Car trouble is one of the most annoying and frustrating things, and if you don't have someone trustworthy to help you, it's even more stressful. That's exactly how I felt when my Mercedes GLC suddenly started having major issues. I brought my vehicle to Precision Automotive, and Matt and everyone at the shop were so kind and patient. It's very easy for mechanics to take advantage of people -- especially women -- and they did the absolute opposite. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Precision Automotive!

It didn't sit right with me. That's when I brought my car to Philip's ‍ Auto Repair & Tires. From the start, John took the time to actually explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Not only did he confirm the tie rod issue, but he also caught something the other place never mentioned -- the bolt holding my transmission in place was loose, along with a couple of other problems. The part that really blew me away? They fixed all those extra issues for free. That kind of honesty and care is almost impossible to find these days. I left feeling safe, respected, and extremely thankful. From now on, Philip's is the only shop in Orlando I'll trust with my car.

It says a lot in itself if I find myself on Yelp to write a review (and even then, unfortunately, I…read moream the one to leave negative reviews if I've had a horrible experience somewhere) so here goes! I may be young but I cannot even begin to explain just how many times I've been in a rut due to car trouble. My experiences at various places (both big corporate auto shops and mom and pop type shops) have always been nothing but awful. It's gotten to where when my car needs to be looked at, I'm left feeling traumatized and reliving all of the times I've been taken advantage of, belittled, or ripped off by every place I've been to. Seriously, a man at Pep Boys spoke to me like I was a 5 year old child and caused a scene in front if other customers when I simply asked to make an appointment for a tire change. That's only one of over 100 experiences I've had. So when Triple A told me I needed to get a shift cable replaced, I immediately went into panic knowing I'd have to brace myself for wherever I went. I'm born and raised in the central Florida area and moved to Apopka almost 3 years ago. There's multiple auto shops around but I'd never been to Sheeler before until now. I came in and was out within an HOUR. Sadly, as a young woman, I never feel comfortable going alone to auto repair shops (that's another story for a different day!). I've learned to expect the worst. But this was by far the greatest experience. Everyone was super friendly, communicative and respectful. On my way home I immediately called several friends (other single women who have unfortunately had negative experiences with auto shops) and recommended Sheeler. I will 100000000% be coming back for any issues with my vehicle. Thank you sooooooo much for being honest and friendly. Words can't begin to describe what a relief this experience was!
