I don't believe this. I put my car to wash with my kids today, the moment I sat in my driver seat to drive out, I see a big crack on my front window right in the front of me. I was totally shocked, called the manager and insurance company. The manager was completely no help, all he said they didn't do it and have no proof, maybe I didn't see the crack because the car was dirty. How could I not see a big crack in the middle of driver seat front window if there was a crack and the window wasn't even dirty. I just cannot believe this happened and they wanted me to sign that they were not responsible for this. Staying there to argue with kids and wasting my time was no use. To compensate, I asked for at least refund for 17 dollars of the wash and crack, they refused to pay back. I just cannot believe this happened and the way they handled this. I wish there was even a negative review taking their review stars away. NEVER STEPPING in this place. Awful. read more

I am a monthly unlimited customer who is fed up with the crappy service im getting. Im supposed to get an interior and exterior car wash but these guys never wipe the seats!!! When i confront the manager he sais its not part of the price to wipe seats and i need to pay for detail package over 55$ . I said since when did the seats not count as part of the car wash ? Don't know why I keep coming here. Went in for their promo of car wash and oil change. Drove in to get the car wash, saw the sign, asked about their oil change. The person gave a paper, told me the car wash was free. Went inside to pay for the oil change but they wanted $25 for the car wash. I explained. The manager went to look for the person who gave me the paper and another manager. So 3 people to figure out that I was getting comped a car wash so I can then get the oil change. Then they introduced me to the mechanic who takes my name and phone number and tells me he'll call me when he's done. An hour goes by and no call. Btw the shop was empty. I go to see the mechanic and my car is outside. So I thought they were done. Turns out the mechanic had left and the new mechanic had no idea what I was talking about. Got there at 12:30 didn't leave till 2. No one at this garage knows what they're doing. The entire staff is incompetent. read more

There are always some people with hit on their car and blame it on the guys. And guys did nothing. Some people are just dumb. This happened today. Their name is Sparkling Clean Car Wash but the name should be We Don't Give A Damn Car Wash. if you care about your automobile, then don't bring it to this car wash. The manager drive my car to the entrance of the Car Wash. I'm not sure why they turned the car on the ignition, which means that the automatic antenna goes up a customer behind me, noticed the antenna going up and tried to call it to his attention. He told him to mind his own business and proceeded to drive my car up and let it go through the car wash subsequently the antenna was bent and damaged, I contacted the manager and told him what happened and he told me he would fill out a report after filling out the report he told me, "I will send it to corporate, but nothing is going to happen. We have a big sign that says we are not responsible for antenna and we're not responsible for telling you if your antenna goes up because we are about doing things quickly here it's about a fast service." If you're like me, and you want your car taken care of properly and not so much interested in a fast service , do not use this company. They have a bad attitude. They don't listen to the customers and they don't have common sense, which is a luxury these days. I say bad news travels faster than good news. I balled up his report and gave it back to him and told him to delete my membership with this company. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this business . read more

I took my car to Sparking Image Car Wash today for a standard car wash. To my shock, they left my window open during the wash and my car got soaking wet inside. We asked to speak to Roy, the manager, but Instead of trying to apologize and make things right, he told us that "we have to accept that accidents happen" and that the car would eventually dry out. Roy had an aggressive attitude towards us. We are paying customers and senior citizens, yet he yelled at us and tried to intimidate us, when the company was clearly at fault. Terrible customer service - we will never return! We would advise others to stay away from this car wash. read more

DO NOT get a car was here. Left pink dot residue (see picture) on my brand new 2021 blue car. Would give zero stars if I could. I went for an exterior car wash and hot wax (20 dollars). I get home to find tiny pink dots all over my car. I immediately know it was from the car wash because my car was dirty before but did not have pink dots. I go back the next day and speak to the manager who tells me "it is from the outside there is a lot of stuff in the air" and does not offer to do anything to fix the situation except tells me I will have to pay to get it detailed to fix it. Nothing outside would put pink on my car and cannot believe this happened and then they couldn't even fix it when given the chance. With many other choices do not get your car washed here. I will be going somewhere else to get it detailed to remove it. read more

I've been washing my cars here for over 5 years weekly. I've even been a member of the car wash club. Over the past 5 weeks , I've noticed a BIG difference in the quality of work. Specifically: * Understaffed on entry and exit of vehicle resulting in ashtrays not being vacuumed and cars drying before anyone touches them. This results in water spots. ON A BLACK CAR. * Rear mirrors untouched with water spots * Rear inside glass not touched * Smeared glass on outside * Water spots not touched on exterior windshields And on top of that , the service is slower than ever. I for one will be dropping my membership and will not be returning. Your quality control and management has gone out the window. read more

I have been a customer for the past 10 years and they have changed the car wash system as well as the promotions. Before I could choose for the hot wax or the regular foam. Now I need to pay for both or nothing. At the same time there are a lot of less customers coming in, most probably because of the changes made. It would be nice to have the same promotions as before. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid extra / one of their "delux" cleanings to get my antenna and passenger side mirror broken off. Instead of admitting what they did they tried to glue my mirror back and accused me of bringing a damaged car. After waiting two hours demanding some answer they said they will do an internal investigation. Overall the customer service and the workers there were unbelievably incompetent and rude. I would recommend everyone to avoid it here. So unprofessional!!!! They didn't even offer to repay us for the car wash :( read more

I was really amazed about service at this company. I was asking myself if I'm really in Miami. It was a second January and I needed a oil change. I was already couple of times passing this place, but I never stop by before. In the moment I pull my car to the Express Oil Change they took care of me! I was just seating inside my car with open eyes. Took them 15 min and my oil and filter was changed. The name of the person who was helping me was Josue. I came here again because a whole bird squad decided to bombard my car with their number 2s... it was literally on the top of my car, all 4 doors, door handles, side windows, windshield, car hood. I hope that's not an omen... Anyways, it was dry and crusty by the time I got there and I did the hand wash service for $35 which includes a cleaning inside my car too. Looks sparkly clean!! The only thing I do dislike about this place is that they always try to tell you about the options of $45+ and avoid mentioning their basic and cheaper options. So here I will break it down for you: $29.99 basic car wash - goes through the machine, with a layer of wax and basic cleaning interiorly $35 hand car wash - no machine, hand wash only, cleans interior. Takes ~35 min usually. If you want any more services than the above two, it will be mentioned to you by then because it's about $45+. read more

This car wash has been going steady downhill for some time now. Yes, the car wash is fine. It's the lack of front and back employees that is causing long waits and sub par drying. This past Sunday 9/22/19 the car wash was so backed up, I turned around and left. Last week there were only 3 guys at the end drying cars, and 9 cars waiting to be dryed. I left before they could dry my car. Who wants to spend 45 minutes getting their car washed? The corporation behind Sparkling Image Car Wash doesn't seem to care. I've tried reach out to them in emails to no avail. They will lose customers who know how bad things at the Aventura wash have become! read more

The customer care is exceptional. After a car wash there we're still orange spots on the entire body of the car. I pointed this out to Roy who showed me that they would come off only by rubbing them off. He offered to have the work done for no additional charge.
