They offer self-service washes and vacuums for about $2-$5 each (depending on how long you use them), as well as a more premium wash option that does an amazing job and includes a towel-dry team and free vacuums. The staff is always personable, attentive, and helpful--they consistently make sure everything runs smoothly. There's never a time I drive by that someone doesn't immediately come over to assist me at the payment machine. When using the free vacuums, they even provide clean microfiber towels. Also, if scratches are a concern, there is no need to worry. One vacumn on one side wouldn't work at all and the other did but had to wait at least 20 min until the guy got done doing his car because they only have every other hose hooked up. I have not been to this car wash in years. So my regular car wash place was backed up at lunchtime so I came here. For $15.00 you go through an automatic car wash that put on a wash and wax. At the end two persons quickly dried it. No vacuum inside nor were the wheels treated. Just a basic wash that was quick. I came as I got my vaccination the day before and they marked up my windshield with three different colored markers. The markers came off my wind shield so for that I am grateful. The only stars that this place gets is for its employees. The machine does a fair job at best. It was a serious disappointment especially for the price as it took the worker and myself an extra 25 minutes to RUB/Clean down easy spots missed by the machine. While in your car, you select and pay for your car wash at a kiosk. Then the lever rises, and you pull through and go through the car wash. You stay in the car while you go through the car wash. When you pull out you stay in the car while they hand dry it. Then you drive to the vacuum area and exit your car. They have benches under a canopy for you to wait. One person works on the inside and outside of your car. The whole process took me 40 minutes, with no cars ahead of me. They do a very thorough job with the inside. My detailer, his name is Mason, was digging and bending and stretching and getting into all the nooks and crannies. He did a beautiful job. I never would have done a better job. The other places usually just do exterior and vacuum interior but these guys not only vacuumed but cleaned it inside as well like literally every single hole, little space, under seats, and much more. Moved into the area down the street looking for a place to wash my cars. We WERE interested in joining their wash club ($49 x 3 cars)for all three cars ........But then until I let them wash my car for the first. It was really dirty from the concrete dust on 95. I paid for the $18 wash the ultimate wash to see how well they perform. I like the machine I thought the location was really nice however, after the machine wash, as the employees wipe down the vehicle, I noticed they didn't open the doors to wipe off the door and the door jams which were wet from the wash and dirty from the concrete dust from 95 still. Right before I handed over a tip I asked if they could please wipe down the door jams on the bottoms of the doors..Their employees told me that they have a policy not to do that. When I spoke to the manager about it give me a hard time told me they never do that it's a company policy and explain to him it's a normal thing when you have your car washed every car wash I've ever been to opens the doors and wipes down the bottom of your door and your door jam. He gave me a bad attitude and right away accused me of wanting free stuff. I explained to him that I was interested in bringing my three cars over and joining the car wash club because I hate to wash cars. So he told me that he didn't really care and that he has lots of customers. So I told him " I'm really glad I found this out ahead of time and you can keep it I'm leaving". He's in smarted off to me and said "you're here trying to get free stuff! So as I drove away, I was thinking that the owner of that business will read this and adjust this managers attitude. When I got home the front lower spoiler on my car was still super dirty and as you can see in the pictures, there's dust and dirt inside every single door... I have to have it cleaned again someplace else.. maybe a hand carwash would be better. so if they ever straighten out this management team at this business I'm sure it will thrive better. read more
