TLDR: excellent work, Immaculate services and genuine customer servoice but long wait times. I first came by Davie Auto Spa in April to get a full detail, my large dog slobbers a lot, and my car was in desperate need of an interior shampoo. I was told it would take about half an hour, which surprised me for a shampoo, but I had just come from the gym and hadn't eaten, so I figured I'd wait it out, read my book, and head home. Well, it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Thankfully, I didn't have anything else scheduled that day. Multiple employees checked on me throughout and were incredibly kind and attentive. Eventually, Jamal( the person who had checked me in) came over and sincerely apologized, taking full responsibility for the delay. He gave me a $100 gift card and told me I could use it or even gift it to someone else, but he wanted to make it right. Of course, I still tipped the workers, after all, they did an amazing job. My car had never been that clean. I returned in August to use the GC and noticed they'd added more outdoor seating and some cute landscaping. I came on a Sunday morning and let them know I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes, as I had an appointment. When I asked what I could get with my $100 card, the employee went to get Jamal himself. I opted for the $99 interior complete and offered to cover any tax, but Jamal replied, "No ma'am, we owe you this." That response speaks volumes. This visit did end up running a bit over, about 10:50 to 12:10 so I'd advise others to be prepared to wait if you're getting more than a basic wash. I'd personally rather be told a longer estimate upfront, but I understand they may not want to deter customers. That said, their quality of work is worth the wait IF you know about it ahead of time. I debated leaving out the original scheduling mishap, because I imagine most customers have seamless experiences. But honestly, the way they handled that mistake impressed me even more than if it had gone perfectly. This place isn't cheap, and it isn't fast but their work is absolutely unbeatable. read more

It took about 45 minutes to complete the job. The only downside was they forgot to clean the roof of my SUV. They then worked on cleaning it and the sun roof. All good. Nice job Pros! read more

Came to Davies Auto Spa because I found a coupon. Yes I found a coupon for a discounted interior and exterior clean. They accepted with no problem and sent me on my way to the car wash machine. Afterwards, I was parked up under station for the next step. Eventually, someone came along and cleaned the inside and finished up the outside of the car. They cleaned up any trash inside, packed everything up and sent me on my way. It was a very smooth and painless process. Meaning there wasn't much to it. Everything was very organized. My mom loves coming here to get her car washed. So while in area, I decided to stop in to get my car washed. Easy to find on N University in Davie, just a little north across from the Target plaza. I decided on a car wash and a mini detail. They have ample seating on the inside and a bench outside. There are drinks you can purchase as well. I was impressed with the attention to detail and my car looks so good. They do offer different options for a car wash membership. Reasonable pricing. Nicely landscaped around the area should give you an idea of how much these ladies and gentlemen take pride in themselves. They worked as a team to clean my car and they were pretty busy at 8:30 on a Saturday. They did a great job taking out all the stains that my grandkids left in the back seats of my car and even took $20 off of my service . I also got a free wash for my upcoming birthday. I can't put into words exactly how pleased I am with the job these guys did. I will definitely e bringing my mini fleet here for other washes. I've never been so disappointed in an establish business! I've taken my cars here multiple times the companies mini vans never had a problem as soon as I took my truck a guy name David Haitian man did this to my vehicle. Seeing that he was the one wiping the water off with a towel when I checked out the window I ask my self why was he taking so long on the back side of my car I came out the door and confronted him immediately and denied it in my face. I've frozen my credit card and will no longer use their services ever in my life again. Not even to mention my $300 pair of beats headphones were stolen next to my measuring tape. I just stumbled upon this place, and am so glad I did. I'd been looking for a new place for detailing in the area that had an indoor waiting area. For me, the best part was the staff- super friendly people. The guy who took my order had an electronic business card and was able to get me signed up for their rewards in one click, which was very cool. I got a wash and detailing, which on a Saturday without an appointment didn't take too long. They were busy, but very efficient. The indoor waiting area has a tv, things for sale, restrooms, and wifi. If you bring the kids, they have the big windows where you can watch the cars being washed. read more

been going here since my car was new the last three trips there has been a horrible experience. I've had to get the manager the last few times to look at my car today. It went through the when it came it looked like had never went through. Absolutely filthy, went and got the manager brought and showed He had to hand wash the car himself last time the machine broke and they didn't even have enough sense to know how to get the soap off of it. I had to to take it out front and use the water hose. Today was the last experience there I'm afraid he looked at me and told me if I wanted a better job I probably should do it myself unbelievable. read more

So last week I decided to take my car to be washed at the Davie Auto Space since it's across the street from our storage unit. Upon me pulling up it costs me $35 to wash and clean inside. The price wasn't the issue, but the fact that as soon as I got home and pulled up I see all these scratches and scuffs. This is not how my car was when I took it in. I do not recommend this place. Beware whenever you take your car in. The quality of the wash wasn't poor but when your car doesn't have scratches because it lives in the garage then it's time to let you know there's a major issue with the actual car wash. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, hoping they correct the issue for others. read more

Went here to wash my truck and i spoke with who I assume is the owner. I asked if they did hand car washes, and he assured me they would could. He tried to upsell me about 4-5 times. Immediately after giving them the keys, a group of guys with broom like brushes start scrubbing my truck. If you know a little about detailing, this is one of the worst things you can do to your cars paint. These brushes will leave swirl marks all over your car. This is not a proper hand wash as I was sold. Once I was told the truck was ready, I gave the guy a $20 tip to only find a group of ladies finishing the interior. I felt horrible as I did not know if the tip would be split or not but I left because I didn't have anymore change All in all, don't come here if you want a hand wash and you may want to ask them to split the tip before you leave. Also, you need to make sure you don't come here if you don't like being upsold. read more

After 1.5 years of not taking care of my car's needs post a transcontinental road trip (Cali to fl) I needed the executive interior and exterior to wash off the oxidation from the outside of my car, condition my leather seats, vacuum the copious amount of dog hair from my fluffy corgi. It definitely needed the works. I really wish I took a before and after photo to truly show the magic they performed on my car. Wow I'm extremely blown away with the set up and service. The options and pricing is clear at the entrance but the employee helped me determine which package was best for my needs. As I have a toddler I desperately needed a serious interior detail and without waiting long my car looked and smelled brand new. The facility seemed structured perfectly with an express interior line and another for detail which I love so if you come in a rush you aren't held back for a detailed vehicle that arrived ahead of you. As I waited inside it was clean and simple with the option to sit outside as well. All the employees shown teamwork as they all work together and everyone seemed productive with a task to get the cars in and out. They buffed the exterior and removed some staining from sprinkler system, and fully cleaned the interior, which was no easy job as my dog has been my primary passenger and there was fur everywhere! Carwash convenient prices are fair but the guy who deals with you when you pull up should be fired. He is not customer friendly at all he asks me what would I like when I can up, I'm thinking to myself obviously a Carwash so I say I would like a car wash he goes I know but which one mind you he hasn't given me a price list or told me any prices. So I say well I don't know what I want til I know the prices then he tells me pull up to see the prices on a board.
