I hit the median strip at the gas stand as I drove up because it juts out and is dangerous, like an obstacle in the middle of the lane. The impact made a huge noise. I normally do not get gas here. Today I opted to save time. What a mistake. After I gashed my left front tyre on the said obstacle, I noticed all the car wash attendants, laughing and staring at me, not offering an "Are you OK?" Instead, I saw a panoply of men pointing and laughing at me. I was stunned and very surprised (and a bit embarassed) as I have never had such an incident happen to me. When I noticed that my tyre was completely flat, I asked for help only to be met with nastiness and attitude, "It was your own fault." When I told them that the placement of this median was dangerous, I was met with disdain and cruel laughter at my misfortune. In addition, there were several men, patrons, who were staring at me but went right back to their cell phones. To add insult to injury, to say the least, I was told by the Mobile staff that they were under no obligation to help me. So I soldiered on, and tried to DIY. Now, I am an over 50 year old female and by no means helpless, but there is a limit. While I was trying to remove the tyre, a young man with his coffee and bag of breakfast in his hand, asked me if I needed help. I thankfully said, "Yes, please! He immediately came to my assistance. I told him, "Thank you for stopping, the Mobile attendants here were just laughing at me with no offer to help." He said, "Yes, I saw that." I asked his name, his name is Javier and thanked him for stopping. I offered money but he declined. I asked him if he worked nearby, he said he worked in a building on the beach across the street from this Mobile station. Thank you Javier for being there this morning. May God bless you and keep you safe. I would avoid this gas station in the future for it is unsafe and unfriendly. They seem only interested in washing cars here. Terrible service. They broke two laws while I was in there. Lady behind counter told me I couldn't use more than a certain amount of change... change is legal tender... those poor homeless guys that rely on using change. This place must be anti-homeless. She was very rude and unhappy. I don't know why she works here if she hates it so much. Then the car wash guy is attempting fraud with each customer. I had transmission oil changed and I told them I wanted them to change the in line filter too. I told them it was behind air filter. But they insisted that my car automatic transmission did not have a filter. When my wife and I get home my wife found a YouTube video of are car n in it show's just what I told them. The car wash in this location has always had sketchy service but in some situations the convenience of a quick wash was worth the tradeoff because they gave you every 12th wash gratis and... they had a 48 hour (exterior) RE-wash guarantee... I went there this past week and the wash was half decent.. The next day I noticed it had rained so I went back for the free "exterior RE-wash guarantee" And they then informed me that as of the new year (2019) they discontinued that program as well as the "every 12th wash free" incentive program... Now there is no redeeming quality left to motivate anyone to utilize their "services" at all... Combine the sketchy/lazy work ethic with the bad attitudes they are very well known for... I won't be going back there any more... I'll pay a few more dollars and go to one of the two "Aventura's Finest" Hand Car Wash's nearby where they at least take some pride in the quality of their work in addition to their superior attitudes & customer service... Congrats Mobile!! You are now the worst in every possible way‼‼ read more

I took my car in for a carwash and got suckered into getting one of their higher options for $48. I showed the guy something on the inside of my windshield that needed cleaning, but when they were finished it was still dirty. So I showed it to the guy doing the final touches and he said it doesn't come off. I had wiped some of it off with my wet finger so I told him to use some product, which he did under protest. Everything came off but then you could see how dirty the rest of the inside windshield was, so again I called him back, showed him and asked him to clean the WHOLE windshield. Again he did it under protest. At this point I just wanted to leave because it started to rain. When I started to drive away, I saw that they never threw out the garbage that was in the door cutout. And when I got home and walked around the car, all the little tree sap drops are still there! The whole point to paying the up charge was to get that stuff clean! One star and they lost a good customer. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend goes up there to get gas and tells the cashier what pump his car is at, the cashier misunderstood what pump he said and put the money at the wrong pump when he went back inside to ask her to change it she said that someone had already used the gas so because THE CASHIER missed heard my boyfriend someone is driving with free gas. MARIELLA or however you spell her name was ABSOLUTELY no help and wasn't even interested in helping me solve my problem. She had a bad attitude and was rude. On 11/9/20 I went to Mobil gas station to get one of my tires replaced . After waiting 15 minutes they stated they could not release my bolts to replace my tires . I went back home to call my insurance for road side assistance. The road side assistant guy stated Mobil gas station service department damaged my tires bolts so he can not put a replacement . I called Mobil gas station to speak to the manager . He stated they did not damaged anything and it wasn't there fault . I will never go back to this gas station ever again . read more

I came in for just an exterior wash and asked the guy driving my car into the wash tunnel to use the pressure washer with the soap to get the stuck on dirt loosened up and the guy said something in a foreign language and then walked off... I watched as he used the hose on less than half of my car and sent it on it's way... The car still had plenty of dirt still on it and the guys that dry refuse to bend down to dry the bottom so as soon as I drive over dust it instantly sticks... Only if you have no other option would I suggest using them...just lazy!! read more
