheart. The place was pretty grimy and the bathroom could use a cleaning, but it's a garage. I'm not sure why people are whining about prices. They literally show you the price and you sign an estimate....so perhaps you should read it before signing.
