To begin, I came in a few days back to get 2 news tires and an alignment. They took longer than they said they would, and before checking out my car I had to pay and sign. Soon after my appointment with them I noticed a big scratch on one of the rims (that are relatively new and definitely wasn't there before) and that my car when driving it still had the same drift to the right that it had before the alignment. So today I came back in to point out the scratch and mention the alignment didn't work. I went in today to mention the scratch and alignment issue, and the same big guy got super offended and instantly started to be very rude and told me "don't come in here doing that". Then he offered to check the alignment (which he is contractually obligated to do anyway) and had me give him my keys. I was on a very tight schedule and when I noticed many other customers there I had the feeling it would be a long wait and I didn't really want them touching my car again after further consideration. So I came back out after 20 or so minutes and asked for my keys from the same miserable dude who accused me of just coming in to blame him for my rims and I didnt even care that my car couldn't move straight. Mind you I wasn't sure what they did with them and his unqualified team also couldn't do the alignment right. I then made it clear to him that I wasn't sure about what they did with the rims and that I had a very busy day (which I'm taking time out of because this place is so awful) so I wouldn't have any time to wait for them to do the alignment as they hadn't even taken my car back yet. When I asked for my keys back a second time he straight up said "I don't wanna help you anyways" and I got them back and headed out the door. The carelessness is one thing but how rude the front desk guy was is a whole different thing on top of it which made for an awful experience. Please don't bring your car here.

I was sure I was going to have to pull over and call for a tow when magically the Maitland Tire Company appeared across the way. I was greeted by an amazing staff who went to work on my tire right away and before I knew it I was back on the road again, still on time for my important business meeting. When I asked for a service checklist they looked at me blankly and I could tell the guy only changed the oil. The middle aged man running the front was very polite and appreciated his professionalism. The kid who did the service did the bare minimum. Here I am a year later thinking I'm going to go back because they were the only place that I felt like I could get Amsoil signature. I didn't really want to go back because they didn't do the service checklist last time a young man put me on hold for almost 12 mins. And I'm sharing a screenshot on my phone when I decided to hang up. I called back and it rang for 2+ minutes before he picked up and I told him he must've forgotten about me on the phone. He got kind of awkward and then said they were busy. I'm sure that's true but with good customer service you would follow back up with your customer every few minutes or offer to call them back. In the end, I can't even get my oil changed here because they don't offer Amsoil anymore. One star given above the bare minimum to the older gentleman in the front office last year. I believe he's the manager or has been there a long time. If the business was run as smoothly as my interaction with him it would be five stars. They had more diagnostics techs on staff so more flexibility in scheduling an appointment-something I needed sooner than later. The team itself was very efficient, offering the friendly, casual atmosphere. Though I said they could have the day they attended to my vehicle right away and finished in a shorter time frame than other locations I've been to. Also the manager took time to come out and say hello when I was checking out which is always appreciated and adds a personal touch and confidence boost that this is indeed a location that will do what needs to be done and fairly. Pricing was fair and in line with industry, Unfortunately my issue was not able to be corrected at the location due to it being more electrical in nature (they actually waived the diagnostic for me since unable to assist) but they did provide me recommendations on where to go for next steps. This is how I'd prefer it- instead of a branch simply tackling the project on their own and charging for things that would not actually help to get money and just to patch up to move the customer on the way to find more trouble down the road (literally). I'll definitely be returning personally when my next car need arises. If you're not sure of whether this location is or isn't for you I recommend giving them a go!
