I've been coming to this car wash since 2020 and have spent nearly $10,000 on washes and oil changes. Loyal, consistent, respectful customer. But none of that mattered the day they completely disrespected me and damaged my car. I specifically asked them to tape a slightly loose piece on my rear bumper so it wouldn't get worse during the wash. They acknowledged it. And what did they do? Put TWO tiny, laughable pieces of tape on it like it was some kind of joke. End result? A huge piece of my bumper is now ripped off--worse than it's ever been. When I calmly brought it up, I was met with straight-up hostility. They yelled, cursed at me, and literally told me to "move my sht."* Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Roy, the manager, is more concerned about hiding behind "policy" than actually making things right. What happened to basic accountability and customer service? If you value your car--or your dignity--stay far away from this place. They'll take your money for years, but the second they screw up, they'll treat you like garbage. This car wash has the most screwed up system of any car wash I've ever used. I have their $39.00 monthly program that does the outside and tire shine. They continually place you behind cars that are getting full (interior and exterior cleaning, wait on you after other cars who have come in after you and have to be continually reminded to do the tire shine. Their wash and dry is comparable to other car washes (no better or worse.), I noticed when they input into the system what type of wash I get it's continually inconsistent. (I get an exterior wash with a spray wax) on occasions they push the correct button and on other occasions they don't push the spray wax button. I believe it's time to find another car wash from my car and my wife's car. read more

I choose the service that includes vacuuming. I paid $35. Professional and attentive staff. There was a box for tips where I put the tip. The only thing you need to do is to go inside the store to pay the requested service. They offer different budget choices. Completely unacceptable experience at Sparkling Image Car Wash. I've been coming to this car wash for years and have spent a lot of money on premium washes and full details. I always expected a certain level of quality and professionalism -- but my recent visit was by far the worst I've ever had anywhere. After paying for a premium wash, I waited about 45 minutes. When my car was finally done, it was still dirty -- with visible dirt, streaks, and spots that clearly hadn't been addressed. I politely pulled the manager, William, aside and asked if they could please go over it again. Instead of responding professionally, William started raising his voice and using profanities -- right in front of my five-year-old child. Completely unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional. It didn't stop there. One of the employees got aggressive and actually tried to put their hands on me, falsely accusing me of trying to hit someone -- which was absolutely not true. At no point did I raise my voice or threaten anyone. I was simply asking for the service I paid for. For a business that claims to care about its customers, this was shocking and disrespectful. I love this place. I do the monthly car wash and they clean the inside to around $55 plus tax a month you can go unlimited if you go early. It's usually around 20 minutes sometimes if it's a little bit longer, I walk across the street to Starbucks services, always friendly And they're always very efficient. They give you a ticket so your receipt matches up to your car when you leave which I like I also have some outside seats or you can sit inside at the gas station. They have a couple tables with a waiting window that you can see your car getting washed. read more

