Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. When I asked for a service checklist they looked at me blankly and I could tell the guy only changed the oil. The middle aged man running the front was very polite and appreciated his professionalism. The kid who did the service did the bare minimum. Here I am a year later thinking I'm going to go back because they were the only place that I felt like I could get Amsoil signature. I didn't really want to go back because they didn't do the service checklist last time a young man put me on hold for almost 12 mins. And I'm sharing a screenshot on my phone when I decided to hang up. I called back and it rang for 2+ minutes before he picked up and I told him he must've forgotten about me on the phone. He got kind of awkward and then said they were busy. I'm sure that's true but with good customer service you would follow back up with your customer every few minutes or offer to call them back. In the end, I can't even get my oil changed here because they don't offer Amsoil anymore. One star given above the bare minimum to the older gentleman in the front office last year. I believe he's the manager or has been there a long time. If the business was run as smoothly as my interaction with him it would be five stars. The furniture is worn and when I arrived for my 8 o'clock appointment someone else carried in a flat tire that they put in front of one of the registers. In addition I was told that it usually costs $825 for this service and she would look for some rebates. I was very surprised when I was told the total was over $1100. I did share my surprise and they got it down to just over $1000. I had the oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and they claimed that they checked the brakes. When I brought it in this time because of a warning light, I was told that the rear brakes were at 10% and the front at 20%. I'm pretty sure the brakes were not checked at the oil change and if they were they didn't notify me that they were getting close to needing to be replaced.
