For all the mom's using sparkle and shine to pierce their infant daughters ears. I do not recommend at all! Their earrings have fallen out so many times. The type of earrings they use are not a screw back so it ends up just sliding out and falling. Today was my last straw as the top part of the earring was in my daughters stool!! I am so livid she must have picked it up and swallowed it since they are so teeny only a few millimeters long. This is a health and choking hazard and could have punctured or lodged in her intestines. I'm not sure if I have a defective pair so i contacted them and they didn't offer to switch it out or refund me. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bad attitude from Amber the whole time. Felt really uncomfortable. She was comparing me with her other clients. Was even talking about a client that wanted a piercing in a private area and was telling me the client's story and making fun of her. To me, that's just not professional and should mot tell others your clients stories with names, etc. Horrible attitude as well making me feel dumb for asking questions about my piercings. I did not have a piercing done BUT i had one removed. I dealt w Amber. She was very sweet and was very up for education me and answering my questions. I basically came in last minute to get a Tragus piercing that i had done somewhere else removed. As one is healing fine but this one was causing me great pain. She was very thorough in making sure it was clean, not infected and that i knew how to keep it clean so it can heal as it is an open wound with no jewelry. Do not go here! I went here to get my 3rd lobe piercing, and 3 months later they're still not healed and infected. I have other piercings (nose, bellybutton, lobes) and clean them very thoroughly. This is the only place where my piercings haven't healed. The piercer herself was good, just not sure if it was unsanitary or what. Going to take out the jewelry, let the holes close and go somewhere else. read more
