Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. I have been frequenting this establishment since I moved to Cheverly in 2021, mostly because it is the closest to my house and does alterations. I have had too many issues to return. I have several (five to be exact) shirts where several of the buttons have been broken, thus necessitating a whole new set of buttons. When I ask why so many broken buttons, I get silence. Several times (including last week) I went to retrieve clothes after the due date, to be told they were not ready. Last week I went on a Monday (the due date was the previous Saturday) and I was told to come back next Saturday. That's two weeks, and a week after they told me they would be ready. Zero apology. When I finally retrieved my clothes I asked for my account to be removed from the system, and wrote my phone number down. The woman took the piece of paper and shoved it in a drawer. I asked again for my account ti be removed. Blank stare. Will not be coming back ever again and buyer beware.
