I've been coming here for a couple of years because it's the closest location to me and conveniently on routes I drive regularly. And in all that time? Zero improvement. Traffic Chaos Every Single Time You can barely get in because the line wraps around the corner. There are what feels like 70 employees standing around, yet no one directing traffic. It's one-way in, but people are allowed to pull into vacuum areas, fill every spot, then attempt to reverse out into active traffic because there's no exit flow. So now you're backing up to let them out. It's gridlock by design. And people cutting the line? Constant. No oversight. No management presence. Vacuums & Cleanliness Half the vacuums don't work. Trash bins are overflowing. It's never clean. You finally get through the entrance circus only to wait another 15-20 minutes in line for what's supposed to be a "speedy" wash. The only time it's manageable is super early in the morning or Sunday mornings -- mostly Uber and Lyft drivers monopolizing vacuum spaces. The Final Straw: Customer Service On this last visit, the payment machine didn't work (which happens often). I asked for assistance. The person who identified himself as a manager immediately told me my "credit was bad" -- without checking anything -- and followed that with "maybe you should pay your bills." Completely unprofessional. Completely unnecessary. And completely wrong. It turned out to be an administrative error in their system. I canceled my membership on the spot. At best, that interaction was rude and incompetent. At worst, it felt intentionally provocative and racially charged. Either way, it was unacceptable. Bottom Line This location is disorganized, poorly managed, overcrowded, and consistently frustrating. After years of giving it chances because of proximity, I'm done. I found some issues on the app: 1. With a limited radius (key Biscayne and Brickell, downtown) and didn't accept my request. 2. The app required payment of services before actually do the work. I called to the number listed and the person on the other side of the line Ignacia was nice and willing to help on reserving my appointment directly for Saturday 9am...or I thought so... later in the evening i found out there was no appointment and had to request again. This time for Saturday 11:30am and will be sent the payment link to complete once service was completed. Time of my appointment came and no sights of the tech, called the numbers given but no response received. I got upset and though this was another bad experience with a new business. 1.5 hrs later the tech arrived to my home I set the work area and let him do the work. Less than 2 hours later I checked my car and was left in very pristine condition inside was spotless, outside was shiny and clean I choose the Gold service that do a deep clean inside and outside. I only expected the clay and wax would do better with the bugs/tar marks, they were removed mostly but I still have some minor that hope can be totally removed next time. My assigned tech a Juan was very nice and did a good job, was fast and detailed, he also recommended a deeper buffer that would help on the marks.
