He imparted upon me knowledge and cheerfulness in good measure, at one point I even had my wife on FaceTime w hile I measured him with questions. I got an oil change a cabin filter and a vehicle filter for a decent deal and when I left they forced me to take a jelly donut (that I wanted but was too prideful to ask for), a cup of sweet filtered water and my reciept. 2016 Chevy Colorado. I took my vehicle in to this location a couple times for a oil change since I recently moved next to this location. First time no problem. Second time was in and out as usual. About exactly a month later my oil light came on saying I had low oil. I looked under my truck and did see a lot of oil dripping. That's not good. So I went back to jiffy lube since they're the ones that do my oil change. I asked them to check it out. They said my oil was low and topped it off and I asked the guy if he seen any leaks. He said my truck was common to have oil leaks at 100 thousand miles even though it's never leaked oil. Unfortunately I know very little about cars and took his word. I noticed it was still leaking pretty bad so I got under my truck to check it out and oil was everywhere still and dripping. So I was very concerned. I took my truck to a different mechanic ( Mikes the mechanic ) in Ocoee. The found that jiffy lube never fully tightened my oil filter cap and was leaking down through my engine. They cleaned up the oil best they could and tighten up the cap and I'm good to go. I won't be returning to jiffy lube for oil changes. read more

I absolutely love this business! Brought my car in for an oil change and safety inspection prior to making a roadtrip last week. The service crew really impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge and patience. The prices are reasonable and it was so refreshing not being upsold to death. I would recommend going here for minor car problems, especially for tire rotation and oil change. The prices are affordable, and they tell you everything else you need done to your car. Thought I'd save a few bucks with a Groupon (LivingSocial)... that was a mistake. Their compressor was broken, so they poured the oil manually and must have spilled some, because the car appeared to be leaking oil on my driveway. I brought it back to them the next day and they didn't find a problem. I ended up taking the car to my mechanic who found a puddle of oil on the belly pan that was leaking onto my driveway. Next time, I'll just have my mechanic change the oil in the first place! read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. The service was really so quick. I was out of there within about 30 minutes. The waiting room was nice and clean so that aspect was great as well. The service from the people working there were all really nice. The price is consistent between all locations. The only thing I got a little upset at was them trying to convince me I needed more services. Luckily I went with someone who knew about cars so I didn't end up wasting money. read more

Honestly, this has been the most pleasant oil change of my entire life. Those might be some strong words there, but I called ahead this morning just to see if this particular location was busy, what it was near -landmark wise- and if they would accept the $15 off coupon I printed online for the Orlando locations. The gentleman I spoke with, Ty, was very amiable and patient over the phone. Usually when you call most auto services, someone gruffly answers the phone but he was really polite. I arrived, accidentally came in the wrong direction initially because you're supposed to drive behind the Taco Bell to get serviced. But Ty recognized me from the phone call and was just as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. I was a little surprised when I arrived because he was beaming smiles with a gold grill, but his manners made my entire experience phenomenal. He explained to drive around the building, got my car queued up, and walked me into the small office -- opening the door for me. I watched him interact with other customers and I was no exception, he was just as friendly and helpful to everyone else as he cashed them out and went through their services. I usually avoided Jiffy Lube in the past because in my experience they are often so aggressive with up selling that it's exhausting. Ty didn't forget to mention each of the services, when and why he recommended them, but he didn't do it an annoyingly cumbersome salesman pitch. He made me feel like he was just looking out, instead of stressing that my car would automatically detonate and explode that instant if I didn't go along with all of the other purchases at that precise moment. Fast service, I was only waiting about 15 minutes or so, even though there were quite a few people ahead of me. I felt bad because my floorboards were completely trashed with dirt and mulch--but they vacuumed them spic and span. They reported that my coolant was low and asked if I'd like to top it off for $3 -- I asked Ty how low was low and he said he would go check himself, if it was off by just a little he would top it off with no charge as a courtesy. I hadn't filled it in quite a while so it was actually near empty, so I didn't mind having it refilled for only $3. Just the fact that he offered to check himself and to fill it if it were just a little low was so nice. Definitely will try to come back. Nice and efficient folks! read more

Here's the primary complaint: they are not clean in their work. (1) They wiped the windows with a rag that wasn't very clean and left more dirt and water marks on the windows than when I came in. (2) They spilled some oil on the shroud over the radiator and left an oily smear where they wiped it. (3) The person who pulled the car in had oil on his shoes and left oily footprints on my floor mat, which I had to shampoo later. What's worse, the manager was pushy in recommendations like synthetic and the next change at 3,000 miles ("I wouldn't want you to wreck your engine..."). The computer tells me when to change every 5,000, and the car is past 238,000 with no problems. I think the manufacturer's interval is fine, thank you. read more

After buying a car i came here to get it quickly serviced after seeing it got 5 stars on yelp but now i feel a tad regretful. I went there to get a simple oil change which was supposed to include extra service. While the oil change was as fast as they promised it was probably because half the service they promised was not performed. I was told that they did visual checks, vacuumed, filled coolant reservoir and windshield washer fluid, checked and filled tires to dealership psi and did the oil change. I went into the car and saw that they DID NOT vacuum i checked the coolant and it was almost empty still(as it was when i checked before i went in) and they filled the windshield washer with just regular water. If not for the quick service and a coupon i found on their website i would feel this experience to be a waste of money. Will surely go somewhere else next time. read more

Absolutely horrible experience! My wife has trusted this store for years for oil changes and other issues with the Subaru Forester. Nothing big. Well we had a belt issue and against my advice she took it to this Jiffy Lube on north OBT on 10/25. She pointed out the belt issue and they changed it out with the wrong belt! The size was different and the belt they used had 3 grooves in it, whereas the existing infrastructure called for 4 grooves. Once my wife gets home there is a horrible squealing noise in the car each time you turn. So she goes back on 10/27 and is told there is nothing wrong with the belt they replaced (for power steering) it's the other belt (for AC) and they can't replace that one. She takes it to a real, qualified mechanic and he points out the issue. On 11/3 she returns to Jiffy Lube and points out the incorrect belt. In the process of fixing their mistake they break a manifold bolt and bend another beyond use. She arrived at 9:30am and called me in around 1pm. They put a belt on the vehicle and found some bolts to slap on there and told me it was done around 3:30pm! We picked up the car and I asked for a refund. Now I need to take it to a real mechanic to fix what they did. They refused! I'm seeing red over this. Absolutely furious! Take my advice never go to these idiots for anything ever.
