I have a membership here that I pay about $28 for a month. The car wash always does a good job and this location has vacuums available for you to use. Never have an issue and there are always clean towels. I have even had an associate named Carlos help me remove tree sap from my hood. read more

Just try to avoid it during peak hours because the entrance becomes a bottleneck Once you go thru the automatic wash, you can dry your car and/or use the vacuum to clean the inside of your car. They did a great job remodeling this entire facility, which now offers an inexpensive "express wash" for $10. If one wants to pay more for additional services or monthly memberships, they offer a variety of packages. I chose to do an express wash today, which allowed me access to their vacuums and towel drying area, which has space for at least 35 cars and that means no waiting! read more

I came by on a Tuesday at about 10 am. I purchased the $20 Express Wax and wheels option. The wash was good, not as good as a hand washing, but it's worth it and much quicker. Then you can come and vacuum out and use the spray gun to clean out the car. I recommend this place, though I did see a few things I can do to have a much better experience. - scrub off the little bits that didn't come off already. - come more often, I waited a month for a car wash - bring armorall wipes for the car. As always, this is an amazing Car wash you can come and enjoy the cleaning of your car. They actually drive through clean it really well automatically and then you have the time to do it yourself and finish it up with all the details. I love it. I've been here a few times and the best part is that every year they also have a special promotion where they reach you and Pam for you and spoil you with hotdogs and waters and drink guys. This location has been home to many car wash companies. It is a convenient place to have one. I have used them most in the past. This was my first time being back after the new changes. You can no longer use the side street to enter. You have to use the 441 entrance only if you want the car wah. When you enter you go towards the left side. A machine is there for you to pick your service. I was helped by an employee. I chose the Sparkle Shine Package and Basic Express Wash. It was around $25. The employee was very helpful in guiding me. He mentioned a membership program. I was not interested at the moment. To tell you the truth I was skeptical about the new changes. I was in front of the car wash machine and one thing was for sure. This machine was much smaller than the other one. It was half the size and where are the workers? It then hit me. I am paying the same amount as before but now I am doing half the manual work. "Things That Make Go Hmmm" The machine wash was powerful and to my surprise very good. I had some bugs baking on my hood from last week's Everglades trip and that sucker took it right out. I was happy. My truck looked sparkling good. The second place you go after the car wash is the vacuum parking area. It has towels, an air gun, and a powerful vacuum. I had a blast with the air gun. I took things out of spaces that have not been cleaned before. The whole thing was easy. I had fun doing it. I did not see any towels and I walked around other than that liked the end result. The only thing that was missing for me was an Armor wipe. The truck didn't look finished without it. read more

Have been going here for years and the new set up is fantastic! It is very efficient, very quick and does a great job! The vacs are very powerful and effective, sometimes the nozzles fall off however that is a manufacturer issue. May consider adding an attendant to help the older crowd for an extra cost perhaps a package, my mom cannot do the vac so I think a good revenue opportunity! Lastly and most importantly Rowena is EXCELLENT. She has been there for years and has always been so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The only thing that they did was was take my money. The vehicle was a complete mess after the service was completed. Spots, cob webs, bird dung, rag streaks.... When I asked the manager to inspect the vehicle the vehicle, I was told it was "my fault." This was the worst car wash I've ever received. When I told him so, he said "Have a nice day." Not only is the equipment very powerful, but it is a great thing to be able to pass-through as many times as you need to, to make sure that your car is sparkling. I had lawn clippings caking one side of my car from the landscapers at my home. The experience of driving through Sparkling Image is perfect from start to finish ... from the initial checkpoint, where you are greeted and get excellent guidance from them and help get you set up with a plan that works for you. Even if it's a one time visit, to the person who gives your car an initial power washing before sending you through the rest of the high tech car wash. In my most recent visit, the kind manager noticed sprinkler damage on my driver's side door, he went OUT OF HIS WAY, to get a bit of product to remove this long term damage to my car's finish! It has been vexing me for years! So, while I used the free ultra strong vacuum for the interior, he was so courteous and took the time to personally help me address this issue! My car hasn't looked this good in years! He also helped with the removal of some pine tree sap! I had tried everything, to no avail! But he knew just what to do and it was gone like magic! I do not write many negative reviews but this place merits it. I visited the carwash and the blowing machine discharged my car radio antenna cover. I called two days later and they never found it or called me back. When I visited in person they denied my phone call (despite me showing a screenshot) and refuse to take ownership for the damage. The recently opened & renewed Carwash tunnel is awesome & is open daily 8am to 8pm. Under the new business model this express wash is quick and very convenient. I purchased a couple of the top of the line Unlimited wash monthly memberships. It it always fast & the entire vehicle is clean, dry & even tire shine applied in only 3 minutes of entering the wash tunnel. You then have access to the free vacuums , cleaning rags & cleaning air hoses. I highly recommend this particular location as they have a long term friendly & wonderful staff. read more

I love this car wash. Great deal for 32.00 per month, all you can wash! It does a great job and I get to vacuum and finish my car the way I like it. I had an experience last week and Rowena Tamayo solved my problem with her expertise and kindness. I ran over paint (my car is three months old!) so to say the least, I was flipping out. It was all over the passenger side of my car and inside and around my tires. Rowena cured the problem and literally cleaned it up for me. She calmed me down too.
