Beware of Alpha Carwash (Pines & Palm and Grand Palm Hotel location) I took my recently purchased car (which is not driven frequently) to Alpha Carwash, after removing the seat covers for the first time, inorder to get a more thorough interior clean my way, since it was a 2nd hand car. So the car wasn't filthy, it just had some area's that i wanted cleaned. Mark you, I bought the car to them to show exactly what I wanted done. I specifically requested a detail in these areas- vacuum faux leather seats, clean the vents, seatbelt buckles, cupholders, and storage pockets--no exterior wash or floor vacuuming. I was quoted $100. When I called to schedule, I was told to meet at a different location (Grand Palm Hotel) and was suddenly quoted $120. After reminding him of the original price, he agreed to do it for $100 if I came to that location. I reiterated numerous times, no exterior wash. After 2 hours, not only did they wash the exterior and tires (which I didn't want), but several of the specific interior areas I asked to be cleaned were either missed or poorly done. Kevin came on scene and he even stepped in and redid some parts himself. At the end, they charged me $107 with tax, and I added a tip, bringing the total to $130. The next day, while putting my seat covers back on, I found multiple (specific) spots untouched/missed. (Pics uploaded) I shared videos and photos and asked for a partial or full refund. Instead, I was told to bring the car back. I explained that I don't have time for another visit and that the service should've been done right the first time, so i wouldn't have to return to get it done better. The response, no refunds, only rework. To make matters worse, I was told the car was "dirty," No, those specific areas were dirty that's why i wanted a detail clean in those specific areas. He also never apologized for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this place. They blame the customer and take no accountability. Why would I want to return. I went home and cleaned it myself with products from Amazon. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, do not go to the alpha wash, they are lazy and rude and try to play you out of money without even doing their job. I went to the alpha off of i-75 and they were lazy nothing was done but the outside to make you think they did a good job. Will never come here again. read more

Was searching the area for nearby detailing services when I found this place online. When I turned into a country club parking lot, I initially questioned if I was in the right place, but I assure you it is. The group who worked there were all very friendly and accepted the work that was my car, a 2015 Jeep, that had a lot of dirt on the outside, and even more dog hair on the inside. After a few hours, I went to pick my car back up, and it looked as if they purchased a car from the lot. Scratches were gone, dirt cleaned, inside was vacuumed, cracks and crevices had no more leaves in it. I could go on and on about this place but I do implore, to try it out for yourself. If I ever need my car clean, this is the one place I will go and recommend to others. read more

My car is considered a large so a basic wash was $60. I called ahead and asked if they took scheduling to which they answered Yes and was told I could arrive at 2 o'clock and they would be able to get me right in. As soon as I got there, there was a client walking out from nearby restaurant, and upon discovering that her car hadn't been started she told the business owner she was leaving and that she shouldn't have come back at 1 like they told her to if they weren't going to be ready for her. Mind you, this means she's been there before, they rescheduled her and upon rescheduling the car sat there for an hour and service still had not started. I should've taken this as a sign to leave but I was optimistic and I stayed. They didn't call me until about 230 at which point I was getting hungry so I told them I was going to grab a bite to eat. I popped into a nearby restaurant and had some lunch, walked out around 315 and they were working on my car. The business owner tried to get me to upgrade my service, but knowing I was short on time, I didn't want to risk being late to my next errand so I said no and stuck to the basic wash and boy am I glad I did. I didn't leave there till 3:50 PM. Meaning my car was being serviced as a basic car wash for an hour and 20 minutes and even after all that there was still dust on the dashboard, certain stains that I was able to remove myself with some armor all wipes when I got home and certain corners in the seats and in the cupholders weren't even looked at. If I had paid for a more intensive service I'm pretty sure I would have been extremely disappointed. I was given a five dollar coupon for the next time I come back but there won't be a next time. The one thing I can say is there is shaded seating while you wait and they are friendly but that's about it. read more
