I found SudShine on Yelp and contacted David right away. Talking to him on the phone gave me great comfort that I probably found the right service. He was very accommodating, giving me an appropriate price for washing and detailing 2 SUV's and he was available on a Saturday morning when we needed him. I had my hose on the side of the house prepared, but when he drove up I learned he brings his own water supply and all the appropriate cleaning products. It was a big blue container of water he brings in the back of his truck. He was very organized and took out all the cleaning products and set himself up quickly and immediately started on the tires. David took his time to clean every inch of both our cars and sometimes I would go out to see how he was doing so we got to chat a little bit as he was working. He is very professional. I even had him clean the carpets and he gave me a very reasonable price to do that, which is not something we normally do but glad he was the one to do it. No hassles, detailed, timely and reasonable; I will be using him again and won't look any further.

I placed an inquiry on Yelp! Last night for detailers for the next day... today! Most were not available today. Technically sudshine want either... but I told each... emergency. Need someone Tuesday. Sudshine agreed to fit me in at the end of their day today. They did a phenomenal job cleaning my minivan in about 1.5 hours. I recognized their products... one of my neighbors uses them. They use good products to make your vehicle shine, top to bottom, wheels and all. I especially like a clean steering wheel... which they left me with. Highly recommend! Ambitious business owners!

Derby Car Wash used to be my go-to place, which makes this experience really disappointing. I live…read moreabout 2 minutes away and have washed my car here several times. Unfortunately, this last visit may be my last. When I first got into the car, it looked okay, but once I took it outside in daylight, it was obvious that the cleaning was very poorly done. The entire front area was still dusty, as if it hadn't been wiped at all. The vacuuming was also not up to standard -- there were still a lot of small stones and debris (the little grit from the floor) left behind, which made it feel like the vacuum either wasn't working properly or wasn't used thoroughly. For almost $40 with tip, you expect a much better and more detailed clean. It's always sad when a business you like doesn't maintain the same standard of service. I hope this was just an off day, but this experience was very disappointing.

I saw two different lanes when I pulled up to this easy to locate location and directed myself towards new customer. I was helped by none other than Precious, who is very knowledgeable and professional and walk me through the different options available. Despite there being a line, she was very courteous and I didn't feel rushed. She told me about perks and benefits of different memberships and help me find the best wash for what I was looking for without trying to push something I didn't need. All the packages are very well priced by the way it was just nice to be treated with that top-notch level of customer care that Precious offered- she's the reason for the fifth star. The wash itself was easier to navigate and I'm very happy with the quality and price point. I'm also happy to share with you all that their individual stations that have a dispenser with fresh towels of two different varieties which I've actually never seen before at Any Car Wash. There are two vacuums per station and also dual mounted hoses with interior cleaner and window glass washer as well, which was nice. Thanks to Sud stop Car Wash I was able to get in and out with the quality care wash and do something nice for Family. I'm thankful to this location and will be back soon with my own vehicle in the future.

I had driven by this business for years but had never stopped in to get my vehicle washed. What a mistake that was! They did an excellent job cleaning every crevice of my car. The previous owner made some modifications to the vehicle, and I needed to remove a few things and reattach the vehicle badging. After the wash, I asked the owner, Tosh, how much it would cost to make these alterations. He came out, looked at the vehicle, and said it would be free. Not to mention, he did the work himself. This is what I call excellent customer service!
