By far the best service experience I've ever had! Initially, I had my carpets cleaned by a company who did a terrible job and left the carpets soaking wet and beginning to mildew. After doing some frantic research and seeing his great reviews, I called Absolutely Clean Carpets and explained the severity of the situation, and that the carpets were wet and moldy and needed a proper cleaning ASAP. Dave did everything he could do to fit us in right away! He arrived at our house the same day. He was courteous, informative, extremely thorough, and took great pride in his work. During the carpet cleaning, he kept us informed on what was going on, and gave us many different choices such as fragrances, chemical types, etc. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his equipment, which was well maintained and very powerful. A truck mounted system is the only way to go, and he has one of the best. Don't ever get your carpets cleaned by a portable machine!!! They do not have the heat to kill bacteria, and do not have the suction to get the carpets dry enough, as we learned the hard way. I was most happy with the amount of time he took to do the job correctly. I could tell that he was taking his time and doing a quality job, where most carpet cleaner's goal is to get in and out of your house as quick as they can. I will never have my carpets cleaned by anyone else, nor will I ever recommend anyone else. I could not ask for a better job! I truly believe, that if Dave would not have come so quickly and done such as thorough job on our carpets, they would have been ruined from the horrible cleaning that was done by the previous company. Dave and his nephew Alex were such a joy to work with; they just left and already I must post a review. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and very forthcoming with recommendations and suggestions. He is a true artisan in an area I would have not expected to look for one. My wife and I purchased our home less than one year ago and were looking to freshen things up after some issues and the loss of one of our four legged friends. Dave and Alex not only addressed our issues with the pet stains, but made the carpet (and area rugs!) look better than when we first moved in! Dave is very proud of his work, and Alex is proud to be working with his uncle; this shows in the quality of the work they do. Dave and Alex did an "absolutely clean carpet" job with the two bedrooms and the entire basement for our recent home purchase in Bulle Rock. We are from out-of-state and hired Dave based on the excellent reviews posted by his previous customers. Dave was very accommodating of our schedules and agreed to work on the only Saturday we had available prior to our move-in date. Alex is a very nice young man and did a very thorough cleaning job. Dave and Alex did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet of the three bedrooms in our rental house. We moved in this past spring, and until we hired Absolutely Clean Carpets I had been unable to fully banish the faint 'cat' smell. Well, Dave worked us into his busy schedule on a Saturday, hooked his van up in the middle of a monsoon-like rainstorm, and he and Alex cleaned our carpets so well that we finally got to see what color they were SUPPOSED to be! We just moved to the area and needed to have the rugs in our new place cleaned due to dog smell, stains and hair. We scheduled last minute and Dave was able to fit us in. He showed up with his fully equipped van requiring only a hose bib to connect to. He used an amazing carpet rake that pulled enough dog hair out to make our own schnauzer from! He spot treated every room entirely, gave us a freshener scent choice and proceeded to make the rugs look brand new. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures it was like night and day. Dave being a local had plenty of suggestions and was pleasant to have around. He has been in business a long time, but says he hardly advertises--it's all word of mouth.