We go to the gas station in front of Sparkling Image all the time as it's near our home and I needed an oil change and stopped by on a weekend to try to figure out if I needed to make an appointment or if it's walk in only. I was greeted warmly by a staff member and he said it's walk in only and they could help me right away and asked me to pull my car in to the garage and they'd have me out in 10 minutes. I was really impressed with their servicing and the communication not only as the customer but they communication amongst the staff members. They really run an efficient operation and it's a well oiled machine! They explained their pricing and oil options for my car. For the premium oil blends for my car I believe it was $79 or $99. I chose the $79 option and also replaced one of air filters for $30 as well. While they were working on my car a really nice lady took payment (check their website for coupons as well!), and she walked through my car settings with me to reset the oil change setting so I didn't get any future maintenance messages on my car dashboard. She knew exactly where to go and recalled it so quickly- it was really impressive! The oil change took 10 minutes just as they said and after they're done you get an exterior car wash at their car wash business right behind the oil change garage. I paid an extra $14.99 to have the interior of my car cleaned as well. Overall it's an amazing facility and it's very well run with friendly staff. I get free oil changes through the dealership I got my car from but I would pay to have an efficient car maintenance operation like Sparking Image. Great job everyone at S.I.! Very humble and extremely professional. I unfortunately became victim to the flooding and all of the water and debris from the road messed up my engine splashguard. The place was closing and I felt guilty, however, the scraping was absolutely bothering me. I asked them politely if they could be able to help me either today or sometime soon and they all were eager to assist me, knowing that I have an issue. These 5 gentlemen should be the shining examples of what it is to be a good person let alone a professional in their craft. They assisted me and provided to me all my components when they were done. I asked how much the cost, they replied back no charge. I strongly believe in you do a service, you receive pay. They were very adamant that this was out of the goodness of their heart and I didn't have to give them anything. Respectfully, I couldn't settle for that so I gave them a tip. After having my car washed over the weekend, I noticed some spots where the window meets the door. I acknowledge that I could be wrong, but I am sure that the spots were not there prior to the car wash and are the result of a wax add-on that I purchased during the car wash. I attempted to remove the spots myself, but when they would not come off, I returned to the car wash. I spoke with the manager and asked if he could use the same spray wax to remove the spot. I attempted to explain that with chemical cleaners, you can usually use the same cleaner to remove the stains. After a heated exchange, where he attempted to show me forums demonstrating that it is a common issue with my vehicle, I repeatedly asked if he could please listen to my request and allow me to try the liquid wax that I suspect caused the stains. Even though I demonstrated that I was able to rub out some of the spots, he still insisted that it was because my car was parked in the rain. I reminded him that my car is parked in a garage and he rhetorically asked me if I ever drive in the rain. He told me to leave and would hear no more of it. I asked him if I could please speak and explain why it worked specifically, that I was able to rub out some of the spots and his response was, "I don't need to let you speak because you are wrong." I reminded him that I was very polite to him up until this point, and he said that he didn't care. I did make the mistake of raising my voice back at him. I asked them about Aventura location and they said it was different like self serve. Perhaps I didn't understand as this location truly exceeded my expectations. I came here as my car was filthy and the monthly membership wasn't working for me. I felt like when I came it wasn't welcoming nor the best service. But Aventura hands down is better. I passed here on Saturday and the line was ridiculous to get in. So I came on Sunday AM as I had an appointment in the area. I will definitely come back. Probably the best car wash in the area. They acknowledge you right away and take your car from there. Which I prefer and they are into the details on making sure you get what you paid for. read more

I'm never coming back. This is a disorganized cluster of a place. I usually go to the Sparkling Image in Ft Lauderdale but it's too far away. The service between these two locations is like night and day. I have a bike rack on my car and whenever I pull into one of these places I'm always ready to remove it. Per normal when I pull in this crusty manager yells immediately that it has to come off. So I tell him I'll take it off -- which I do. He gives me no guidance on where to put it or how I will get it back (it's large and heavy). I then ask the woman who checked me in if they will bring the rack up front and she says yes (which they did the last time I was there). So when the car is finally done (they are ridiculously slow) I'm ready to go but there is no bike rack. So I ask the finishing area staff and they are very cold and say basically "it's not my problem, go talk to the manager" and refuse to do anything. They're so rude (I don't expect car wash employees to be the most genteel but they could at least express concern and call someone. The supervisor yelled at me to move my car but I refused until my rack was brought to me like they said they would do. Another big problem is when your car is ready it's so difficult to hear when they yell out your car because of all of the blaring loud fans and equipment plus you can't see because there are four cars deep in the way. They should have someone come over to where customers are waiting and tell (yell, whatever) them when the car is ready. The Ft Lauderdale location has a loud speaker so there's no confusion when your car is finished. I mentioned that to one of the finishing area people and he just laughed. I paid $40 for the wash and they left sand in the seats and with the poor service it's not worth patronizing them. I'm done with this place. The attached Mobil station is bad too -- a lot of the time their pumps don't work. read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I had my car and my daughters car enrolled in the $24.99 exterior unlimited wash plan. When we enrolled the pressure to buy the more expensive plan was irritating. When you buy this plan you stay in your car and drive through and get an exterior wash. When my wife went to enroll her car today she asked for the basic exterior wash, she then got out of the car because that is how it was done the last time she was at that business years ago. They enrolled her in the $45.99/month plan against her wishes. She realized this when she got home and I went to the business immediately to try and change to the $24.99/ month plan. I had to see the manager Roy who instead of trying to make this right was incredibly rude and refused to make the change. I tried to explain that we already had 2 $24.99 plans and just wanted to add a 3rd car for the same plan. From the minute you drive in they pressure you to get the most expensive plan. My wife didn't realize that you could now drive the car through the wash yourself and when the salesman saw her get out if the car she took it upon herself to give my wife the most expensive plan, My suggestion is to avoid this unscrupulous business at all costs read more

Very disappointed! I've been coming here for as long as I live in Florida as a member for this car wash and I just have to say I'm very disappointed with the wait time. I think they need to hire more staff or maybe the staff has to stop talking to each other listening to music and pay attention to the cars.
