I hope next time you could possibly prioritize me... makes me wonder if tipping him in this case was the right thing to do... update: well, I just looked under the hood and found out that everything is completely dirty after I specifically asked the guy to be able to get under my hood... what did I pay $80 for just to wash the removable all weather floor mats? not too sure if I'll be coming back to this location in the future, but I'm deducting another star from my review just because of this. like look at the photos yourself and tell me that this is a clean car that just had a detailing?

I typically get the Manager's Package which I use to pay $25 + tip but looks like the price has gone up to $35 + tip. Not a big deal as it's still totally worth it to me. I have a minivan and kids so my car gets pretty dirty. It's the black carpets that kill me. Executive Wash & Detail usually does a great job! There have been a few times where it's not as clean as they usually get it the first few times I've been. And that's fine. But when you set those standards from the beginning, you're spoiled. My car was long overdue for a good vacuuming and detail so I decided to come out on a Sat morning, first thing when they opened at 8am. I checked out their website the night before and noticed they started taking appointments online. Nice! I reserved an appt for 8-9am time frame. I wanted to be in and out as I had a brunch in Plantation at 11am. Figured I would be done by then. They usually take 1-1.5 hours to clean my car and I always wait. Arrived promptly at 8am on this day. I was the 2nd car there. I went inside and had coffee and did work on my laptop. I kept glancing outside to see if my car was done and maybe they forgot to notify me. They usually text you when the car is done. The time was now 10:15am and I had to get out by 10:30am. Just for reference, a few times when I glanced outside, there were maybe 6-7 cars next to mine being worked on. When I came back outside, there were 2 cars left and mine was one of two. I asked the gentlemen how much longer it was going to be and he said another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done 2.5 hours later at 10:30am. And I was the 2ND CAR there in the morning. How did 6-7 other cars finish before mine? And I had an appt for 8-9am??? I get that my car was a mess and definitely needed cleaning, I don't doubt that. But the fact that it took them 2.5 hours and I had an appt and I was the 2nd car to arrive that day, it was a bit confusing and frustrating to say the least. They did a fabulous job today! My windows were sparkling clean and spotless, the carpet was super clean after they vacuumed. Great job, Definitely happy but not cool if they finished other cars before mine and I had to wait that long and I barely made it on time to my brunch as I had my car cleaned so I could pick up other people for carpool. That was the main reason I had my car cleaned. That is all.

They offer self-service washes and vacuums for about $2-$5 each (depending on how long you use them), as well as a more premium wash option that does an amazing job and includes a towel-dry team and free vacuums. The staff is always personable, attentive, and helpful--they consistently make sure everything runs smoothly. There's never a time I drive by that someone doesn't immediately come over to assist me at the payment machine. When using the free vacuums, they even provide clean microfiber towels. Also, if scratches are a concern, there is no need to worry. I can personally attest to this, along with other frequent visitors I've spoken with who come weekly and have experienced no scratching.

Owner told me to come back in and hour and half. I returned to pick up my car and he told me it was $130 when I went to pay, then it was $140 with the tax. The inconsistency in pricing was awful but wasn't even the worst part. After paying the owner had the audacity to tell me to "wash my hands after I put on makeup" because there were so many smudges in the car. Absolutely disrespectful for a customer who is paying THEM for a SERVICE. When I came home and upon further inspection of my car the job was terrible. The outside wasn't barely washed, the inside was not vacuumed underneath the carpets or the seatbelt buckle. The dash was not washed and still had smudges and grim on it. And the worst part if this wasn't all terrible enough, they cut up my car !!! (See photos attached) I took the car with no slits and cuts in the back seat fabric and it was returned to me with a huge gash in the fabric on the center console. Unacceptable. Unbelievable. Do not go here. If you respect yourself and your car and your money do not give them your business. From customer service to payment inconsistency to quality of car wash this place it not worth you time or business. You are better off washing your car yourself, because you might just have to after you leave this place. They need the former management back asap.

I wiped down the crevices and the rag was all dirty. Huge issue in drying the car as well. I left the windows open to dry overnight and still has a mildew smell, crevices underneath seats are drenched. I even found a tear in my fabric in the backseat. I'm leaving today for a road trip and can't even go back to ask them to touch it up. Find somewhere else for a detail.

Sometimes it may take a little longer depending on the time you go but this time i went on a Saturday morning right before the mall opened. Just an fyi, it is located on the first floor of the garage right in between the Macy's Men and Home, and the Macy's Women and Kids.
