We were stranded late Saturday night in Boone on the last day of our vacation because our rental car got a flat and the spare tire was bad. We were able to communicate with Abby Cab late Saturday night and they secured a car for us first thing Sunday morning to drive us two hours to the Charlotte Douglas Airport in time for our flight. Tommy was kind and prompt and a very knowledgeable and safe driver. His vehicle was safe and clean for installing the two carseats for my kids. Abby Cab is definitely a great option for transport in the North Carolina area.

I received a text the night before to confirm my flight and arrival time. This was already a great sign that I knew my ride was already arranged for airport pickup. I was given our driver's number so I was able to text him directly to keep him updated on my pickup time and place. It was so assuring to know that I was in good hands. Bob was super friendly and we had a good conversation on our drive to Mooresville. Our friends also arranged for dropoff at CLT from their house in Mooresville. Bob was very punctual and we got to the airport well in advance of our flight. Having the same driver was also nice so we continued our friendly conversation. This is a local company so it is nice to support a small business rather than the corporate rideshare businesses. I would highly recommend Car-olina and will definitely keep them in when back to visit our friends again in the near future. Thanks Bob!

My parents were on a roadtrip in the area and had gotten into a big accident. The car was totaled and my mother, who had recently suffered a heart attack, was very shaken. Naturally I was very concerned about their condition and that they were without a means of reaching their next stop (many miles away). I called Abby Cab in a panic and Heather was very very compassionate and understanding. She was very easy to talk with and the company responded quickly to confirm whether they could drive my parents. I also found the company to be very honest and reasonable in their pricing, which I deeply appreciated because I was very desperate at the time and probably would have paid anything for the safety of my parents. She followed up via calls and text, gave me great updates via texts along the way. I really felt like my parents were in great hands. They told me that the car was very clean and comfortable, and that their driver Mike was amazing to them. Abby Cab really came through for my family. Highly recommend them for transportation. I wish more companies were like this!
