I've tried those places in the Val-Pak coupon mailers before and they send some kid over with equipment that I could probably rent myself. Dave was on time, he only charges for the sq ft that he cleans, not the square ft of the whole room. He spent about 3 hours doing our master bedroom and my son's bedroom. 400 sq ft for our room plus closet and another 100 or so for his room. These carpets haven't been cleaned professionally before and they are 16 years old, installed when we built our home. Highly recommended.
