What an amazing place that I honestly didn't even know existed! The people working here are so knowledgeable and good to the cats. The girls had the best time playing with the cats as well! They have small rooms to go in where you can hangout with the cats in an enclosed, safe environment. I can definitely tell that the cats here are really loved and cared for! This is such a loving place for these cats. Also, shoutout to ASAP for being so good with the girl scouts who visited them as well!

We adopted a sweet cat from here in July and we could not be happier. I recommend this place, the application process is a breeze and is paperless. One difference between ASAP from other shelters is that you can foster cats and that they have different age cats avaliable. They will also not discriminate against people with disabilities and try to match you with a cat/kitten. I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend ASAP.

Our trainer, Kelly was thorough and very knowledgeable. Going in, my puppy was very energetic, jumpy and all over the place. By the time we were done with our individualized classes, I felt so much more confident in my ability to care for him and keep him safe and felt like I was in so much more control. My puppy was super excited as soon as we turned into the parking lot each time, he loved Kelly and enjoyed the PAL program. I still continue to take him to PAL for their half day socialization when I can! I love knowing that the play time is supervised and they'll do what's necessary to ensure proper socialization! I cannot begin to explain the amount of relief from anxiety training my dogs with Ricky has brought me. No amount of therapy could touch how I felt previously. I have learned patience, clear communication (with my dogs), and appreciation of the minds ability to change after years and years of ingrained unwanted behaviors. Ricky does not sell a one size fits all package - each of my dogs are VERY different, and while the fundamental approaches and concepts in training are the same - the method and timing in which we applied and reinforced these were vastly different. Ricky is able to connect with two leggers and four leggers alike - he gives clear feedback to dogs and human and uses metaphors that we humans understand (driving the speed limit and getting speeding tickets haha) on how the concepts of his approach effects dog behavior. I couldn't be happier. I am humble and I know I need to continue management (and one of my dogs I am holding to higher standard so we are going to continue our own sessions based on what I have learned) but my dogs are completely different. I'm getting complimented by family, friends, and people on walks - impressed with how well behaved my dogs are. I smile and tell them "thank you it's lots of continued hard work" and move along. This morning in particular we walked during trash pick up, had lots of people distractions, and both dogs stayed heeled and attentive to me on their separate walks. Do not hesitate to consider Ricky for your training needs. Also, if you feel alone with your dogs behavior - please know you are anything but alone. The fact you are looking at reviews for dog trainers is a clear indicator that you want the best for your dog and intend to give them them best. :)

From the moment Hazel was seen, they were thorough, compassionate, and genuinely committed to finding answers. Every recommendation and diagnostic step was explained clearly, and they wasted no time moving forward with the tests and procedures needed to determine what was causing her symptoms. What impressed me most wasn't just their medical knowledge, but the level of care they showed both Hazel and me. When her symptoms worsened and I brought her back to the ER, the team treated her with urgency, kindness, and compassion. They reassured me throughout the process and made me feel like I wasn't facing this alone. Dr. Whitney has been exceptional. She has patiently answered every question I've had, communicated honestly, referred us to the appropriate specialists when needed, and has checked in repeatedly to see how Hazel is doing. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern is something every pet owner hopes for when their dog is sick. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Whitney and the entire Internal Medicine team for their dedication, professionalism, and compassion. They have made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with Hazel's care again. Thank you for treating her as if she were your own.

Bree was great with scheduling a time and even day of with the drop off. Our dog is really not happy with other dogs and she was super sensitive to keep her separate from any other pups. My issue with groomers is how long they keep an animal and we had to wait well beyond the agreed upon pick-up time. Bree didn't call to let us know pick up time would be later than planned, so we ended up having to wait at her business location for another half hour. Our baby was groomed by a trainee and she looked really good! There were a couple modifications we would make, but otherwise we were really impressed. While there was a hiccup with our originally scheduled grooming appointment (I was told their system mixed up their day's appointments), the company fixed their error and got us on the calendar for a new date for the following week. I truly look forward to this company getting all their "ducks in a row" as far as timely scheduling goes- only because we moved around several obligations in our schedules to make the first appointment work- only for no one to come. If this issue was remedied, they would then, without a doubt, get five stars in my book! Bree was timely and so so sweet with our dog. We could tell right away that she has a lot of knowledge and experience working with canines and treated ours with such love and care. Our dog tends to have quite a bit of separation anxiety but she did seem comfortable enough (as much as we can expect with anyone!) to go with Bree to the mobile spa... and it eased this dog mom's heart knowing that our pup was just a walk down the driveway! Our dog desperately needed a good groom! I was in awe of how quickly Bree was able to do her work, as our dog came back so fresh and soft! We are so grateful that there is a service like this available in our area and that we can trust someone to take care of our pet like they would their very own! We look forward to using Bree's Mobile Paw Spa again!
