Good staff and service. Not very pushing with up sells and parts I did not need. I would go back again.

Once I started the car it had an extremely rough idle. I contacted him to come back and check it over and he said it would be $125. I would have to pay for him to check his work because he doesn't want to drive. Further, I am attaching a missing piece from the driver side of the engine found under the car after I pulled away from the spot because I noticed it was missing after checking the coils myself on the passenger side. I'll end up having to get someone else to do the job, but I will report this business to State authorities as well. He requested to call on the phone and when I spoke he cut me off so any slither of respect I had left for this individual was completely gone. I never once asked for a refund, I asked for a check but I guess this is the hustle now, no shop, no license, no accountability. As an update, my "cold office" has a window on the first gives me direct line of sight to the vehicle and worker. I parked nose in so he can alert me when he is finished.

Giovanni arrived on time and was pleasant, professional, and completed the brake job in a timely manner. I recommend and will use their service in the future.

Anything you can imagine it might be was checked and replaced and still that damn light came on! ‍ I wish I had come to these guys first! Louie was determined to figure it out and he sure did! After checking everything it might possibly be, he pulled the radiator and found all this white debris. Neither of us knew what it was but it was obviously the problem. Thank you Corey (service advisor) and Louie (mechanic)! I felt the weight of the world leave my shoulders when I left. No more temperature light! I'm coming back for sure.

While I was there, I was told that both the left and right LED license plate light assemblies needed to be replaced. I was given a written estimate for $769.55 -- $279.98 for the parts, $402.60 for labor, $40 in shop supplies, and $46.97 in tax. I did NOT authorize the repair because I wanted another opinion. I had someone else inspect my vehicle, and he discovered that the existing license plate light assemblies were unplugged. He reconnected them, and the lights immediately came back on and worked. No replacement of either assembly was necessary to get the lights working. On August 3, 2026, I returned to the Kirkman Road location with the person who found the issue. I spoke with Service Advisor Michelle, who told me that the person who initially inspected my vehicle was technician Brian, not the master mechanic. I asked the manager how I could have been given a $769.55 estimate to replace both assemblies when the existing assemblies worked once they were reconnected. Instead of explaining how the original diagnosis was reached, the conversation focused on why someone would have unplugged the assemblies. I don't know who unplugged them, and I'm not claiming that I do. My concern is the diagnosis. I came in for an oil change and was presented with a nearly $770 repair recommendation. Had I not gotten a second opinion, I could have paid for two replacement assemblies that were apparently functioning properly. I also asked the manager for the district manager's contact information and for a corporate customer-service number. I was told that the only number available was the store's phone number. I have since contacted Tires Plus customer service to formally report the incident and request that the original diagnosis be investigated. My advice to other customers: If you're given an expensive repair recommendation at this location, get a second opinion before authorizing the work. I am leaving this review because customers deserve to know exactly what happened to me. I hope Tires Plus investigates how this diagnosis was made and provides an explanation. 1 STAR -- I came in for an oil change and was quoted $769.55 for a repair that apparently wasn't needed I brought my 2011 Lexus ES 350 to the Tires Plus at 4801 Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL, on July 31, 2026, for an oil change.
