Had a kill switch and tracker installed, got my windows tinted and also got my rims powder coated. Everything was excellent as usual! Don't hesitate and give my man a call as he won't disappoint you or anyone you refer. He's been doing this for over 15 years and is certified in ceramic coating. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. Chris came to my house on time and that's where the positive experience ended. I specifically requested for the clay treatment due to tree sap stains. He didn't tell me until the end of the "wash" that the stains had damaged the clear coat and couldn't come out. The inside also didn't look like it had been cleaned so $200 for the outside only and still left with the stains I wanted out? Ok. I asked him if he accepted venmo/Zelle so I could send him payment that way because I had an appointment and would not be able to stay. He tells me he does and so I jump in my car to leave (in another car) while pulling up my Zelle and then he starts screaming outside of my house that he's not leaving until he's paid. (And FYI, my husband was still there). Never once had I indicated that I wasn't going to pay him so the erratic behavior was very strange and completely unprofessional. Afterwards, I messaged him to let him know we didn't appreciate the way he had acted and the lack of professionalism continued as he complained about having to work outside in the sun and even about asking me to park in the street (I asked if he could park on our carport instead so as not to block the road and he agreed never once expressing that it was a problem for him). I'm attaching pics of the car AFTER he was done and the message I received because I know this sounds so unbelievable. Everyone has a bad day and I truly hope that's all this was and this is not his regular interaction with customers. Unfortunately, I will never again use his services to find out.
