This car wash is, without a doubt, the best in Florida--and I'd even go as far as to say the entire U.S. Every time I bring my car in, no matter how filthy it is, it comes out looking spotless and brand new. The attention to detail is insane - my windshield literally looks like I'm seeing the world through a brand new lens. The new ceramic wash is next level, as well as the brand new wash they newly included (I just forgot the name). It leaves my car looking like it just got professionally detailed. And their regular wash is already insane--this just takes it even further. The staff? Top-tier. Every single person there is super hardworking, friendly, and truly cares about the customer experience. The way the place is run is impressive--it's efficient, smooth, and clearly managed with a lot of care and pride. You don't just feel like another car in line - you feel taken care of. Now let's talk about the vacuums--easily the best I've ever used. They pull up every crumb, every piece of sand, and get into every little crevice effortlessly. Interior looks flawless every time. Getting a wash here is worth every single dollar. It's exceptionally excellent in every way - from the quality of the wash to how well the place is run. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. This place sets the standard. And if you get the membership? Even better. It's one of the best investments you can make for your car. This place just doesn't miss--total game changer. read more

I have been looking for a new car was subscription so I wanted to check this place out. I didn't pull the trigger but they have a few different price points. My favorite part was the whole line of vacuums and clean rags to wipe down the inside of the cars. my car was looking real sexy when i left. maybe next time I will purchase the $30 all you can wash per month offer read more

I stopped by hoping to make this my new go-to car wash, and while it wasn't a bad experience, it didn't completely win me over. The layout is nice, the vacuums work well, and I appreciate that they provide towels -- that's always a plus! But compared to another carwash I go to that has two different vacuum hoses, different nozzle heads, and even pressurized air (a game changer for getting into little corners), this one feels a bit basic. My car came out pretty wet with some streaks, so I still had to do a bit of extra drying to get it looking right. For the monthly price, I was hoping for a little more polish and a few more tools to make the whole process easier. It's definitely convenient in a pinch, but I'm still on the hunt for my perfect car-wash match. read more

They lied to me. They offered me a subscription for $30 a year to get 50% off any wash, now after 30 days or so using the subscription, they say is only for the 3 more expensive wash, they lied they scammed, I don't recommend going there at all. read more

I went for one car wash and the person that entered my info into the machine signed me up for a monthly membership and I had no idea. I tried to cancel many times over a year with no prevail. No one answes the phone there so I went in. They gave me Nelson's number. Called him, said he would stop charging me and credit me for the months that I was charged and never did. Now, 1.5 years later and I am still getting charged!!!!!! Furious is an understatement and it is now in the hands of my bank. Awful business! SCAM for sure!!!! read more

Pay for most expensive wash, get zero effort from prep guy at start of tunnel to remove a layer of lovebugs that would have come off with 10 seconds of pressure wash. Literally NO BETTER THAN A GAS STATION. Poor value. Will have to take it somewhere else or do it myself. Do not go here. This place sucks. read more

THE BEST DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASH IN FORT LAUDERDALE!! The guys actually care and even brushed the front and side of my truck with soap before going in! No other car washes I've been to do that anymore. I will only come here from now on, thank you! read more

Nice little spot for a quick car wash. They offer self service vacuuming with great suction. We have a dog and it really vacuumed the inside of the car nicely. The exterior is ran through a drive through car wash and really cleaned my car. You have several washes to choose from at great prices. They also offer a membership for those who are interested. Overall great experience. read more

The people here are lazy and they will make every excuse the reason you car is damage. Brand new car 2021 and it was my cars fault the side mirror was damaged and the rear windshield wiper was broken. The car is only 3 months old. I should have known there was a issue with this place cause when paying for the most expensive package they didn't ever power wash the front of my care to get the bugs off. So when getting out of the walk still had a lot of bugs on front of my car. Meaning it didn't even look like the front was washed. Avoid this place with those prices too you can get a mobile guy to come to you place and wash your car for the same price. read more

I am a member at M Car Wash. The staff is rude I came at 7:24am because the website and maps say that they open at 7am. I came in the parking lot and just parked there because the cones were up so I was waiting for them to move them maybe at 7:30-8am because for some reason they werent open at what there hours of operation show every where. Finally an hour employee comes up to me around 7:35. so I'm thinking perfect he's going to tell me when they open. Instead he says "what are you doing in the parking lot?! we're closed we don't open till 8am you need to leave now!" this isn't the way you treat customers also on every website i looked up it says 7am that they open. if you want to get treated poorly as a monthly member to there car wash I'd sign up now read more

I go to this place to get my car washed. The machine they have is very good and thorough and does a great job. This past Saturday I accidentally locked my keys inside the car. The Manager, Louis was able to open the door and retrieve my keys. He did a terrific job and helped me get back to my daily chores. He was professional and polite and is really a big asset to this company. I would recommend this place to everyone. Besides the fact that they do a good job, Louis is so very helpful and is there to assist when needed. Thanks again, Louis. You saved my day. Eileen Davie, FL read more

Manager legit denied service's for me. I was willing to pay but he mentioned to me that the car was to beat up to go through the drive through. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism & rudeness in this matter at an establishment. Owner should be questioning management if he's treating all patrons this way.... I question if I will ever come back as I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. read more

Updating my review. There were a few minor things when they first opened that have been improved upon. Biggest improvements are that the "drying wheel" has been slowed down which I'd good because before it would take your wiper blades with it from time to time. That has solved that problem. They also now provide towels in the vacuuming area for those who like their car perfect. The tire shine applicator seems to be doing a much better job. I did sign up for the monthly plan which allows you to go in a once a day (not that I do, but you can) and the consistent cleaning definitely helps keep your car clean. The consistent washing also makes the car wash tunnel more effective. I definitely recommend the monthly plan if you are going use it frequently. They definitely use good soaps and conditioners and plenty of them. I get a lot of comments that my car looks brand new especially after leaving the car wash. read more

I told the manager today that while he keeps raising the price, the vacuums keep getting worse. His response, "and yet you keep coming." My car is black and I had spots on the hood from sprinkler system from watering grass. They tried to remove spots after 2 washings and still could get them off. You have to vaccum inside car yourself even after paying $17. Or $20. For washing and drying car. They did refund $20. Back because they didn't want to be responsible for not getting car clean. read more

Regular washes should be max $5 as all new car washes are 3$ with free vac but it's a good was and it's close to me

After I buy the monthly subscription they decide to tell me my tires are too wide. Wasted money don't recommend if you have off-road tires!

I came here with my new car to get a quick wash. I always get a hand carwash but my friends swore by this wash that it was excellent. They changed my mind on it. This wash is amazing! I opted in for their Ceramic Wash, and my car came out amazing!!! A week later, it still has a shine on it. They have free vacuums, which I used this time, and it was super easy, covenant and they worked really well. My car came out pretty dry, and the best part, it only took a few minutes. NO WAITING FOR AN HOUR with similar results and a cheaper price. I AM SOLD. I signed up for their monthly membership, which allows me to wash my car EVERY DAY if I want. My car hasn't looked better. I LOVE THIS PLACE and THIS WASH!!!!!!! read more
