I was told that this company is like uber, meaning that the person coming to wash your car own their own supplies. The guy that washed my car used his own stuff. My tires use to be shiny and now they are dull and mated. Completely ruined the wheels by removing the gloss !! I emailed the manager/owner Welly and I never got a response back. I even sent pictures of the damage. I can't believe that they don't own up to the damage. I will never use this company again. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Pay close attention to your paint and wheels !!! Ive tried cleaning with wax soap and the wheels are still stained and damage.

I upgraded the year and came back for a second time. Now he's using system x which is amazing. Not saying the last company he used wasn't because that came out amazing as well. Negro goes above and beyond for his clients as he sends videos and pictures of the whole process while the car is in his care. Truthfully he is the only one I've ever let drive my car and only one I will leave it to without any worries. This time around he came thru for me and helped me with my vision I had. He used his resources which I must admit are very well worth it. This guys is connected in the car world if you ain't know. Had a kill switch and tracker installed, got my windows tinted and also got my rims powder coated. Everything was excellent as usual! Don't hesitate and give my man a call as he won't disappoint you or anyone you refer. He's been doing this for over 15 years and is certified in ceramic coating. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. His pricing is well worth it as well. Quality Over Quantity!!!! No job is to big or small the man does cars, motorcycles, or boats....

I reached out to the owner who was very nice and serviceable, we set up a date to take in my car to his location and left it there for about two and a half hours. Throughout the whole process i was getting updates such as videos or pictures of before and afters. Once my car was ready i picked it up and it was like i picked up a whole new car from the dealer. It was impeccable, full of shine and extremely clean on the inside. The best part was the smell of new car even my daughter mentioned how she loved how our car looked and smell. It was definitely worth the price and time. Will definitely be returning soon.

After bringing the car back to their shop three separate times, I have reached my limit. The bumper has fallen off twice after they repaired it, and the body work is visibly poor. I no longer have confidence in the quality or safety of the repairs completed by their team. It is unacceptable to charge customers for work that does not meet even basic expectations. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I regret having to deal with such a lack of professionalism.

I've been meaning to write my review about this service for several weeks, but I kept getting…read moresidetracked. I purchased an auto detailing as a gift for a friend's 5-series and I asked for the full works. I called them on a Saturday afternoon requesting the work for the following afternoon. Unfortunately on Sundays they don't work a full shift, so they were only able to come in the morning and since it could take 2-3 hours, they can't come very late. Completely understandable so you might have better luck on time slots if you order for Saturday or the weekdays. I was trying to have them start at 11 AM but the latest they could do was 10 AM. I was able to negotiate a 10:30 AM appointment time. I paid over the phone in advance so as to not have the detailer go through that hassle the next day, and gave them my contact information. The next day they called me at 9:45 AM to inform me that the detailer is running late and if 11 AM is okay with me. It was fine with me because I had actually requested that time to begin with, but I appreciated being notified in advance. They got points there. The detailer assigned to me was Armando, and he did an excellent job with the vehicle. It was a very hot day but that did not detract from his work. When he was done with the car, it looked as if it had just come off the lot. I don't know how many detailers they have, but if you're able to request him, I highly recommend it. He was nice, did an excellent job, and worked at a good pace. I came out a couple of times to check on him and give him some cold water (he brought his own but just being a good host) and he was always working on the car. There was not one inch of that car left untouched when he was done with it. Later that day I had to run some errands and I felt bad getting in the car! When he was done with the car, I inspected it, he gave me some car maintenance tips as to when I should consider getting a full detail again, shook hands, gave him his tip, and off he went. All in all, I am very pleased with the entire transaction and I would recommend these guys. The communication was good and I did not regret paying for the work.
