I explained this to the gentlemen when he opened the door for me. Then, he disappeared and just left my car running in an awkward spot. On January 6th I brought my Porsche 911 to prestige car wash to get a hand wash. The first one was ok but the wheels were left unclean but I didn't complain. The next time I came back a week later I asked if they could do the wheels better and I'll tip the person well. What happened isn't opinion it's fact! They sprayed a wheel cleaner on the wheels and the rotor to break up the dirt and grease and left it on way too long . With that bieng said they warped my rotors and pads and the rotors are scored badly resulting in a horrible shimmy at braking which is very dangerous. I went back a couple of days later to talk to the manager and show him the damage as my son owns a detailing company in New York and I know what I'm taking about . The manager took my number and promised to research it and get back to me the next morning. Well not only did he ghost me but also blocked my number . I went to prestige to get my car washed for a mini detail which cost me $69 plus $10 tip. The mini detail was the worst car wash I've ever had. I received my car back with dirt on it. I spent several minutes at 10 AM which can be seen on the cameras, speaking with the gentleman pointing out dirt on the Vehicle till I decided to stop because it seemed a little ridiculous to be still pointing out dirt on a car at a car wash. and for the price and as a first time customer, I was extremely disappointed. I did reach out to contact them. Let's see if they can improve upon their service however, for that amount of money to find dirt all over my car was disappointing. The staff here and i don't mean all but the ones whom Call themselves managers have got to be the biggest idiots in charge of running a business! Just lost another customer with several cars on a membership! I do not place decals on my windshield for my personal reasons and safety reasons. I have all my cars registered with individual tags and they want to argue with me every time i go there about sticking a tag on my windshield. Sorry not decorating my RR with no stickers! If they did their research.... In Florida, you are generally prohibited from having stickers or other materials on your front windshield that obstruct your view of the road. Specifically, Florida Statute §316.2952 outlines these restrictions. There are a few exceptions, such as certificates or papers required by law, sunscreening material along the top of the windshield (within the AS/1 area), and devices for electronic toll payments or GPS navigation! Also when you start paying for my vehicle, then you can force me to place a sticker on my windshield! Kick rocks, competitor here i come! read more

What a letdown! Prestige Auto Spa promised a service they clearly couldn't deliver. I paid for the $80 detail service. My car was returned to me 30 minutes late, and it looked like they just abandoned the job halfway through. They left a rag and a bottle of cleaning solution in my car - a clear sign of their negligence. My center console and screen were still dirty, forcing me to clean up after them with the very rag they left behind. And the trunk? They didn't even bother. Despite a few items inside, they left it untouched and filthy. I generously tipped in advance, expecting professionalism, but was met with mediocrity. It was hard to even tip without cash and I had to ask to Zelle someone instead of the business having a QR code at the register for their employees. UPDATE: Their lack of professionalism continues. After a half-hearted apology from the manager, I was told to text for a service redo. She only gave me very inconvenient times that she would let me come in. I had an appointment and then needed to change it and I reached out twice, only to be met with silence. Their customer service is as disappointing as their cleaning service. On May 19, 2024, I had a mini detail service costing $81.31 performed on my Tesla Model Y at 12:00 PM. After the service, the car was returned to me, but it was not fully clean. One of the worker also pointed out that the car had not been thoroughly cleaned. Despite this, the manager insisted that the car was in perfect condition and argued with the co-worker about it. I approached the manager to express my concerns and pointed out the specific areas that were not cleaned. The manager then claimed that the car had been mistakenly brought to me, which contradicted his earlier assertion during his argument with the co-worker. This was a frustrating experience as I had to wait an extra hour for them to properly clean the car. Additionally, the outdoor fans were not functioning properly; only one fan was working at the time.Being the only woman there, I was thankful to have one of the employees stand up for me. Honestly, bad service and super lengthy. The staff is hard working but the system is shaky. In line for a wash can be 15-25 min just to run your car through machine. If you're waiting in line you'll get cut off by staff who are hand washing cars to run the car through machine in front of you. Def not worth it. When I arrived this morning, I was greeted by the General Manager, who actually took the time to listen to my issue. He had read my review the previous night and contacted the owner and told him that the company had to make this right. There was no blame, just a mutual respect. Within 15 minutes, I handed him my keys with the assurance the seat would be taken care of. By early afternoon, I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. As you can see from the picture, I had no complaints. Martine and I sat down and discovered we shared many things in common. Scam car washes break the vehicles and the managers say they are not responsible and the owners don't care

Brought my new 2021 Ram 1500 for a wash. Paid $85 to have extra wax. I was told it's going to take 45 min. After 1:50 min I got the car. Splash paint I drove over was still on my door and bumper. I was told I'll need a detail to remove it. The paint was coming off with my nails so.... . Got in the car and surely the clean up inside was below average especially paying that amount! I asked if the key in the car the answer was "yes" I tried turning the car on and it did not because the key wasn't in the car. Called the attendant and his reply was, "Oh, my guy said he doesn't know where it is but you can drive it" really???? 10 min later they found the key. Worst experience ever. read more

I've been here a few times at this point and it's really a hit or miss. Some days their phone machine is working, others it only sprays out water. I've paid 30-$40 for a wash and sometimes the car is not even the clean because of their machines malfunctioning. I don't mind paying that much for a car wash but I do mind not receiving the service that I paid for, I really hope they update their machines because it leaves a soapy residue on my front windshield and glass sometimes. They also don't wipe the car off when the car gets out of the machine and I have to ask them to wipe it down which is really not fair since I paid so much for a wash. I've had the premium membership for a little less than a year and the drive-through wash is relatively adequate, with some quick dry off after and inconsistent application of tire shine (sometimes they do it, sometimes they don't). However, the staff is very rude and entitled. Originally, when I purchased the wash, I was given a barcode and was told that I just needed to keep it in the car available for scan. My membership was cancelled today for not having it applied to my windshield. The code is tied to my vehicle and license plate so not sure what the issue is but if that's worth losing another customer, so be it. Read the reviews carefully, often I've had to do some scratch correction because they use dirty rags for drying. I drive by there a lot, so it was a nice convenience to swing in once a week for upkeep, but I'll be looking for another spot that is more customer service oriented. They put the car through a machine, and missed several dirt spots. For $40 I would expect a hand job and a good one at that.
