I've been coming here for years, and I have to finally give credit to how incredibly well this car wash is run. They offer self-service washes and vacuums for about $2-$5 each (depending on how long you use them), as well as a more premium wash option that does an amazing job and includes a towel-dry team and free vacuums. The staff is always personable, attentive, and helpful--they consistently make sure everything runs smoothly. There's never a time I drive by that someone doesn't immediately come over to assist me at the payment machine. When using the free vacuums, they even provide clean microfiber towels. Also, if scratches are a concern, there is no need to worry. I can personally attest to this, along with other frequent visitors I've spoken with who come weekly and have experienced no scratching. read more

Wow! Excellent service and amenities. I got my first wash for free. Unfortunately, the system was down when I got here, but they quickly offered me vacuum tokens so I could get started. System was back up in a few minutes. First free wash is the highest level and amazing quality. Once you get out of the car wash, your car is hand towel dried. Then free unlimited vacuums. My car was really sandy, so we were here for a while. One of the things I loved most was the supply of clean towel rags available for free to use. This is an excellent car wash and great service. Would definitely recommend. read more

My windows were streaky and not dried. Had spots all over them. Had to go home and redo my 2 front windows. I asked them to redo them and they just rudely said no and waved me through to the vacumns. Didn't care!! Called the manager. No call back of course. One vacumn on one side wouldn't work at all and the other did but had to wait at least 20 min until the guy got done doing his car because they only have every other hose hooked up. This place is ratchet. Lots of other places to go to to. read more

I have not been to this car wash in years. So my regular car wash place was backed up at lunchtime so I came here. For $15.00 you go through an automatic car wash that put on a wash and wax. At the end two persons quickly dried it. No vacuum inside nor were the wheels treated. Just a basic wash that was quick. I came as I got my vaccination the day before and they marked up my windshield with three different colored markers. The markers came off my wind shield so for that I am grateful. Basic wash no more than that. read more

I kept the membership for a few years, and was happy with the service initially. In the last year or so, not only have the prices been raised , but the improvements /changes they've made were made undoubtedly thinking about how they can make an extra buck and not how they can better serve their customers. Who wants to choose between having your car wiped "dry" or vacuuming it yourself in zero shade on an 8 minute timer? I canceled my membership...and couldn't be happier at SudStop Car Wash in Hallandale. $22/mo. Includes: pre-wash station with soap and brushes for tires, auto drive-thru wash, wheel shine, towels, glass cleaner, air pressure hose to clean interior crevices, two types of vacuuming hoses in the shade, mat cleaning machines, etc. Oh, and the best customer service. AMAZING!! read more

I love this place. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. It is worth the money for the ceramic coat. I own a 2005 truck and after having it painted and discovering this gem, my truck looks new. Paid $27 for exterior only which seemed steep, but my car really shined. The man said $17 shine was also good. Happy that he was kind and helpful. Car goes on track through wash and they do hand drying. There are also stalls for self wash and vacuuming. Friendly service is important. Keep up the good work. read more

While in your car, you select and pay for your car wash at a kiosk. Then the lever rises, and you pull through and go through the car wash. You stay in the car while you go through the car wash. When you pull out you stay in the car while they hand dry it. Then you drive to the vacuum area and exit your car. They have benches under a canopy for you to wait. One person works on the inside and outside of your car. The whole process took me 40 minutes, with no cars ahead of me. They do a very thorough job with the inside. It was $16 for the exterior wash, towel dry, vacuum, inside windows cleaned. Overall, I was very impressed with the attention to detail. They have plans where you can prepay for carwashes and get one free. Sign up to receive emails, and you will receive a free car wash for your birthday. They discounted washes one hour before closing. read more

The only stars that this place gets is for its employees. The machine does a fair job at best. It was a serious disappointment especially for the price as it took the worker and myself an extra 25 minutes to RUB/Clean down easy spots missed by the machine. Not a place I would recommend except for the employees. Therefore, I feel bad about giving a bad review but the equipment messes up the review. read more

My car is so dirty. Dirty enough that it bothers me. And today I took my baby to get cleaned. The first place I went to the game me a good game but they only took cash so I had to leave this place Ultimate Car Wash they took cash and card. The fellas and the ladies that work there they're so sweet and they're so nice and they're so helpful. The wash is great the car looks amazing. My detailer, his name is Mason, was digging and bending and stretching and getting into all the nooks and crannies. He did a beautiful job. I never would have done a better job. I highly recommend going to go Ultimate Car Wash on Federal Highway. They're fast they're efficient your car will come out great in the value can't be beat. Convenient business with friendly employees that offers various exterior washes for your vehicle. Prices are very fair, ranging from $6 - $17. They even have a happy hour special daily from 5pm - 6pm for only $3. Not a bad deal. Trust, when I arrived a quarter after five, there was already a line. If you don't want to go through the automated car wash, there are several self serve car wash stations available on the side of the property. Ultimate Car Wash also offers self serve service gas. I've been coming here for a while and I don't see myself going anywhere else...unless I go out of town, then that's a different story. read more

I found the best car wash in this area. The prices are very affordable (just don't forget to tip them) and they cleaned my car very very good. And I mean it! The other places usually just do exterior and vacuum interior but these guys not only vacuumed but cleaned it inside as well like literally every single hole, little space, under seats, and much more. I was very surprised of their work. Too bad they don't do detailing otherwise I would be the 1st one to do it. Great service! Great fast guys! read more

Moved into the area down the street looking for a place to wash my cars. We WERE interested in joining their wash club ($49 x 3 cars)for all three cars ........But then until I let them wash my car for the first. It was really dirty from the concrete dust on 95. I paid for the $18 wash the ultimate wash to see how well they perform. I like the machine I thought the location was really nice however, after the machine wash, as the employees wipe down the vehicle, I noticed they didn't open the doors to wipe off the door and the door jams which were wet from the wash and dirty from the concrete dust from 95 still. Right before I handed over a tip I asked if they could please wipe down the door jams on the bottoms of the doors..Their employees told me that they have a policy not to do that. When I spoke to the manager about it give me a hard time told me they never do that it's a company policy and explain to him it's a normal thing when you have your car washed every car wash I've ever been to opens the doors and wipes down the bottom of your door and your door jam. He gave me a bad attitude and right away accused me of wanting free stuff. I explained to him that I was interested in bringing my three cars over and joining the car wash club because I hate to wash cars. So he told me that he didn't really care and that he has lots of customers. So I told him " I'm really glad I found this out ahead of time and you can keep it I'm leaving". He's in smarted off to me and said "you're here trying to get free stuff! So as I drove away, I was thinking that the owner of that business will read this and adjust this managers attitude. When I got home the front lower spoiler on my car was still super dirty and as you can see in the pictures, there's dust and dirt inside every single door... I have to have it cleaned again someplace else.. maybe a hand carwash would be better. so if they ever straighten out this management team at this business I'm sure it will thrive better. read more

Horrible service. Clean my car with self service and then went thru the drive thur and said I need the interior and paid $20 for them to say it not included when I said I need a interior. One of the guys in the front even notice I I clean it right before I went Thur it. So they wanted to charge me another $15 for interior. Offer to paid another $5 because I was upset but she would not admit that they a made mistake. Then have the nerve to tell it going to be a hour rate. Been here at least 30 times in the last few months because I have a bunch of cars. Use to love this car wash but now I am done with it because they are rude and the manager was mad because he would not admit his daughter heard me wrong. read more
